Lovely place for a coffee and naughty sweet snack. The people serving are so nice and helpful, just don’t sit under the AC unless you want to enjoy an arctic blast!😂

I visited Costa this afternoon,precisely 4.23pm with my boy. We picked a pasta from the fridge and whilst looking at something else to order. We were told that we can't not pick up anything which needs warming up as they are due to close and its been turned off. The store doesn't close until 5pm, and exactly what has been turned off......the oven??? I said to the worker its not even 4.30, she shrugged her shoulder and looked ta her colleague. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. During the week, its advertised as being open til 6pm. When I go just after 5pm they are closed. On a serious level, who do I raise this with?

130 Main Road, Sheffield S9 5HQ EnglandQué triste. Pasó de ser uno de los mejores chipspies de Sheffield a ser muy pobre. Literalmente nos apartaríamos de nuestro camino para usarlo. Ahora tendrá que empezar a usar freidora que solía ser la segunda opción, pero ahora es mejor cabeza y hombros.

Otherwise, I always find out when I get home that something is missing from my order or they gave me a completely different order. I understand that people make mistakes, but this is unbelievable. How is it possible that I almost always don't get what I pay for? Today again one item missing. But I can be happy only one item missing because last time they gived to my absolutely different order.If that happend one time maybe twice but this is every time.
