Costa Coffee in Halton

unfortunately my order was missing two items. This is the second time this has happened from Costa. now awaiting a refund.

Had a problem with dishwasher, so served take out containers but still as pleasant as always

I'm missing 1 part of my order which was 1 cinnamon bun which was £3.20

Food was tasty, drinks were great. delivery driver was timely and friendly

Venue is a little small considering how popular the store is, but no complaints for my visit

Great service, great coffee, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The only thing that spoiled the atmosphere is some people don't know the difference between conversation and shouting.

Blonde haired middle aged women who just served my partner was extremely moody. Shown his QR code for a free drink and then told her what he wanted and he asked for cream and chocolate powder and she told him "next time you should tell me at the time of ordering". Very moody and awkward member of staff. Something so little that you shouldn't be getting moody over?????? It must of been a massive ask........ Never had this problem with anyone else there.........

my dinner was horrendous...no toastie and the coffee was like watery milk..I usually get excellent food and drink but definitely let down

I have been charged £14.15 for a coffee I originally ordered and a piece of cake I didn’t order. The rest of my order is out of stock they have wrote on my receipt. I want a refund!!!!!

This is the 2nd time in a row I’m missing a toastie from my Costa order and all they can say is we will be in touch within 7days totally unacceptable

Great Store and Wonderful Staff. Alwas polite and friendly. Love my Friday Mornings in here.

The white hot chocolate had brown chocolate in it

Everything was perfect apart from the hot chocolate it was horrible

the food was hot but the coffee was stone colď

Called today at 1-30pm not very busy but could not find a table due most of them not being cleared and look really dirty

Food never arrived, the poor driver came all the way to my house to explain that when he got to Cost they said someone had already taken my order, and that they wouldn't replace it, poor service and behaviour from a so called reputable company

Order wasn’t complete missing half of the items! Cannot call the store to try get the rest of my items so now have to wait to see if it will be refunded absolutely ridiculous!!

The coffee and service as expected was good. But come on, who had the brilliant(???),idea to have an automated outdoor in a café?? People can stand next to the door keeping it opened and you cannot enjoy the coffee because it is freezing 🥶. Two stars in atmosphere due to this stupidity

The BOSH! Ginger loaf cake is absolutely amazing! Latte was nice and hot. Toastie tasted a bit off but some ketchup made it alright

As a paramedic on shift I visited during work for a coffee, staff served me very fast and was polite. I got a salted caramel iced coffee and it was very refreshing. Reasonable price also. I didn’t get food this time but I’ve had food in the past and it as you would expect from a costa coffee

I like my coffee and this place is in perfect place on my way to work in the mornings and it helps that it is open early in the mornings and always has a good few people in at around 7.30am , staff are always cheerfull and pleasant never had any issues. Keep it up costa staff and see you in the morning 👍

They forget items constantly. This occasion has been no different.

Excellent staff and good location. Quality drinks, well made and prompt service. Frequent price increases have reduced my number of visits there, although I do enjoy it when I visit.

Costa Coffee maintains a consistent standard across its locations, ensuring cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The staff demonstrates a pleasant and professional demeanour, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Based on this experience, I would consider visiting this Costa Coffee establishment again in the future.

cheese & tomato toastie was tomato puree which tasted disgusting, and it arrived all bent and barley warm.. the hog roast toastie was very thin compared to the picture and could only rate 7/10 for flavour , and arrived barely warm. only nice thing was strawberry and cream frappe. everything I ordered was overpriced and didn't taste nice. will not order Costa in future.

