Overall good, but they let dogs in that aren't assistance dogs

Favourite costa coffee to come to, staff are very kind and welcoming

I had to stand at the tills to wait for sumone to approach me while rest of the staff nearly 4 were standing and chatting.. 2 on their phones. .

it seems like they don’t have enough stuff to clean up after the customers. all tables have leftovers and empty cups.

I had a coffee and honestly it was really nice coffee but staff is not good because one of there staff member with blond hair I think her name is something starts from K I read from chest batch, she was so rude and bad in behaviour . She served me coffee like i didn’t pay for that and after that she didn’t tell me as well that coffee is mine or not and which coffee is that latte or cappuccino, then I ask her she miss behave with me . So, kindly request to Costa manager to have a look on this . Please.

Just popped in for a bit of lunch with my two daughters. There was no que so we were pleased, however the lady with the curly brown hair that served us (who also had no name badge on) was obviously not happy to serve us! She didn’t say anything just stared at me, there was no hello or how can I help. She just stood arms folded. So proceeded to place my order politely, she took the order but continued to stare over us and made no eye contact, there was no smile or any kind of customer service at all. Made us feel very uncomfortable. I asked for a small size drink and was served and charged for a medium. I thought it was just us she took a dislike to but I watched her continuously serving people with no sign of customer service at all. Come on Costa normally your service is fantastic. I suggest some customer service training is needed to bring her up to Costa customer service standard.

This is absolutely abysmal customer service! They have the audacity to advertise food delivery in a mere 15 minutes, but in reality, it will consume a mind-numbing 2 hours of your precious time just to get the food to your doorstep. If they can't even manage to keep up with their own advertised times, why on earth are they in the business of wasting people's time with their abominable service? It's beyond atrocious!

Great staff, amazing service and coffee!!!!!

The store was clean and had two pleasant members of staff. Air con was wonderful during the heat wave. Free WiFi. Toilets The store lost a point for lack of choice. Very few options of food or cakes for those with allegens. I counted 2 vegan sandwiches (both out of stock at 1.30 pm) 1 cake vegan Gluten free seems lacking too. Milk and cream alternatives, both chargable. Some outdoor seating

We enjoy a coffee with our trips to town so to have any coffee shops open let alone Costa is a godsend for us. The staff are always nice and helpful, we rarely ever have any issues and if we do they're always quick to correct it.

It's a great coffee shop, especially with the M&S food

Great staff and coffee at the orbital costa but the one in Swindon centre, regent. Not a fan of at all.

I generally like Costa but here the cuppachino was bit of a let down, more of latte with plenty of milk. The staff were ok though just the coffee was a let down.

Excellent customer service from a friendly and experienced team. Tables clean, and quickly cleared and wiped. I couldn't do without my daily visits for my coffee

thank you costa. went in for our lunch and my son dropped his toastie. this was replaced without hesitation by the staff. one happy son one happy dad whoopwhoop

I love Costa coffee, I use the app so at the moment I have 4 free coffees on there, which I save for when I'm on holiday. Staff always polite, my orders are always correct. Clean and tidy

Breakfast of delicious cappuccino & toast perfect way/place to start the day. Sami always makes my coffee just the way I like it! All the staff are very helpful and friendly and atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely by far the best Costa 😊 l would also like to give a shout out to the lady that paid for my toast last week, so kind thank you 🤭

Had a coffee and toast with marmalade to day 22/11/21 marmalade was out of date by 3 mouths needed the loo only to find that there was s#$t all over the floor never have I seen a coffee shop so disgusting

As a customer you have to wear a mask when you enter, lock in via a qr code which wasn't working on the small ones they had displayed. Only the big one at the till. Staff wearing masks below there noses. Like warm drinks when served. Tables left piled with cups and plates, not cleared fast enough, and it was early and not that busy so no excuse....

Following the Covid rules - well done. Coffee - as expected Cakes & pastries - were however limeted and at 11.00 a.m. that's NOT good!

Like most Costa coffee stores, in this instance it's managed and staffed by a lovely team who try to make visits nice experience. I highly recommend a visit if your in town and in need of a sit down and a beverage!

Extremely busy this morning as the people attending the cenotaph all thought it would be good to take a takeaway coffee with them. The staff managed really well, and the coffee was as always the best

Went cause my regular was closed due to refurbishment. Pleasant enough and outdoor area is undercover which is a bonus. Could be better ongoing housekeeping.

We visited at 4:30 on a Sunday so it was pretty quiet and plenty of spaces to sit. Although it says it closes at 5:30, cleaning was well underway with the hoover in the middle of the carpet and tables pushed over. Staff were friendly and said goodbye when we left which I think is nice.

Seats were clean and the staff were friendly. We had just been shopping in town and there was enough space for all 5 of our shopping bags.

I only stop by here once a month but it is always a nice time that I spend here with my business partners. It is quiet and people working here are always friendly. I think this is for me the best option in the town center.

Super friendly staff! I k ow the coffee is not good but in Swindon there is only one place for a coffee lover and its Darkroom Espresso. Good luck!

This is the first time I am giving a bad report about a Costa, and this shop used to be one of my favourites, but it seems to have gone down hill which is a pity, I think I will be glad to get back to one of my regular Costa's

Costa is the best place to go for coffee i wouldn't go anywhere else best coffee ever and I wouldn't listen to the bad reviews as there wrong I go every day and always fine the staff polite ... ignore what iv wrote in the past as costa is going down hill all the drinks are week and tasteless at this site at least im going to try another site and if the same then im going to stop using cista

The few times I've ordered a Caramel Hot Chocolate from this particular Costa and they've always failed to get the order right. Be it either just giving me a standard Hot Chocolate or a Caramel Hot Chocolate without the Cream. Staff appear to be unorganised as well with keeping up with the amount of Customer orders. Avoid.

Hate writing bad reviews but my visit yesterday really bugged me. Such rude service from every single member of staff I encountered (except guy with pony tail and beard- he was polite) One girl in particular moaning about how 'knackered' she was instead of serving me (I was the only one waiting to be served but she ignored me until she could be bothered to serve and then didn't even say hello) to someone who clearly worked there but wasn't on shift. Honestly a smile and a hello goes a long way. Feeling as though you are putting someone out by being there doesn't make for a nice experience. I wouldn't go back to this branch.

Staff working hard at peak time to keep the wait down. Spacious cafe with plenty of space around the tables. Coffee not particularly hot. Tables kept clean though.

My daughters and I don't go into town too often anymore but when we do we always have a Costa Caramel Latte. There is always a queue and a wait for your coffee but it is so worth it!

Used to go to muffin break but get harrassed by the owner Shaz. This place no Harrasment and its privacy enjoyable. Come here with my friends and family to enjoy a nice coffee

At times the lines are too long and I wish Costa would agree to more staff. The staff who work there are incredibly hard working, polite and BUSY. It is not their fault that people have to wait so long at certain times.

Um dos poucos lugares onde você consegue tomar um bom café, por um bom preço e muita comodidade. Também oferece ótimos lanches.

Amazing drinks and snacks. My personal favorite is the brownie hot chocolate. Great service.
