Costa Coffee in North Lanarkshire

i got a caramel frappuccino it was rotting it smelled of fish and tasted like fish at first it didn't taste of fish until i had a bit of the whipped i feel like puking and i hope i dont get food poisioning.

Very quickly served with dietary soya coffee and nice and hot. 3 different sized cups from small to medium to large. Staff very attentive in clearing used tables.

Visited today and toilets stinking dirty and not sure if the americano coffee was any better, wet black and not great! So I won’t be back.

Costa terrible My wife and I have Used your shops for a while the first time that I tried to reclaim my point on my card it was very embarrassing to be told in front of a large cue of people that my card was invalid and I had to get in touch with Costa by phone , the number is NOT active so had to come on here to try and get an answer the manager in my opinion should have felt with this himself in the first instance but NO what a very unpleasant experience this was for my wife and self in front of a load of strangers just to add the customer service is a joke I have emailed tried to phone but hung terrible all round 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️The coffee out let was in Cumbernauld. First time I hav been to this Costa. I ordered the mac n cheese as it was stated best mac n cheese. Not so good. Pasta was hard, either burned or under cooked throughout the portion and very bland in flavour. My partner on the other hand ordered a toasty an that was amazing. Overall not the worst meal but I wont be back for their best man n cheese again.

Nice polite staff dealing conscientiously with lockdown etc. Usual fare, nice coffee as usual but disappointing toasted sandwich, and not cheap at that. Although the Chancellor chipping in may not help the national obesity problem a hefty half off the bill certainly helped with the four quid toastie. They have the Centre sewn up with strategically placed outlets at each end of the Antonine, so no escaping. Decided to sit outside and so to the point of the review. A large, and I mean very large seagull, positioned itself on the canopy at the front entrance and swooped in and took my toastie! Seriously! Witnessed by others. Only half eaten but to be fair welcome to it you are George. (George Seagull?) Limp, weird meat (smoked ham?) and cheese 🧀 of an unknown origin. Wouldn't be surprised if it brought it back after I left. Nice that places are open again. Be safe and sensible. Need to get a life I do. When seagulls are taking my lunch off me. Next it will be stray dogs taking my lunch money 💷.

This Costa has just been refurbished and the decor and seating much improved. T Always good service with a very friendly style. Good sized free car park share with Tesco, Next, Boots and many other retail outlets and cafes.

The interior has been renovated and much nicer. Good quick service with welcoming smiles. Skinny and soya latte served nice and hot. Very clean and used tables cleared quickly. No daily newspapers now available. Free WIFI. Large free car park shated with Tesco and shopping mall.

Visited Costa coffee early afternoon around 1345, greeted by a long queue, but thought it just as easy to wait it out and be patient rather than look for somewhere else.

As title states fantastic hot chocolate. This has to be one of the best hot chocolates that I have had in any Costa!

This cafe is always busy but the very polite and smiling staff deals well with any queues. Nice to be able to ask for soya milk as I am have to have lactose free milk. Often served nice and hot. Free WIFI. Large car park outside but a 3 hour parking limit. Complimentary newspapers available to read during your visit. Do not forget to hand back!

Popped in for a coffee whilst shopping. Very enjoyable as always. If Costa coffee is your thing... this is one of the nicest places to drink it

Been here multiple times and not once have I been dissatisfied. Certainly a great shop. Will most definitely be visiting again.

stopped in for a wee coffee while family went shopping .staff were lovely and my coffee was excellent staff done well served quick even though store was mobbed.

I visit both the Costa's in the town centre and find the staff very attentive and friendly in a professional way.There's always a smile to be had and recieved. The coffee itself is always warm and served promptly by the many pleasant baristas. All the time there is someone keeping on top of the cleaning of tables,always on the BA. It's always a pleasure to sit and relax here with my coffee. Thank you.

We were pleased to see soya milk is available for lactose free customer dietary requirements. However, the choice of gluten free food/snacks very limited. Latte's served nice and hot.

