Costa Coffee in Great Yarmouth

As yet I have not had a correct order! Receiving 1/4 a cup of medium cappuccino takes the ****. Ordered a croissant and received a lemon muffin!! Won’t bother in the future as you are refused refund for number of wrong orders.

I visited this costa & I must say I was impressed with the service & politeness of the staff & the shop

wrong order, ended up with bacon instead of sausage. bacon was a bit rubbery

awful cold food cold driñks late delivery wouldny recommend at all!!! all had to be binned

drinks are still delicious but gave a lot less cream. There wasn't enough cream

A busy,community spirited atmosphere where people spoke with one another & helpful towards each other. Nice place to sit for a rest & meet friends or small groups.

It's a nice place to go can get abit overwhelming with people and noise. Lovely staff don't think I've ever had anyone that hasn't been happy and pleased to serve you. Definitely recommend.

Hi profit establishment's, no complaints, 'does exactly what it says on the tin' and we all know they are not the best value. Yarmouth is worst I have ever been in ti much time on phones instead of serving the que.

A very nice Costa Coffee here. Staff are lovely. Always get a pot of tea when I am visiting here. I never eat here, as I am not a cake person. But the tea is lovely. Highly recommend.

Costa is not normally my go to Coffee shop! Open nice and early, it was the only place open, must say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the coffee the barista made this morning frothing the milk perfectly thank you for a lovely cup of coffee! (I would say for Costa it's the best I've ever had) & lovely customer service 👏🏽

Two ladies at this cafe (APPALLING SERVICE), my wife ordered 3 drinks 2 pretty simple. the other one was drink a little complicated but not rocket science. After not receiving the more akward drink, They then acused my partner of not ordering when she ordered the drink the drink, as the drink order was very clear. The ladies proceeded to argue saying that she did not order The drink. my wife was a little stressed because she was dealing with our child. My wife continued to say that she did order correctly. The ladies made her feel embarrassed and more stressed because it distracted her from was more important which was our child the two ladie batista's working this morning where so rude she almost asked for her money back the staff shouldn't argue with the customer it was a disgrace and pathetic the way they mistreated my wife also the they should be held accountable. Because if it was me her husband who was their it would've been a different story... NEED BETTER MORE RESPECTFUL STAFF!

While on holiday in Gorleston on Sea, we visited Great Yarmouth for the day and stopped here for a drink. The place was very clean and staff very pleasant with us. We ordered 2 Cappuchinos which was our usual drink - they did not disappoint. We sat and people watched as we drank and although it was buddy, the staff appeared to be happy in their work. We would definitely return.

The staff at this store are just the best, they are friendly and welcoming. They make awesome coffees and the cake selection is always nicely presented. It is always clean, tidy and even though they get very busy they ensure tables are cleaned quickly.

Having visited numerous Costa the girls in here today were amazing. They were friendly , helpful, efficient and dedicated. There skills and customer service were second to none and deffo deserve recognition.

Items were to the standard you expect, but my large coffee was more like a small, as most of tge coffee was missing from the cup.

The staff here are always very friendly and welcoming. The tables are always kept clean and tidy by staff and so is the restaurant itself. The toilets are also kept clean and hygienic too. I always order a hot chocolate or a latte and have never had an issue 😀

Watered down tastes horrible. Threw in the bin by no means worth £6 each this is horrific

On visting my regular costa i asked for my usual of a one shot soya lata and a skinny late i asked the barrista as i usually do to put the unwanted (although paid for) shot in to the other coffee, she refused and i asked to speak to the manager and the manager also refused bearing in as per costa procedure this shot has to be thrown away anyway! They have done as have other stores many times before for me i do not see a problem since it the same price as a normal late so there for i have paid for it

bought 2 ‘hot’ milkshakes, served cold. told ‘they aren’t supposed to come hot, if they are it’ll break the machine’. All the syrup was at the bottom and they didn’t have whipped cream because they didn’t have the right cups. Not sure why they couldn’t have put whipped cream in the normal takeaway cups. No apology offered or offer to change the drinks. genuinely the worst experience I have ever had in any coffee shop in the country. £9. for 2 drinks I will never see again.

A really cozy place, coffee tasted good and the server was very kind.

I was going out with my wife to have a nice coffee called maple hazel latte when I order and payed no one said anything about it, than when I want it to pick up one of the workers she said we don’t have the topped with light whip and sprinkled with an autumnal crunchy biscuits topping . And I said I payed for maple £4.35 for it but I had latte she should give me at least some refund I never go there not worth it.

