We called in for a quick coffee and tea, friendly and efficient service, lovely hot tasty coffee and nice pot of tea, very clean with a good atmosphere.

I use this Costa at least once a week and was sorry that the previous manager moved elsewhere within the company. He was excellent and I saw the improvements he made. The new manager has big shoes to fill. Generally, things weren't the same standard. By this I mean the atmosphere was not as friendly and seemed a bit less efficient. However, the coffee was great and I will see how things develop as the new manager finds his feet.

We often drive past other Costa’s to get to this one. Great service, lovely friendly staff, favourite coffee place to visit.

We got 2 coffees here and the quality was very poor, this is not the first time this has happened we got poor coffee at Clifton Moor in York, and don't.say I should have gone back we were on a journey something is going on at Costa I don't like.

Always a joy going into Costa in Otley All the staff always friendly and welcoming, especially Karl. They brighten up my day when I go in there now and again for a coffee. It makes such a difference when you get a warm welcome like this to your day

Just called for a latte and a hot chocolate. They were both very hot and tasted great. Karl served us and waited on our table. He was very friendly and helpful and would definitely make you want to go back again. It’s a long time since I experienced such excellent customer care and service. Well done Karl 🤩

Karl and his team are friendly and accommodating. Always service with a smile and the table service is a really nice, helpful and welcome touch. The place is usually busy with all seats/tables taken, this I think is testament to the delicious coffee, friendly atmosphere and of course the fab staff! This is my favourite, and the best Costa around!

All Costa Coffee shops are great, enjoy the experience everytime go in for my drinks and food.

Friendliest costa ive ever been to. The manager was serving - sorry didnt take your name. He was very welcoming and recommended one of their new sandwhiches which wasnt bad. Brought my order over to me so i didn't have to stand and wait. Its nice when the chains add that little bit of personality to it. Thank you

It's always lovely going to Costa in Otley. Karl and his team are so welcoming and help however they can. Service is always quick and snacks are always yummy. The incredible assistance helps even more as I am a wheelchair user, they are always offering to help and always care about how their customers are. Couldn't recommend a Costa more.

Always a pleasure to visit this branch of Costa because of the fantastic manager and his amazing team. Matthew and Mia impressed me so much today on a busy Saturday morning when they took time to understand my slightly complicated order and to deliver it correctly. I just wish I had had time to sit and eat rather than taking the food away because I had to share my extra butter with my cats. Well trained and personable staff make this place feel like an independent coffee shop even though it’s clearly a Costa.

Definitely one of the best costa cafe around

Literally the best Costa i've ever visited. I Was shocked when we recevived table service by the lovely manager, who just went above and beyond to help out however he could. The two baristas behind the bar were also both lovely, and made the drinks of my partner and I perfectly. I've never had a cappucino so thick and creamy!

Ooook, so staff seemed really nice and polite. That's where the good review ends, after waiting for what seemed like the remainder of my life, we got to the till, my partner saw the state of the coffee machine and the side near the coffee machine and bin/sugar/ cleaning supplies area (very odd), and decided she no longer wanted a coffee, I bit the Bullet and carried on with my order, now admittedly after tasting it I should of gone back but had decided the £4 coffee didn't warrant me waiting in line again. What I can tell you is the coffee tasted very strange and the plastic lid smelt like damp. Safe to stay I shall not be returning.... confused on the 5 star hygiene rating also... must of been a good day!! Hope you didn't read this and ruin your coffee.

This really is the best costa cafe in the group. The staff are friendly and efficient and know how to make each coffee perfectly. The place is clean and they always seem to be clearing tables for you. They even bring your order to your table. I cannot fault this place. Well done you!

As a regular visitor to our Otley branch of Costa,I can highly recommend! I visit regularly on a Wednesday with my grandchildren and always receive a warm welcome and really good service. All the staff are friendly and helpful,especially Matthew and Mia who deal with my complicated order with great patience and a smile!! Lovely staff all kept cheerful by their amazing manager,Carl. Strongly recommend a visit!

Surprisingly Today when we Ordered two cappuccinos , the milk was spoiled and when they changed our drinks, the second time they tasted like coffee waste.

Every time I visit Costa Otley the standards are fantastic. I regularly visit Costas around Yorkshire as well as when on holiday and Otley is consistently the best. The drinks are spot on each time and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Costa with excellent manager (Karl). Drinks are brought to your table which is normally unheard of in Costa. Karl goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful and is very respectful to all. Costa are lucky to have him and hope they know this.

I have been to many Costa Coffees usually queuing for coffees with friendly but stressed busy staff but not today. Ordered coffees and glasses of water & then sat down & drinks arrived at our table within minutes! Never before have the drinks been served...

Absolutely disgraceful service. An elder man and younger woman both displayed very racist behaviour towards me, I was waiting 10 minutes in front of the till to buy a bottle of water and got completely ignored and only got served when an elder white woman was waiting next in line. Both workers had horrendous attitude. Boycotting costa in future. I didn’t even want to leave this branch a 1 star service but it didn’t allow me to leave it empty.

Usually visiting a Costa coffee is very impersonal, Costa in Otley blew me away with the friendliness of the staff and the service, coffee was brought to my table and nothing was too much trouble, what a wonderful experience ! Definitely not a normal Costa

As always the staff in here are amazing. Always call for refreshments when in Otley. My wife has a dairy intolerance and Karl was so helpful and knowledgeable. Hope to be back soon.

Wish this Costa was nearer to home. Wife and I can only visit when she has a physio appt in Otley every few weeks. Karl and team are exceptional in their trade. Here, you're not a customer, you are a 'guest' and treated accordingly. A lot of places could learn a lot from them! We've been to the ones at Monks Cross, St James Retail Park in Knaresborough, Merrion Centre in Leeds which are good but Harrogate a bit dire where the staff prefer to talk to each other rather than the customers. Looking forward to our next visit.
