Always find there could be more seating at Costa, service was quick and the drinks are classic Costa. I do think it would be better to have an area for children to play, so they don't end up getting bored and making a nuisance of themselves for other customers ( I'm thinking of my own children!)

Dirty place with cluttered tables, my table was cleared whilst I was waiting to sit at it, but not wiped of food debris! Slow service and 45p for oat milk, utter rip off. Average coffee. Remember now why I don’t use Costa!

Staff do such an amazing job here trying their best to serve everyone as smoothly as possible, and still keep a smile on and are super friendly. loved my caramel iced latte and was impressed by how fabulous amelia was. she was smiley, helpful, and i didnt feel rushed despite how busy the place was. the queue moved surprisingly quickly and the coffee was delicious! would recommend to anyone looking for a breath of fresh air away from tesco’s hustle and bustle.

Just check your getting a full cup of takeaway coffee the last couple of times i have been there only half a cup . So i guess with the amount of takeaway coffees that's a nice saving for costa . So just double check people

Honestly the best Costa in Devon. The only Costa I’ve been to that seems to make the drinks the right way! Always order a cappuccino or iced cappuccino in summer and they make it amazingly. Staff are all great and so nice in summer to sit outside too!

This just seems bland, a convenient place but not a destination

Went to Kingsteignton store today. Was served by Jasmine, her attitude was appalling she was on her phone until she finally decided to take our order. Didnt even get my bean even though i scanned my QR code.

Had the winter warmer special Toblerone latte plus birthday treat cake. Friendly service. If you want a nice quiet coffee don't go after 3pm as it coincides with the turn out from the nearby primary school.

Coffee and food fine, but very dirty. Sat in chairs in window which were very stained and worn. Tables were dirty and floor was really dirty, not just one mornings food crumbs but an accumulation. Sorry but felt very grubby and I wouldn't return. 😔

Sadly this costa has gone and lost its sparkle… What a shame that what was once the best costa for miles is now Not so.

Just had the nicest experience here, all the staff were friendly and pleasant but special mention to Lani who was serving who was so friendly and lovely.

Usual range of Costa coffees, drinks and snacks. Convenient if you are shopping in the area. I find this Costa lacks atmosphere probably because it is echoey and a little dark at the back of the shop

My wife likes Costa coffee, in contrast ... I like coffee. That just about covers it.

Branch of well known chain located on thus small retail park. Everything you would expect on the menu. Nice staff. Covid secure. Pick up online orders here if you prefer. Small area of outdoor seating.

Shockingly slow service .. Waited nearly 1 hour to get a coffee They had only 2 staff behind the counter who obviously couldn't cope with the customers arriving. Need more people behind their counter. Very poor service.

You either do table service or you don't. Queing to place an order is not table service. Not impressed especially when standing is difficult. Appreciate difficult times.

Very pleasant and clean. I had a lovely coffee with cream that tasted lovely, not too sweet.

We checked the opening times online and also on the door when we arrived. We were ready for a drink.....found a table...to be then told they were closing and could only do takeaway's. This was 4.30pm! Its closing time was advertised as 6pm. Poor service.

The staff are good the coffee is Costa you can't go wronge. Hand sanitizer near the entrance so hopefully a safe place to sit and enjoy your coffee break.

If you just want a coffee then it will give you that, but there is very little in the way of food options and pretty much nothing gluten free apart from a bland Tomato and Basil soup.

What’s the point of having a website and showing that you are currently open at 7.30am because you state your open from 7am. I arrive at 7.45 to buy a toastie (yum) and a coffee (best coffee around) BUT YOU DONT OPEN TILL 8! Wasted trip, and still hungry!!

I had a very welcome takeaway coffee.The staff were very aware of the situation and the shop was well marked out for social distancing.

Takes ages to get served and hard to find a seat. Air con blasts out cold air in the middle of winter, staff look miserable, food costs a small fortune and the recent refurbishment looks far worse.

Coffee always cold !!! Not going to go there again. And the toilets are disgusting. Wake up costa it takes 5mins to clean a loo !!!

Always fast and friendly service

Not one of the best Costa Coffees we've ever visited. It was very busy at 3.00pm on a Thursday afternoon. Lots of children, noise and mess everywhere. Even the toilets were dirty and needed a good clean, as did the tables and floor in the main cafe. Would not rush to come back here. Shame because we like the Costa brand.

Needs more staff, it's always so busy and you can be waiting a little while to be served which can out me off visiting, especially with young kids. Always good drinks and cakes though in a nice spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff just need to try not to put soo much milk in the drinks. They also do great fruit coolers. Can sit in or take away.

A bit cramped and not much seating for how busy it was. Gingerbread latte was spot on.

Costa coffee always give you a metal spoon with your drinks, so no plastic to dispose of. The latte was milky as usual, which makes it a weaker latte than its competitors. The tray was wet, so could not be placed on the table

Weekly, I always like taking a walk to Kingsteignton Retail Estate. I always pop into Home Bargains and once I finish treat myself to a Costa. This branch is a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy your coffee. Before you enter you are greeted with the amazing smell of coffee, rich and gets you craving one so much! I love the seasonal drinks that Costa have to offer, compared to some of their competitors, they come up with some really unique flavours. In the Fall Season they have this incredible Bonfire Latte, it's a gorgeous flavour. Safe to say I frequent Costa more when the Bonfire is out. I tried the Hot Chocolate version, it was a little more sickly as it was too rich and way too sweet for me. Back to the actual branch.. The dining area is huge, it could seat a lot of people for sure. The food selection looks amazing too, defiantly a great spot to have some lunch after a long shop in the retail park. The staff are very helpful, really nice too! Always look hard at work! This is the best Costa I have been to, really enjoy visiting! Always looks busy and makes incredible coffee!
