The staff here are lovely. Very attentive and friendly when serving and paying particular attention to customers with needs. Taking their coffee over, chatting for a while. Lovely.

Each time I order a special hit chocolate it's the same story if they are supposed to include adornments, sprinkles etc they are always devoid by them. I feel well and truly conned by this. It's disgusting. The drink cost a lot of money and half of it is missing! If I ordered a fish and chips portion I would t expect the chippy to just had over the chips and not bother even telling me they have no fish and expect me not to challenge it. Seems like devious way of saving some money at the detriment of your customers

Amazing coffee with great customer service, team are very friendly , coffee quality his exceptional and has been for years , location has parking outside so very convenient to stop

Having been to several different costa places we can definitely say the staff at Pinner are the friendliest. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. My boys are always pampered with their babycinos with verities of different toppings and treats. We make a detour (in the opposite direction) to get our drinks before school. A special thanks to all the regular staff who always have my drink ready before I make it to the counter. A very special thanks to Maria, Anthony, Alex and Fabia for their dedicated attention to my boys and for making tailor make unique babycinos just for them. Always a great warm friendly start to the day.

Not great dirty cups and plates everywhere floor was wet from the air conditioner leaking didn’t look good the cakes looked tired and not appetising. Coffee was ok.

A typical Costa, but with very friendly and welcoming staff. I've been here maybe 5 or 6 times and staff have always been great.

Landed here for a ladies meet over coffee. This is one of the 3 coffee chain outlets that have opened in Pinner. Its a typical coffee shop offering hot drinks, iced coolers, sweet snacks, some fruits and sandwiches. Group seating is limited and the sofa is at the back which was occupied by lone customers when we went. Since we were a group, we had to arrange our chairs and tables around The location is convenient, and is bang opp the Pinner Library.

My favourite place to meet friends or fellow mums in Pinner. Consistently good coffee, friendly staff and walking distance from my place.

The staff are lovely at this Costa however, having ordered and paid over the odds form one of their christmas coffees, i was very disappointed when i realised i'd paid for a gingerbread latte only to have a strange tasting creamy latte. They had clearly run out of the ginger bread men that they put on top of the coffee and not told me and the gingerbread sprinkles they add on top were barely there.It's just disappointing because i paid extra to have my latte taste of gingerbread and it's those little extras that make it taste that way and is what i paid for. When the staff don't bother adding it and give you a bog standard (and confused) coffee instead and don't bother telling you half the ingredients are missing, only to find out after you've left is just not good enough for me.

We wanted a quick hot chocolate as it was a bit chilly in their air. Now the last time I had purchased hot chocolate was another well known type coffee franchise. Their hot chocolate costs £2.40 which includes lashings of cream and chocolate sprinkles on top. The hot chocolate at Costa Coffee cost £3.05 no added sprinkles! Well at least I know where to get my hot chocolate from next time.The atmosphere was friendly in the shop and somewhere to sit which is always nice.

Called for coffee here on Sunday morning. Coffee was good and the bonus was free newspapers to browse through. It made a nice leisurely visit. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Our table was clean. Pity the cafe is a couple of hundred yards from the centre of the shopping area but the coffee was worth the brief stroll.

In the franchise business model you know what you are getting product-wise and the bonus is how it gets delivered. This otherwise very nondescript gets top marks for the friendliness of staff. Well done

Absolutely love this coffee shop. The staff are excellent especially the manager Ciara. Always a smile and a friendly word.

My favourite Cafe in Pinner purely because it is usually quiet. That does not mean there are no customers, it is usually quite busy. Occasionally you have people that want to shout at each other across the table but mostly people talk quietly or read.
