BE CAREFUL OF PARKING TIME. Only 30 mins parking allowed and signage isnt obviously visible when you enter. fill up, buy some snack and get a coffee and you could well be over the 30mins limit allowed. Not long enough for a coffee to be drunk at a reasonable pace if 'eating in' Won't be using this again as there is no way to 'refund' for genuine visitors if you receive a ticket.

Terrible set up. I stayed for lunch and opted to eat in. No-one told me that there’s a time limit on the car parking (even for cafe users) and I received a £100 charge for taking 48 minutes to eat my lunch which cost me extra for eating in!

Disgusting-despite providing cafe facilities, with tables and WiFi this site will hit you with a £100 parking fine if you stay any longer than 30 mins!! Its not clearly signposted, and I knew nothing about the charge till it arrived through the letter box!! Its a services off a main motorway, where your encouraged to 'take a break' so you don't drive tired!!! I'll definitely not be using it again, and would advise people to stay away!

Helpful friendly staff, quick service. Now with M&S food. If you're eating in, register your car so you don't get fined for parking more than 30 mins.

If i could give it a 0 i would how can the hours state open until 7pm and yet went in at 6pm they had said that they werent putting the ovens on!!! Imagine going to a chippy and 1 hour before closing time saying sorry we cant be A&^*%*%*% coking but you can have a coke - if the bosses found this there would be hell to play - it is employees like these that cause the prices of things to rise!!

Absolutely fuming, pay a fortune for a cappucino to get home with it that, now the foam has melted it’s only half full!

Quite crowded but as the food was good not surprised.

The coffee is decent but the staff are exceptionally slow, there were 2 people ahead of me in the queue, took nearly 20mins to get a tea and a latte. Seen a few people saying the same sort of thing.

Good petrol station and Costa just of the m6 motorway with all the facilities toilets Costa etc ...

This is my go to Costa shop and I go a couple of times a week. You think it's just going to be a machine but it's an actual shop at the back where you can sit in and enjoy your drink if you like. Staff are lovely and friendly and you always get a lovely, well made drink.

Usual coffee place. Clean and tidy. Nice friendly staff. Outdoor seating. Big car park.

Handy stop....but the worst Costa Flat White I've ever had. So weak, like warm milk. Not sure whether Franchisees are checked for QA.

We've started walking to Costa for a regular bit of exercise during lockdown. The staff here have been incredibly friendly, delivered great service and cheered us up during an otherwise pretty miserable time.

A garage and coffee shop run by former racing legend Cole Trickle, his business partner is rowdy burns. Time has not been kind to either of these guys, their once youthful looks ravaged by heavy crashes and hard drinking. Don't let that deter you though, these 2 run a tight ship.

If you want a £100 fine for drinking your coffee in the car then go, otherwise AVOID!

Be very careful using these services. I usually top up here before joining the M6 but on this occasion I decided to have lunch in the Costa. I stayed 40 mins and received a parking ticket from Euro Car Parks. I obviously appealed but it's been rejected on the ridiculous premise that you are only allowed 30 mins parking!!! I will carry on fighting but it's taking up time I resent wasting. My advice is steer clear of the place, it's a "legal" parking scam.

Absolutely lovely staff, never been anything but wonderful as daily if not multiple times daily but can no longer meet with family and spend the money we spend due to the 30 minute parking and extortionate fines. Shame. Be careful everyone £100 fines for going over.

Nice hidden gem of a coffee shop in the back of a garage shop. Pleasant helpful staff. Just off M6 jnt 27 better than the motorway services.

This is a handy coffee shop at the BP Garage only yards from Junction 27 of the M6 and a short distance from Wrightington Hospital. It is a proper Costa Coffee Shop with barista’s, there’s not many tables but quite cosy with nice coffee. I have been here several times and always been pleased with the staff and drinks they provide, which are cheaper than the drinks at M6 Charnock Richard Services 2 miles away.

Always a pleasant visit, called here many times on my way home and after hospital visits We call it the aquarium due to the toilet walls being decorated with various fish
