The girls there very friendly, very helpful & good service really respectful

Latte was all milk £4 😩 had to take it back and complain to get one with some coffee in I thought the staff we’re a bit miserable wouldn't recommend i won’t visit again

I was visiting the area for some work along with my family, the staff here were very arrogant and showed a lot of attitude. Not at all a welcoming atmosphere, regret visiting this place

I love a Costa as a treat now & again, just had a cappuccino it's My Favourite... The place is lovely & clean & Staff very friendly... Would recommend a visit to anyone... 10/10...

Watery coffee, miserable staff, always getting orders wrong and they pull faces when you ask to correct the drinks. Such a shame.

Nothing wrong with service. However place needs a good deep clean. Tables not cleared. It's not just today its been like this it everytime you go.

This is the nicest Costa in the area, spotlessly clean and the pastries very nicely displayed. Unfortunately today, my coffee was awful and service very slow. This has become a regular coffee stop for us and previously my coffee was always made very nicely. This particular Costa is dearer than others, and however attractive the shop is, I won't be coming here for a dry Cortado very often after this.

Rude incompetent staff, made an old lady caffeinated tea when she ordered decaf- barely apologised even when it was explained she had adverse reactions to caffeine . Then gave me a skinny latte instead of full fat- no apology. Made me another which was barely warm - by this point I had given up and left

Coffee to take away straight in the bin! Awful bitter taste. Definitely need to wash your equipment. Coffee spilt all over the counter. Staff r so miserable awful place

UPDATE: Had to reduce to one star, place is still dirty, hands stick to table, very slow service, not too interested in helping customers, and now cant even bring food to the table. what a waste. Used to be a real hidden gem with great service. But after so many changes it's another dead space, poor quality drinks, staff who couldn't care less, poorly stocked. New manager seams work-shy.

What a terrible Costa, very slow service, all the staff did was chat constantly, the white chocolate just tasted of hot milk and nothing else, definitely would not go back there

Love there chocolate in there but its a bit over priced with extra 80p just for tiny bit of cream . I normally go as a treat now .

As far as Costa coffee ☕️ above average

Visited this morning at about 11.30am. Two of the most miserable people serving (one female on the till and a male making drinks) I’ve ever come across. No hello’s, no niceties, nothing. Grim. Topped off with the fella making the coffees wiping his nose with his hand 🤮 and then touching the coffee cups. Never the cleanest of places either.

Love a Costa :-) they always make a good flat white here, never too much trouble and always smiling

Can't fault this Costa. The staff is friendly and helpful, the service is quick with a smile.

Latte was lovely but table hadn't been cleaned after previous customer and no one appeared to be checking. Fortunately my friend had some wipes.

I go here a lot and the place is always clean and tidy and the (sometimes) queues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Coffee is great as usual.

I ordered a large mocha to take out and was advised to get a smooth blend of coffee which I prefered but my mocha had no taste of chocolate what so ever it just tasted like a really weak cappuccino, for the price I payed I am very disappointed that it didn’t even taste like a Mocha.

Uninspiring coffee shop just like a string of others, experience one you've done them all. It is a pity the staff working in these places aren't allowed to stamp their mark on their workplace thus producing the shops own identity rather than follow a corporate mould.

Stopped for a quick break, coffee and a teacake! Only one member of staff on but took it in her stride and very pleasant as was getting busy.

Popped in for a coffee whilst waiting for husband. Young lady serving most welcoming and helpful. A very pleasant experience. Coffee and toast wonderful.

Quick and very friendly service

Excellent service. Two young guys served us, had the best cappuccino the smooth blend as recommended. Used the restroom which was immaculate. Best Costa I have used.

I have to say I come here every Wednesday and sometimes at the weekend I can’t fault the staff at all the girls are all so lovely nothing is too much trouble for them. Great place to eat and drink make you feel so welcome. 🥰🥰🥰

Lovely large shop, once we can all sit in for drinks i can imagine this shop being a lovely place to sit & have a catch up either friends it a chill on your own. The staff were lovely & it felt such a shame to have to take our drinks outside to the car. I will definitely visit again once lockdown is over

We've been going here since it opened. On Saturday we paid our first visit since lockdown. Staff were totally disinterested with Covid19 saftey. Dirty tables and cutlery on the floor. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANYTIME SOON

Costa is a recognised place on the high street. It's part of a chain of coffee shops so the staff are all trained to do and work the same. But they were all pleas t and kept the tables clean after someone left ready for the next customer. Nice coffee and even nicer cake selection.

I have been using this Costa regularly since it opened. I probably go in about once every two weeks to meet friends. The cafe has a nice open atmosphere. It always seems clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the coffee and regularly order a snack. It’s a good place to eat if you don’t want to have a big meal. If it’s a nice day, there is seating outside and you can enjoy a coffee in the sun. Parking is usually easy though the Hattersley Retail Park is becoming increasingly busy. I had a free coffee last time I went as I had accumulated lots of points on my Costa card and the lovely girl serving reminded me to use them. I really like this cafe and would recommend it to others.

I called in for a relaxing coffee after dropping my son at nursery. Staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to check ingredients to make sure there was no dairy in the drink I had selected. Sometimes when I go in places I'm made to feel like a nuisance for asking if products are vegan friendly but here they were lovely, friendly and helpful. Makes a big difference to your day.
