Four weeks running giving it a fair chance ordering coffee and toast every week asking if they could toast the bread properly every week all you get is warm bread and very mild coffee staff is under pressure as very understaffed is the reason for not being too friendly it's always regrettable to post a poor ratings

I purchased two lattes this morning at the Cameron Toll (Edinburgh) drive-thru and gave the assistant my Costa card. I received zero points on my card - not for the first time! Furthermore, the Costa App won't allow me to submit my complaint.

Estuve aquí hoy y la actitud de la mujer miembro del personal fue ridícula. Hubo confusión sobre el precio si la bebida se cobraba 4. 25 cuando cada otra costa cobra 3. 75. Consiguió la bebida y, como se puede ver en la imagen, no es como se supone que debe verse. Voy a todas las costas de la zona y este es el peor que he estado. La socia necesita entrenamiento en servicio al cliente.

Nice place to get away from the biz of the shop and grab a wee drink. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Prices are standard costa so reasonable.

Service can usually be slow, although coffee great and a saviour before shopping. However, I walked out this morning after standing waiting for service and totally ignored. My approach will be now to go to the nearest costa and travel to tesco, which will be quicker!! Always nice to at least acknowledge a customer waiting...

A great Costa - always get a good quality flat white & staff are so friendly & helpful. It can be busy at peak times.

It was a nice surprise to see this in Tesco! Beats the usual, questionable supermarket cafe! Good service, nice atmosphere and a good place to just chill either before or after your shopping. It is upstairs, but you can take your trolley up on the travelator.

drinks provided are standard across the entire Costa company but I wanted to comment on the service. I visited late in the day just before closing when you might expect servers to be counting the minutes. Not the case when I apologised about my late visit the guy can't remember his name was all smiles and couldn't have been nicer.

Open early when I need coffee, just happens to do bacon rolls too. Always very pleasant staff here, my go to coffee venue.

My wife, young son and I visited and couldn't thank the staff enough, specifically the Spanish gentleman that was the most polite barista I've ever come across. He couldn't be more helpful and everything was "my pleasure " whether it be cleaning the table or bringing a high chair for our son. Oh, caramel hot chocolate drink was lovely too.
