The drink I ordered didn’t have the syrup I requested as well as the cup was half full

Coffee was only half full really disappointing for the price

I have placed 2 orders in 2 weeks and on both occasions there have been items missing.

Very friendly staff and usually very little waiting. The shop itself is a pleasant enough place to spend a little while with my drink.

Both coffees had a large amount spilled and the packaging was destroyed.

Had a lovely coffee stop here. It was busy, but not swamped, and the staff was friendly. We both had decaf Americanos and some pastries. The lemon curd tart was delicious!

Even earlier than predicted time. wraps were delicious , we had the the breakfast one and the chicken fajita. also mac and cheese, wish there was more of that though!

I love this branch of Costa Coffee. I tend to use this branch to catch up on work, meet friends or have meetings. The Atmosphere is very relaxed and staff are extremely professional and welcoming.

Costa coffee is what it is - it’s alright. The service here though is great. Lovely staff, always welcoming you with a smile and fast service. Can definitely recommend.

Staff are friendly, hard working and quick. Place is clean and comfortable. Not a bad Costa at all, the staff make it above average.

Over an hour late and the items were almost cold. Very disappointing!

I ordered coffee and cinnamon bun. My cinnamon bun was not in there. I wanted to contact them so they can send me my full order. Now I’m really disappointed! I paid delivery service as it would’ve been worth getting 2 items. There’s no way of contacting the cafe! I’m not happy

Order never came! Delivery said he is here and he was no were to be seen!

Nice and gently quiet ambience, especially in the 1st floor, where it is generally appealing for laptop computer work

They were out of a particular sweet treat but called me up and fixed it quickly so no one was disappointed.

This Costa has become my lunch-time saving grace. Consistency is always provided as you would expect from an international chain. Food quality is as anticipated given mass-suppliers, but I find that to be a minor reason behind my visiting. The staff always appear enthusiastic, or otherwise pleasant in their demeanour. They are continually friendly, and accommodating. Small talk is the standard, given the fast paced environment, but still I occasionally leave the counter cracking a smile from the light conversation. The staff quickly learned my order, perhaps because it is slightly pedantic, but remembering a cappuccino, to-go, with no chocolate is a tough memory task for a busy Barista. The warm goodbyes are also greatly appreciated, though I am often blinded by my music. I frequent this place on my own for a quiet lunch most work days as the environment suits me. If you enjoy personal space, a clean café, and certainty, then I would pick here over the neighbouring independent cafés. Pricing is slightly on the more expensive side for food given the standard, but for a quick grab, heat and eat, it is suitable. Not that you need to be sold on going to a Costa. The staff just make this one better than the others.

Lovely place with nice service and a nice place to drink your hot/cold drink. Most of the people coming in must not have door at home......

one member of staff in particular (i believe the name is Anna) was extremely rude by giving me and friends constant dirty looks. it made us very uncomfortable, so bad we had to leave. when i am paying these prices at a coffee shop, i expect better customer service and to not be treated in such a way. i 100% will not be going back here and use the other one down the road. if i could give 0 stars i would. i advise anyone else considering going there, don’t!

never received order but said it was delivered watched the driver drive into my street and straight out

Nice food and drink was perfect temperature

Young , friendly people, engaging and genuine. Regular mocha was huge, but well made. Visited Sat 11am, moderately busy.

I think it’s a bit far to deliver to kempston because the coffee was cold

the employee was extremely rude towards me and my friends and kept coming upstairs to specifically check on us. I think it is associated with discrimination towards my religion and culture. she didn't say anything to any of the other customers but to us and we had food on the table as we are students, but she kept telling us to get out if we are going to put our food here even though we bought a drink from the costa already. Horrid service and treatment to customers. Do not recommend!!!

went in today at around 1pm. extremely rude and unprofessional waitress, (who appeared to be on her break) asked a group of three of us to leave due to holding drinks that weren’t from costa. however there were multiple people in the upstairs cafe (the area in which we were standing) who also had similar drinks on their tables, and were not asked to leave. after explaining that we were just about to dispose of our cups and purchase our food and drinks from the cafe, she told us to leave once again. i do not expect to be spoken to by an employee of yours in such a volatile and aggressive manner, and i will not be returning. it is clear that there is a certain unfriendly mannerism from staff toward people of colour at this cafe.

Ewelyna was extremely rude, obnoxious and not accommodating to dietary requirements. There was also clear different mannerism to customers who were not POC.

Lovely tuna melt and mocha coffee... lovely relaxed atmosphere.

I think this is the best Costa in Bedford town centre. It has an upstairs seating area which usually has a free seat or two and has a more relaxed atmosphere than the downstairs area. However, it can get a bit busy at times. Apart from that, it is a fairly standard Costa.

Can't go wrong with a extra hot Latte and cake to take your stresses away, for me the best Latte in town,

I used to work for costa coffee a couple of years ago and began to hate the taste of it after three years. Today my usual cafe i go to for my lunch break was closed so figured i would walk to this costa as its closest to the college. The staff were incredibly friendly and the coffee was amazing, i forgot how good it was! i ordered a soya gingerbread latte (a drink that is difficult to get perfect imho) and the lady who made it did a great job 10/10 would definitely make this my regular from now on!

The manager was incredibly smug and condescending. Treating customers with insincere disdain and a lack of respect for anyone. He was not wearing a wask and there didn’t appear to be an awful lot of hygiene in place either. I left feeling very uncomfortable and embarrassed by his behaviour I will not be going back to the store.

The usual inefficiency I have come to expect from Costa. Such a shame their hot chocolate is so good!

The hot chocolate is average but carries a mega price tag which is unacceptable since it is a drink a child might choose. I had to clear a table myself to have somewhere to sit.

Coffee is nice, however toilets are dirty. Worse than busy train station. If you go there with children make sure you have wipes.

All available tables had dirty dishes. I told the staff and they were like we are too busy. So I had to clean a table myself. I'm also 8 months pregnant and the staff refused to help.

Amazing Service today by all the staff in the Bedford branch but Giacomo really did go the extra mile. I was chatting so much my tea went cold and he topped it up for free. Great Customer Service.

Went there to order a coffee with a lady friend. Hanna was serving. My lady friend ordered a small cappuccino as I was paying trying to keep my cost down. I said to Hanna please make it medium and I ordered mine. I noticed she didn’t take notice of me asking her to make it medium. So I asked again did you make it medium? She said the lady ordered small she will get a small. It was very embarrassing to be told off like that in front of a queue as I am double her age and besides that I want to pay for it. If my friend doesn’t want the extra coffee she won’t drink it. I cancelled y order and left and she gave me a happy smile. She is very rude.
