The best team and the best coffee. Great for FlixBus pick ups. Nice and warm inside.

Only 4 indoor seating spots, clean toilet

Paid £15 for two large lattes on ubereats. Only 1 arrived, and apparently this order isn't eligible for a refund. The coffee is awful. Tastes like instant coffee with loads of sweetener added. Robbed and left with a bitter taste in my mouth. Never again

Ordered 2 cinnamon bun Latté's with an extra shot in both via uber eats. Whoever made the order cearly didn't read the ticket properly because only 1 showed up and when we tried to get a refund for the missing item via uber eats they said we're not eligible for a refund. There is two of us which is why we ordered 2 coffees. We have checked the order multiple times and it definitely says 2. So we've just spent £15 for half a cup of coffee each! Really really not happy.

I ordered hot chocolate and a cake this morning as i waited for my bus and the guy who was making the drinks did not make the chocolate and made coffee for the next customer and served him.. i asked him why he served the next customer before mine he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him my bus is about to leave he just looked at me. The cashier as well. They both didn’t care. I have been buying hot chocolate 3 or 4 times a week and this particular staff i find them rude. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names. I left without my chocolate yet i paid £6.65 for hot chocolate and cake. Please Costa management talk to your employees. They need a refresher course in customer service

Just went in for an iced caramel hazelnut latte earlier and the lady Millie (beautiful) was the kindest person I’ve ever met in customer service. Coming back tomorrow going to ask for her number.

I just stopped by to get a coffee before my train and though ordering an americano would be a safe option. The coffee is so bad its inedible! I am now sitting on the train without a coffee, very tired. Do not recommend.

Closed an hour and a half early. No apology given by staff.

May​I suggest the gent barista from December 21st learns some basic customer care? I am not your mate, a complete stranger. And then to say " I apologise MATE" shows that maybe you shouldn't work customer facing. And yes I heard you laugh afterwards. Bye Costa, nice knowing you, not!

Not open when they are supposed to be open , 2nd day in a row

I've never been able to get a coffee here in the mornings as it seems to open on its own schedule. Despite the opening hours being 06:00-18:00 I've arrived to find it closed on multiple occasions between 07:30-09:00.

This cafe, is in a very good location. Plus the staff are really helpful. Will be going there again.