Excellent service. Great location and great coffee. Can't beat Costa for a good cup of coffee and a chance to catch up with friends

Popped in for morning coffee before work , greeted by Chelsey a think the girls name was so nice and cheerful and she seemed to know her customers so good start to the morning ! Had coffee and toasted t cake which was an offer for £3 something so very good value , place itself clean tidy and chilled ! Just a bit cold with the doors left open apart from that all gd !

We visit this Coffee shop at least once a week and have never been disappointed Coffee is excellent ,staff are on the ball and the place is always kept clean and tidy, and if you are on your own there are free newspapers to read . First Class

Stopped in as I had half hour to waste while waiting on my car being fixed and believe me I will be back . Coffee was excellent as as for the staff they were all lovely store was clean and bright .

As a regular customer, this visit was good. Friendly staff and clean tables. Free newspaper to read and leave behind for other customers to use. Free wifi. Gluten free drink and food but only a small choice of gluten food/snacks.

I walked around this shopping centre and stopped for a coffee, service was very efficient despite the cafe being quite full. I managed to find a table and enjoyed my coffee. I spotted a young female bringing our food, then sweeping the floor and then stacking shelves, she then brought out more food orders and I was surprised to see her wearing a Manager's badge - so well done to her.

We ordered extra hot latte/coffee and toast. The coffee was not extra hot and I had to approach the serving staff for our toast. The toaster had bleeped well before I went to the counter but the serving staff were more interested in the till and making other customers coffee. The Manager on duty spent quite a bit of time in the back office and not supervising the serving staff. Our experience at tbe Stirling Costa,the day before, was excellent and exemplary.

The staff are pleasant and helpful. The only downside was the lack of anything gluten free and savoury to have for lunch. However, the gluten free Cherry Bakewells are always a good standby. The area was tidy and good for anybody with mobility issues.

Excellent service loads to choice from. Kids play area.Cakes are amazing.Defo new meeting point for me and friends

Another good experience and all other customers appeared to be very satisfied with their food and drinks. The floor had discarded paper/cartons strewn about.

Shares a free large carpark with Tesco and free. Opposite Next, the outlet is ideally located. All the usual Costa offerings. Quick and efficient service on this visit. Free newspaparers to review and free WIFI.

This store is always busy which speaks for itself. Amazing coffee as usual from Tilly. Cake was served on a cold plate as requested and my drink was extra extra hot! Staff in this store are always a friendly bunch, great atmosphere.

I come here regularly with my friend just for a hot chocolate, a catch up & a bit of reading. It's always a nice atmosphere, staff are great & hot chocolate is always lush!

There are 2 locations within this shopping mall. This review is referring to the one opposite Next. Staff very friendly and was greeted with a nice smile, I placed my order and the drinks were made straight away. Tables were clear. Free WIFI. Car parking is in the large car park near Tesco and free. Complimentary newspapers available.

Excellent very friendly staff. Regularly visit the both shops and services are excellent every time.

I'm a regular customer to this cafe, there are 2 in the center one at either end I'm usually in the original. The staff are well trained and the coffee is great, yes they have competition a few doors down but to be honest the choice of coffee and other drinks is more in Costa the staff friendly if there is a customer who needs help with their tray the staff are on it right away and don't need asking, you never see staff standing about doing nothing they are always serving, filling the shelves, clearing up after customers this includes managers who don't just stand around or hide in an office they work alongside the others no job too small, and it shows I can't recommend this cafe highly enough

We all love our coffee, so a retail therapy outing would not be complete without a pick-me-up coffee. Costa fits the bill properly, good choice of beverages, nibbly things, ambience and of course, WiFi! Staff are very good, well versed in all things caffeine related and very efficient. Prices are no worse than you would expect, and the coffee is excellent. Good experience and great coffee.

Its a small branch but we had takeaway so was quick, polite and friendly. Good coffee. You can sit in and has outdoor seating too. Near to college and tesco.

Lovely place find it a bit pricy for a coffee but staff very friendly and me not being a coffee person they gladly gave me a hot milk with hazelnut syrup definetley would go back and the cakes are to die for

I meet up here several times a week with a group of friends. . Drinks and food are always lovely and served by friendly staff. Our only problem is we feel so at home we always stay longer than we planned .

