Staff never that happy in Crediton Costa , today down right miserable . Never enough staff and they defo have favourite customers. Last time in here , going to Coco get a smile there.

Why work in the service industry if you don’t want to be there? A smile and a nice greeting goes a long way. Just huffing and putting the drinks down with a bit of a slam is pervasive and unfriendly. Second time I’ve had an issue with this costa, there won’t be a third.

Discovered this venue by accident and so glad we did. It was good spacing of tables and chairs so didn't feel on top of others. Really great coffee, I like my cappo extra hot with sweetners before the foam...who wants a whole undissolved sweetner.Nothing was too much trouble. Very calming experience and would recommend.

Seems to be becoming a theme here. Went for breakfast with my son. No food whatsoever unless you want sugar or cakes. Last time I visited was 5 months ago and same situation. Dont think you could make the coffee any slower either it took ages but I guess the girl was new so probably OK. Unfortunately, Costa is going down the toilet I think.

Popped into Costa Coffee for a break, opted for the hot chocolate and a cake. Nice friendly staff and a clean area to sit in. Watched the world go by and then onwards to the next stop. Great 10/10.

As a regular visitor of costa, the Crediton branch is much the same as others. Plenty of seating, quick service and generally friendly staff.

I popped into Costa with my daughter, we ordered drinks and the service was terrible they took about 10 mins to make the drink and then you have to collect it yourself; they don't bring it to you!! Whilst drinking her hot choc she was also enjoying a lolly pop the a friend had given her, a staff member quickly rushed up to her at told her she was not allowed to eat food not bought from costa. I told her she was allowed to finish it and went to the toilet. When i came back she was very upset and told me one of the staff members had shouted at her and took it away telling her "if you want to finish it, please leave". We were both very unhappy with the visit and will not go again!

When I was on my way to Plymouth, I passed through Crediton where I spotted a branch of Costa. I visited this branch of Costa for coffee and charge my tablet. Service was fast and efficient and the coffee was excellent.

Unfortunately the Tiverton store was very poor, 1. At 12.00pm 75% of bakery goods still baking and on trolley waiting for packing, shelves quarter full. 2. Either they had no staff turn in or what , but the shelves needed filling. There where cages of boxes everywhere. 3. The cafe was madness, tables completely full of dirty plates etc. Uneaten breakfasts left, trolleys of trays waiting to be taken in for washing up, the hygiene standards where terrible, no cups, coffee machine empty, no milk, display all messing , I saw one 2 members of staff, again they must of been short staffed. I spoke to a manager and he bluntly told me morrisons have cut back on staff , so customers would have to accept it Unfortunately. Very sad.

Unexpectedly stumbled upon this friendly pub on an afternoon walk, very reasonably priced drinks and friendly service.

We heard The White Hart was under new ownership so we came along for midweek lunch - it was great! We were warmly greeted by a kind lady behind the bar which had lots of ale, lager & cider choices. We ordered the daily special with a drink which for £12 was great value. The Cod & Chips and Scampi were exactly what you’d expect from a country town pub grub - well worth the money. The desert of STP was also lush. We’d definitely recommend this pub for a great quality and great value midweek lunch. We’ll come back for Sunday Lunch soon.

I am thrilled that you are getting back up and running. I've had so many relaxed and friendly hours in the cafe with friends that I am looking forward to more accompanied by a fab nut roast and side salads fit for a queen. Airy and plenty of space (unlike other cafes that cram as many in as they can) so it feels very Covid safe even without have to make big changes.
