Costa Coffee in Bedford

El gerente es excepcionalmente grosero y poco profesional, lo que es desafortunado porque todo el personal del barista es encantador y amable. La gerente se sienta fuera del café fumando con sus amigos durante la mayor parte del día y varias veces se la ha visto afuera discutiendo y siendo extremadamente agresiva con los clientes, algunos de los cuales eran una señora discapacitada en silla de ruedas y una señora mayor que se redujo a lágrimas, así como un muchacho severamente autista que rara vez habla. ¡Comportamiento absolutamente impactante! Un cambio en la gestión que se necesita urgentemente, intimidar a los clientes es de muy mal gusto y absolutamente inaceptable.

El servicio fue encantador, pero pedimos tres bebidas y no uno era correcto. Habían dado la leche equivocada y habían dejado fuera/añadido sabor.

El personal de Costa Coffee Kempston siempre es amable y puntual. Una cálida bienvenida amable y gran café, comida y Frappé! Bien hecho a la Dirección y al gran equipo #definitivamente 5 estrellas

I visited Costa yesterday to be served by a rather abrupt older lady. She was quite short with me and the other staff and left me feeling very uncomfortable, she left to go outside to vape! I won’t be visiting this Costa again!!

So after trying all the costas in Bedford this one is my favourite purely for one member of staff her name is Chantel and in over a year has never made a bad coffee always is friendly even if she’s working alone and it’s busy and I’m really greatful for this diamond of a coffee maker , how she isn’t a manager shocks me she would be wonderful your missing out Costa this girl really represents your shop awesomely you should consider elevating her up , 5 stars To summarise my review ….give Chantel a raise at least if not a manager position ❤️

Very rude aggressive staff. names Tia Marlowsmith I believe. She was very threatening. absolutely disgusting

Just been to Costa at Kempston Retail Park, Bedford. The hot chocolate was returned twice with lumps of chocolate powder in it. The coffee had powder sprinkled on top when requested none. The tables were dirty and when a girl eventually appeared she used same cloth to clean numerous tables with no cleaning fluid. The chairs were disgusting and covered in stains.

I pretty much visit this costa on a daily basis over the last couple of years and always receive excellent service and I never thought to leave a review before now! All the employees are extremely friendly and accommodating to your requests regardless how annoying they may be! Georgia makes theeee best coffee and the other lady with the Ombré hair (blonde at the bottom, dark at the top) thanks guys for making every visit fun.

Not our usual Costa and won’t be returning to this one. Dirty chairs and general apathy of staff make this the worst we’ve been to. Coffee weak and not up to scratch either. Heated food cold in middle.

The service as usual in costa was slow and painful. Didn’t think anyone could go wrong with a hot chocolate but it was bitter and gritty. Love the cake square though / think it was called tiffin. Very fresh and tasty.

Called in here with a friend a few weeks ago. As it was a nice sunny day we sat outside and drank our coffees. I much prefer Costa cappuccino to that of Starbucks and the coffee on this occasion did not disappoint. I do hope that what makes Costa so likeable to me does not get changed by the new owners.

Just like the rest of them London, Swindon, they all the same the coffee is ok when they do not burn it

It’s taken 25 mins to order and get a coffee from the drive through very poor indeed wouldn’t recommend ever using this drive through if you want a quick coffee!! Will never use again.

I could not hear what my friend was saying. The noise was so loud it felt more like a children's play park!! now the reason you go into a coffee bar is for a relaxing space and to enjoy a fresh tasting cup of coffee. So what was served was hot dish water!!! having been to a department store earlier in the day and had a coffee there and commented at how tasty the coffee was , the cup of black coffee served at Costa Coffee was appalling the ambience of the place was 0 the friendliness of the staff was 1 would I visit again NO !!!

Typical costa with decent service and good quality drinks. Nice experience but you need tell them to make the drinks hot or otherwise they are just warm.

Fantastic customer service and very knowledgable staff. Lovely clean store. Just avoid on Thursday mornings. It's very busy and because of the market

Really enjoy visiting this branch, always great service especially from Hadleigh and Tony I often visit with my dog and he always gets a great welcome as well

Perfect coffee and friendly service. Also great to have a drive thru available. Overall, you can't go wrong to use this place

As a regular Costa customer I could not believe how bad this Costa is.

KEMPSTON BRANCH Constantly dirty empty cups everywhere, crumbs on the floor, split drinks, disgusting toilets.. The store is barely busy so not quite sure what the staff do each day because the upkeep is terrible
