Costa Coffee in Bolton

Best coffee you can get. I had a latte & a cheese & tomato toastie its a good value lunch 😋 I go every Friday for lunch alone or sometimes with friends.

Turned us away wouldn't let us sit and staff were rude still open for 40 minutes

Called for a drink , nice to relax .prices reasonable, sell cakes, etc, if fancy a treat .

Love Costa Coffee and professional service you always get, friendly staff and clean tables, just ashame your coffee prices are increasing far too much, and never come down, especially when coffee bean prices reduce.

I was a little disappointed with the tidyness of the Cafe as there was lots of crockery left on the tables and it took at least 45 minutes for the staff to deal with them, saying that they were quite busy. On a positive note the food and drinks were just as always, good!

It was busy, however the staff were clearing the tables very quickly cleaning down the tables to make them presentable. Coffee and cake as usual from Costa consistently great. Thanks. Gave a respite from shopping.

Unbelievable what coffee costs these days! Sorry guys, I'm not a big coffee drinker and rarely feel the need to be tramping the streets holding a coffee in my hand to look important but the prices!

The drinks are ace and it's a welcome break to being dragged around every, single, item in NEXT by your wife. By the time you get to Costa, weary from your expedition around the store, normally crying and begging for water and mercy, Costa serves up some great food and drink to recharge your batteries.... ready for the second tour of duty of clothes and homewears. The seating is good and comfy, a particularly good area for your wife to brief you on the battle strategy for the second round and purchasing before taking your exfil route, power and wireless is available should YOUR wife chose to use Powerpoint presentations during your briefing. My wife ended our pitstop with "wheels up at 1300, dirtbags! Oo aah let's do this!" Very relaxing.

Service a lot better these day. Staff seem happier Although don't get the price differences between stores.

Only had tea and coffee. Service quite slow but it was busy. The place needs a revamp as it is looking rather tired. Shame as it is a great place to meet friends

Out with Granddaughter, perfect, wish I'd chosen Rock Road.

Usually happy but yesterday was chaotic. 4 staff. Only 1 serving. 3 moving stuff around. Big queue. My coffee was Luke warm by time other 2 drinks arrived on tray. Not one of the girls smiled. It was around 10 so they hadn’t been there all day at this point.

I love Costa! However, they were a bit slow to clear the tables. Everyone had their wet wipes out to clean the tables!

Overpriced, run by people who look like they couldn't care if you walked behind the counter and got your own coffee. Not their fault, you get the sense they're underpaid and worked hard. Edit: the staff still couldn't care less. Dirty cups and stuff everywhere.

Great service, the wife had a Vegan wrap. The waitress made sure she used seperate instruments when handling and cutting the food.

Costa at Lancaster Station is excellent.

We chose a busy time to go so queues were expected, and being in a popular store also! We had beverages and cake a nice pick me up. But seating was sparse due to midday rush otherwise usually plenty of seating

Friendly staff who are willing to help without asking, been a few times now to this Costa and never had anything bad to say. Family friendly. Food is just a little more expensive then i would like to pay.

Nice coffee shop in the middle of Next. I'd use it again.

Nice friendly polite staff. Hot drink was actually hot which was good and my daughters rolo bun was very tasty.

Found the food very overpriced and quality not like it used to be. Ham and cheese toastie. The latte i had didnt taste like it had any coffee in it. The place felt dirty and the extraction fan above the serving area was caked in dust...wont be returning. That said, staff were quick and efficient and friendly.

It was just a costa nothing more nothing less. Just standard, which is all you get in these places. We had two pots of tea ,a Mac and cheese, and a slice of cake. All were to a good standard, nothing exceptional, nothing bad. There were two new members of staff who were being trained by others, the staff were lovely very chatty and pleasant . The seating area was over a large area,above next . Lift, escalator, or stairs to get upstairs. Plenty of parking. Clean and accessible toilets.

Nice surroundings shame the coffee has gone to a ridiculous price 😕 only as a treat nowadays, to expensive for our normal pop in while shopping

Staff are always friendly, and efficient! The large glass wall let’s in a lot of natural light, and it is airy. The coffee is a good standard Costa coffee! It is a great example of the Costa brand!

Drinks were good as always (latte). Cheese and ham toastie was over priced for the pathetic amount of filling inside. No flavour to it either.

Super coffee what's not to like?

Had to wait a while to get served but it was busy, toast was cold by the time we got to eat it.

Some of our favourite cakes were not available on this latest visit. Efficient,friendly and professional service all the same.

It's very cramped and within the next store felt very closed in. Service was extremely slow and again had to clear tables away to sit down.

I'm a Costa Coffee fan and love their coffees and cakes. I have visited many Costas in my lifetime and have a few favourites. This is not one of them. Though coffee is perfectly fine, the vibe about this place isn't right. Staff are not the usual friendly ones.

Drinks etc okay but staff seemed very disintrested with customers and need to be more aware of stock rotation. Other locations far better.

Excellent friendly service by a Barista called Kieren.

Staff seemed to be half asleep or hung over. 15 minutes to get two flat whites. Some one was dozing I think. In the end they arrived cold. I could literally have poured them on my hand and not said a word. Terrible service. I think we need to have older staff that keep a check on the young ones and stop them sleeping in the dish washing area.

Didn't have any salted caramel frappe

Toasted sandwich was very nice but the blonde ice late we had was very disappointing, no coffee taste just lots of ice and liquid!
