Coffee good, but disappointed costa no longer selling ultimate blend oat milk.

I just walked 5 hours in the hot sun and finally got my drink in what felt like 3 seconds the guy who served me said I Hope you have a good day and, I can't lie that actually did up my mood!

I ove Costa but only as a treat as its really expensive but their cheese and ham toasties are delicious!!

Clean throughout, busy in there but didn't wait long, nice staff

This Costa coffee is very handy if shopping at the retail park. It's very clean and the service is good, the ham and cheese toasties are excellent.

Called in for a coffee while out shopping. Didnt get a cake but all looked tempting. The toilets weren't the cleanest

Small seating area, so it's very unlikely to find a seat when busy. Staff are friendly and chatty, and the area is clean.

Rude employee reached over us to grab something without saying anything. Perhaps some training in common courtesy wouldn't go a miss.

Drinks and food good, just have to be careful where you sit otherwise you can end up in a draught from the ventilation system.

This is my new local. Chicken salad sandwich and coffee for lunch - just the ticket. Lovely service, clean place, nice atmosphere and easy parking.

I have been there so many times, and every time is a disappointment. They have chosen the staff with the worst customer service and attitude. The coffee is also horrible, made without any desire or skill. I find the place convenient to grab a coffee, but it is a waste of money and time. Instead, I need to drive to Teesside Park so I can actually enjoy a decent cup of coffee with nice, welcoming customer service.

Nice coffees and fruit smoothies. Bacon sandwiches aren't great.

Can't beat a COSTA latte. Friendly staff and they always try to clear tables as quick as possible

Eat inside, was very busy the coffee was excellent, staff very friendly

3.45 on Monday .cleaning in progress chairs on most of tables disinfectant used on floors made for a very unpleasant visit . Filthy feet of chairs next to my face .closing time was 5 pm that day fetching all tables and chairs from outside in making terrible noise yet the Cleveland park was very busy .won't be going again

Not too busy when we arrived, nice friendly staff but vents blowing cold air out so cold when sitting down to drink coffee Always make great coffee 👍

Costa is very much the same wherever, apart from the customer service. Which in this store was great. There is plenty of choice still even mid afternoon.

Decent outlet, probably my favourite of the local venues. Staff excellent. Coffee still up to a good standard in comparison to the other costa's in the area that have dropped in quality considerably.

It’s a Costa, so you know what to expect - or do you? It has the usual couple of items in for vegans which change with the festive season. Out goes the usual vegan panini and it comes the p”gs in blankets panini - Tried it. It wasn’t quite what the said … These piggies were not wrapped up - just some plant-based vegan sausages with a strip of vegan bacon under it, with sage and onion stuffing (which I could not find), vegan mayo (absent too) and cheeze in a stonebaked sourdough panini, with sweet cranberry sauce. It didn’t have much cranberry sauce but that’s because there wasn’t that much in the roll to flavour!) That said, it tasted good as did the chia latte with oat milk. Would I recommend? Not really - go to Greggs. It’s got better choices, it’s more filling and a lot cheaper too. Would I return? Not until the festive let-down has gone.

Really friendly staff, clean tables and seating area and delicious food. I would recommend that they open earlier and possibly consider a drive-through as it would be more popular.

Visited with my mum for coffee and toast, wow lorna, your attitude stinks. Communication skills zero, customer service zero, just plain rude!

Called in for morning coffee and breakfast. Usual great flat white coffee and mint tea. I had a bacon roll my wife toast and honey, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Usual high standard of staff.

I do enjoy a good cup of coffee and visit often. I like the choice of indoor & outdoor seating. Limited space available on the outside. It's in an ideal location after walking & shopping at the retail park

I had ordered a toffee penny latte and a millionaire slice and my friend had ordered a Terry’s chocolate orange hot chocolate. The latte was lovely however after around half of the cup it was quite sickly, the millionaire slice tasted great, and my friend seemed to enjoy her hot chocolate - as she had drank it all. The cafe was quiet due to not being many people in there which made it a lovely atmosphere. The staff however didn’t engage, they took our order whilst having a conversation with each other. They told us to take a seat and they will bring the order over to us. We only waited around 2-3 minutes for them to bring it over, when they did the dumped the tray and walked off, no “enjoy your drinks” or a simple “enjoy”. However, I would still come back as food and drinks were lovely.

We called in for coffee and a bite to eat, which was ok but the service was slow and utterly shambolic. My change was offered to someone else, and then the customer after me had her drinks offered to another customer. We eventually received our drinks but by the time the toasties arrived my coffee was almost cold. There appears to be no real organisation or structure to serving customers and too much gossiping going on.