I use this particular Costa on a regular basis and I always receive a warm welcome with the staff being really good.

No matter what time I go in the place is always busy but the staff are very efficient ,friendly ,pleasant and helpful

The staff make a big difference from what is "another Costa". With some new competition 3 stores away, thdy have to raise rheir game to be the preferred coffee cafe. The new cafe wzs busy and offered table service so, Costa, what is going to be your usp going forward - your prices are not competative.

Service is always great at Costa and this one is right next door . Coffee is amazing but prices are two high but other than that great will be back!

We meet at this Costa most Saturdays and the staff are always very helpful. At times it van be busy but the coffee is always good.

Like most Costas, service and coffee can vary - depending on the time you visit. Lunchtimes are busy (as expected), but service and quality can take a hit.Food is...... Well typical Costa - Most of it is OK. If you watch your calories, you might wantto go elsewhere. Some small slices of cake are over 600kcal - just under a third of an adult daily allowance. Add a frothy, creamy coffee and half your daily calories are gone in 15 minutes.

Costa in the Antonine Cumbernauld town centre is a great little coffee shop nice and light and airy the staff are friendly and pleasant. There is also another one at the other end of the Antonine centre smaller but still very good, and it has an outdoor area for anyone wanting to use it

i am a regular customer and llove the service the staff can't do enough to help and nothing is too much trouble , i have been to others up and down the country but have yet to see another so well run Inoriced a poor review regarding getting toast , I know in others its a company thing you cant get toast after 11am and if they serve alot they have been known to run out of bread it seams a petty remark to give such a poor review this franchise is well run polite and friendly both of them and these days thats hard to come by Great service Great team Great amosphere

Dropped by with some friends and although never been a fan of the Costa coffee, thought would try the tea instead and it was awful.The staff were pleasant but the charges for coffees /teas and biscuits are a bit on the high side.Will avoid in future.

Place is lovely and clean , staff are really nice and helpful , latte's are amazing , would recommend it to anyone. There's two of them up the Center . Ones got a playarea for kids , while the other one has seats outside.

Costa Coffee is for the coffee lover but also has a variety of sweets and drinks to suit most any taste.

Within the shopping mall there are 2 Costa locations. One opposite the retail outlet Next and the other, and slightly larger, at the other end of the mall near the Hughes outlet. Both offrr the traditional Costa offerings. If you want you coffee hot, ask for extra hot. Pannis nice and lots of other biscuits, cakes etc but a little pricy.

Always enjoy the latte. Staff are friendly and efficient. Biscuits a tad Overpriced. Great meeting place for a catch up with friends. Not one of they places that rushes you out when you're finished.

Frequent visitor to Costa. Coffee is always great as are cakes, however sandwiches/ toasties/ panini' s ect are a let down. Staff always helpful and friendly. Iced ginger beer and lemonade are great on those hotter days!

They offer the usual Costa food and drinks. The customer service is good. If you like your coffee "hot" ask for " extra hot". Tip, you will not get toast if you order after 11.00 hrs. Other outlets do not apply this restriction. Even though you can see bread, they will not serve. This rule applies on all days of the week so, on a Sunday, you only have from 10.00 -11.00 hrs to order. It appears to me to be crazy if bread is left but they "stick to the 11.00 hrs rule! Apart from this, best coffee outlet in the shopping area.

Always good service in here from the staff, I always ask for another shot in my coffees and it's always goodIf you like Costa then you know what to expect

Perfect Coffee choices and Tea. Prices a tad high but excellent quality always. Plenty of delightful nibbles to accompany with.

The sunken cafe adjacent to Dunnes. The Manager here assured me that toast cannot be served after 11am in all Costa places. I didn't argue but I know different because I've been served time and again at more Costas than you can shake a stick at anytime in the day. That includes places much much busier than hers ever will be. So thanks but no thanks, if they cannot be bothered then I won't bother coming back.
