Costa Coffee in Sheffield

Went through the drive through near Meadowhall. Got a small hot chocolate with cream. When I got home the cup was three quarters only and the chocolate had been watered down to a small hint of chocolate. Tasted like it had come out of a dispensing machine. Disgusting

same price as all the rest of the branches but not quite the same level of cleanliness- not the best example of this brand!!!

Watery frostino that tasted just like milk - shocking - bloke in there very rude. Was too busy being rude ! Not happy Easter ted a refund for which he refused. Never visit again.

Wrong order given to me and if this happens to you please dont complain as some of the team members here are the rudest employees that costa coffee could find this server should be on stage as he was so theatrical and dramatic in how he did not deal with my wrong order and complaint dont expect a forced we are sorry because you wont even get that I have taken this to head office with the hope that they have cctv footage on their servers shocking behaviour from someone who has no customer service skills

Wow. By far the worst customer service received from Imogen Craggs at this costa coffee outlet yesterday. I was being served by another colleague and Imogen butted in to ask if there were any hot drinks. I asked for a hot chocolate and it appeared in front of me, no question of whether I wanted marshmallows or cream so I asked if it came with cream and she stated the obvious ‘it costs extra for marshmallows’. I said ‘well I was never asked but I’ll pay the extra’. She sauntered over to throw 3 marshmallows in a glass pot and handed them over whilst I paid her colleague. When she arrived at our table with the toasties that we had ordered too, she just dropped them on the table and walked off with not a word uttered. I’m not accustom to rudeness from Costa staff, and this has put me off of returning to this costa. I will go across the car park to the bigger costa. Nobody wants to work on a Sunday dear, but that is no reason to stand around looking like a bulldog chewing a wasp!

I met a colleague for a catch up session and chat on an early November late afternoon. It was nice coffee, a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable chairs and good service. Good value and pleasant. Convenient and another good addition to the Moor.

We stopped off here on Saturday 20/10/18 was around 5pm, was fairly quite inside. Was only 2 people in the que when we arrived, still took 20 minutes to obtain 2 hot drinks, 1 iced drink and 3 cakes. Drinks were enjoyable and to the Costa standard. The tables were all dirty and sticky, which was a let down even your feet stuck to parts of the floor when walking. If passing again, would call in. Certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to make a special trip there.

We enjoyed a Bonfire Spiced Latte using WUNTU vouchers. It was fairly quiet and not many staff around - although the ones that were working were pleasant and cheerful. Many tables were dirty and hadn't been cleared. The worst part of our visit was the toilets - they were filthy. Had there been any staff available, I would have reported to them. Nice coffee but highly unlikely that we would return.

Nice location, outside meadowhall. My Frostino Belgian Chocolate was perfectly made. The inside of cup even laced with chocolate sauce... Mmmmm. Tables could be cleared faster; half of them had empty cups etc in them.

A quiet morning at Costa. Ordered 2 drinks... How on earth us it possible to get 2 drinks wrong (both of them....). "Would you like to try our new coffee bean this Morning?" .... I said yes but was not made aware that they would charge me 20p extra for the privilege.... every time I visit this place I leave feeling disappointed and quite angry....I won't bother again

Come here for cup coffee and bit lunch. It very busy here for time of day which can be good. But slow when you like a drink.

We regularly visit this Costa more than any other, and generally the service is brilliant but a little slower than others. I would give 5 stars but rarely the staff haven't listened to what I have asked for...

Nearly £12 for a couple of scabby sandwiches and a pair of coffees??? Huge 'Breakfast sandwich and drink sign for £2' banner...lies.

20 minute wait in a queue to purchase 2 mediocre, pricey coffees.... a joke....wasted most of my lunch break.... employ more staff

Easy drop in place better than going inside Meadowhall if you want a quick relaxed drink perfect really

This modern Costa is worth visiting. We and our friends enjoyed our coffees having come off the M1 in search of a coffee shop. Nice loos, too!

I come here regularly to the point where almost all the barista's know my drinks off the top of their heads. The staff are always very friendly and can't do enough for you. Fantastic place to relax and enjoy a lovely Coffee - Tea whatever...

I love this Costa in the shopping centre! It's all very clean and the staff always provide great service! Queues can be very long but it's well worth the wait. Tables can be taken up very quickly at busy times too

Popped in for a latte and a lemon tart Both excellent Service first class Would recommend. So much better than the one inside meadowhall

Me n my other half when for coffee here the staff was nice n friendly but the coffees was not very warm n the shop floor was not very clean .

Myself and my sister visited the costa drive-thru.. The man who served us was lovely! Very polite and was very fast when serving us! There was obviously a small wait as they have to make everything fresh which is good! Will defiantly visit again!! 😊

Customer service by a team member when talking through machine at drive thru was terrible. Wish I hadn't bothered going. Said 'hello' like a teenager that hadn't got their own way!!! Very dissatisfied. Manners cost nothing!!!

Fab I love it, I won't go to the one in Meadowhall though it's dirty. It's quieter in this one and the staff are really nice.

Called into Costa coffee at the side of Meadowhall, has lots of comfy seating, great coffee and had a real nice salmon and cream cheese sandwich. The cafe also has a drive thru!

You can't really say much about Costa however, as my son was wet through from footballing in the rain and starving, it was an excellent way of him getting a hot drink

I bought 3 coffee's this morning, skinny latte, soya latte and a flat white with normal milk. On the flat white the server had written on the lid soya milk, I went back into Costa, to point this out and was told no it is...

It's ok, like any other overpriced mainstream chain coffee house. Use them when no other alternative. At least I get Costa Points so occasionally get a free one.

I've been here through the drive thru a few times and every time, the coffe has been cold and the food I ordered, which was supposed to be hot, was undercooked or cold. I usually like Costa but this one lets the brand down hugely....

Popped in for a "working" coffee! Parking a bit tight but the place is nice and clean! Coffee is as you would expect with the usual selection of nice buns. Great place for a quick meeting. All staff were nice and polite.