Decent place to have a coffee. Nice and clean. The service was a bit terrible though. Nice and friendly staff apart from the crackhead looking lady behind the counter who was very rude. 3/5 coffee beans for me chief.

While I cannot comment on the food as I had none, Costa lived up to its name on the quality of the coffee and once again I was more than happy with the service delivery of the staff who were very proficient and patience and I hope get acknowledged more by customers and management. Great job

Nothing special, Tee shirts instead of shirts - looks sloppy. Wild, unkempt hair on two of the waiters is not professional .

I would order again but I lost half my drink as it was delivered on a bike! Total mess in the bag & not cheap either.

Recommend the blueberry bubble frappe but service was very slow

Very busy, understaffed but drinks and cakes were nice.

When the drinks arrived they were spilt everywhere, the toasties ended up being soggy because of that and not to mention we didn’t end up having half a drink

Absolutely awful place , manager very rude & aggressive. Inside was disgusting, very dirty plus staff were unpresentable. We bought drinks but didn’t drink them as it put us of them, should have refused them & got our money back..

First stop on exploring Great Yarmouth, had some free drinks to claim. Always save them up holidays. Very tidy shop with plenty of seating and very friendly staff. Even accommodated my son's request who suffers from autism so he could get his drink the way he likes it, with the long travel day that helped him. Presentation of drinks were spot on. Only negative for me was had the new iced kit kat was great just felt like it was more ice than anything else, I know it sounds odd but 3 sips through the straw and I was done.

Enjoyed a lovely rest with a coffee and some cake after a long walk on the sea front.

Never used Costs before, hot x bun delicious and coffee huge.... definitely very back xx

Came here with my partner for a warm needed coffee and was received with rudeness and arrogance and after a few minutes they turned the air-conditioning on cold to make us go away, very disappointed

There are always flies on the cakes in this Costa. Despite me informing them of this on two separate occasions and them assuring me that something would be done, they have done nothing to stop this and I have seen flies on the cakes again since. Don't buy the cakes.

I would like to report. The delivery person came into the house and leave my order inside the house even though I specifically said in the instruction to leave the food at the front door and not to wait for me to come out as I have covid. This is a matter of security. I hope this did not happen again and I hope the delivery person must read the instruction given in the order.

Love Costa coffee. But few times take away Latte was hot milk. Disappointed.

Missing food items on whole order only received latte

Had the Christmas Edition Terry's Chocolate Orange hot chocolate here the other day. It looks nice, but really doesn't taste of much. There's a slight aroma of orange and there's crunchy orange peel or something on top, but I wouldn't say it tastes orangey. The hot chocolate as well... tastes like dirty dish water - doesn't taste chocolatey at all. I'm usually hesitant to visit the coffee shop chains and every time I do, I'm reminded why. I think the drink cost £4.40 as well.

Queued for 20mins waiting for drinks, system failure.

Visited here three days ago with my family, a total of seven and we sat outside and drank our drinks. It didn’t take long to be served and wasn’t overly busy. I had a iced coffee with cream and caramel sauce which was amazing. You can’t go wrong with a Costa coffee.

Had a mocha n choc biscuit very nice, usually have a latte but find it's a bit hit and miss with the strength even with an extra shot a lot of time the coffee is not strong enough

Lovely coffee helpful staff. Shame they don't have table for over 4 people to sit at. As a family of 5 it can make it difficult for us all to sit and enjoy a coffee.

A not very busy post-lunchtime visit was unbelievably bad. Sandwich ok - well they were M&S ones. However order of cheese & ham toastie and iced coffee was a masterclass in disorganisation and a complete lack of focus on the customer. Toastie heated ok, but then left on the side waiting for the iced coffee. We waited 5 mins after it had been heated before we complained and were given the toastie with our receipt. Toastie now luke warm and going soggy - not nice. 20 mins later still waiting for the coffee. Went to ask and was told that as we’d taken the till receipt (our till receipt…) the place in the queue for our drink disappeared so they didn’t know it had to be made. The 3 staff members behind the counter seemed to be doing the same jobs at the same time - no concept of streamlined or managed division of labour.

Yummy coffee to start the day and delivery driver was smiley which is a massive bonus! A smile helps to make you feel like a valued customer. Thanks just eat and keep employing people with a great attitude

Yes, I have seen big queues in Costa, but it's always busy, as are the staff, who are always very efficient and polite.I love that as a dairy free customer, I can actually have something other than a black coffee. I gave 3 stars, simply because of the lack of food options for my particular allergy, which is a shame considering the dairy alternates offered with beverages