Great coffee but they forgot to put chocolate dusting on my cappuccino again. They're running out of carrier bags so my order came separately. Staples in the paper bag are dangerous. Yesterday, they substituted my egg and mushroom barm for a vegetarian sausage one which I couldn't eat. There have been a few times lately where our drinks have been mixed up too

They sent me a coffee instead of the white hot chocolate that I ordered second time in a week

Waited 1 hour 40 minutes for food that never turned up! The order update just kept saying driver assigned. Try to ring just eat and costa but they were both closed. So went down to Costa because didn’t have a clue what was going on with my order. I explained the situation and they looked at my order and they said to me that my order was sent out 30 minutes ago. I re ordered again with them and when I left Costa, it magically changed to driver at the restaurant because a colleague said I will put bad feedback in for you! Then the driver rang me saying do you want your order, I said no I have got it now because no one delivered it to me and costa said that someone collected 30 minutes ago but no one has been to the house. He said you will have to ring just eat, I said I would but they are closed. He said that it was down for collection, I said no it ain’t because it has been saying driver assigned for ages! He was basically trying to blame me when it was him, I’m absolutely fuming. I won’t be using just eat no more.

Turned up 40 minutes late and food and coffee was cold very poor service

We only got takeout coffee, the service we got was good. One suggestion, Cakes and Biscuits should be under domes/cloches as a fly was landing on the uncovered cakes!!! Other than that it was great.

Unfortunately our frappe tasted very sour and the sprinkles were not salted caramel. We also ordered marshmellows at an extra cost and didnt get them. This has happened numerous occassions. Big let down

Stopped here whilst waiting to go ice skating. Typical and busy Costa but what really stood out was how friendly and accommodating the staff working there were.

I never received my food and Just Eat stole my money and won't issue me a refund. Nobody order through this app please, save your hard-earned money.

Delivery driver was very nice and friendly but had no change to give a tip. Order of Candy Kittens was missing but Brett from live chat was very helpful and gave me a refund for missing item. Thank you.

Order was never delivered abysmal customer service from the automated Just Eat response service. Seriously considering if I’ll continue using Just Eat.

Never recieved order at work but recieved confirmation was recieved. My disabled and housebound mum recieved a nasty call at home from the driver shouting on the phone to her and he put the phone down. Unable to use live chat as it isn't showing and would like a full refund please for the order I didn't recieve. Thank you.

I would of loved to give a review on my order , but to do that it has to be delivered!!! Why show its been delivered on Just Eat when it hasn't. Ordered at 12-04 Estimated delivery 12-15 to 12 -35 Shows its delivered at 12-13 I should be able to phone the actual Costa branch were I placed order not a "Customer Service Centre " who then has no operators but tells me to e-mail my "experience "

The food didn’t arrive, the app said delivered and I didn’t receive anything? I’m going to reorder now and hopefully I don’t get another rogue delivery driver. Very disappointed.

Order shown as delivered about 3 minutes after I ordered it. Obviously never received it. Costa's phone number just tells you to go online. Half of costa orders are either wrong or don't arrive. No longer ordering from them.

Didn't arrive got marked as delivered about 5 mines after ordering and now i dunno if it's coming or not at all, can someone call me please

Someone in their infinite wisdom decided to send 3 hot drinks out in the rucksack of a guy on his bike. Suffice to say half the drinks are in the bottom of my bag and I'm not too impressed

Zero stars useless! ordered food and drinks for 2 people totalling £22 driver arrives and legs it no wonder bc he’s arrived with 2 mochas. Phone lines not even on at Costa so now gotta drive down there and ask for my order!

Nipped in to kill some time. Rather dirty store with uncleaned tabled and bits of food on the floor. Long que as service was slow. My pot of tea came in a dirty tea pot- brown tea stains out the spout and around the lid, these where able to wiped off so no excuse for serving dirty.. staff disinterested or just didn't care. Free parking, outside seating, disability access but rather cramped in store.

The caramel ice latte had no caramel?

The Costa Coffee staff is excellent. Some of the customers are bad mannered. They do not queue, selfishly take seats when people are obviously in front of them. They allow their children to occupy seats and ignore elderly people in the queue ahead of them. I rate the staff 10 out of 10, I rate the customers 2 out of 10. It is worth a visit if you can cope with some bad mannered members of the public.

Coffee wasn't nice and porridge consisted of hot liquid poured on a tub of oats which you're supposed to wait to cook in their own heat pot-noodle style... except they don't. Absolutely grim, go maccies instead.
