Friendly Baristas, great service. Can get busy at lunch times, but great place to grab a coffee.

The staff were very friendly I didn't have to wait long to get my coffee

Consistently unable to have Click & Collect drinks ready, despite leaving increasingly larger amounts of time - with poor excuses such as system problems, or didn't notice. Never an appreciation for the fact I am the customer and today, after informing the employee this is a consistent problem, she told me i would never be served in the store for complaining about the poor service. Sad that one individual tarnishes a good brand. No such issues at the ascot and binfield stores who are fantastic. Will never visit again

A nice location in the centre of town’s main square. Helpful staff, good service and drinks well served. Unfortunately it makes it an unwelcome place with front door glass shattered, dirty and soiled entrance carpet and dull furniture.

I do recommend this place if you want to try loots of different dishes 😋

Came in with my partner for a coffee. Was served by Ian, a lovely man, who helped me pick a coffee I would enjoy. Great service. Super friendly.. need more service like this

Ordered a breakfast wrap and was given something else even though my order only had one item

Just short of two hours. Shocking

The drink was split all over our food. The drink had nothing left in the cup and our toasties were ruined. The driver told me to contact you for a replacement. We need to eat so I have made us a sandwich. I wish to be given a full refund

I need to do more vegan food. Used to do a vegan wrap the only thing to do breakfast wrap.

We had a lovely delivery man so thank you to him. All great with our order, we just would have liked some brownie crumb on our frappes as stated in the description.

A cosy place to enjoy tea time. The staff are friendly, and the food is excellent.

The food was left outside the house. No one rang the fully working doorbell nor did they knock. We found the food at 1,05. It was stone cold and inedible. I tried complaining through the form/survey online. You did credit me £5 on my account, Thank you. However, as we were unable to eat any of the food I expected a full refund.

Coffee tastes better than in the other coffee shops from the same style.

1 cappuccino and 1 hot chocolate missing flavouring. Ordered at 12.58 delivered at 14.45 lukewarm. No number to call the coffee shop. The cappuccino's didn't look like a cappuccino, it looked like a standard white, milky coffee. Other than that the cakes were fine.

Coffee was stone cold when arriving and driver had several more drinks in bag, meaning he was delivering several at a time and they were all probably cold. Over an hour to receive my drinks. Not happy, poor service

Ordered at just before 8am, food and coffee arrived around 10am cold, all went in the bin, can't contact Costa directly, the last 3 orders I've placed on just eat have been very late and awful, I will not be using this app anymore it's abysmal!

Used to be 1 star but they really have come around so I've rated them again! Good work folks for upping the standards!

It is coffee but not the best. Nevertheless they offer a quick and cheerful experience.

Driver could not find a do easy address phoned me and said I don’t know and clicked delivered. And wasn’t. Phoned Costa and explained and reported the driver to the just eat firm

The food was disgusting the toasty was like stale bread and cold and Mac and cheese was cold as well and was rubbery Im very disappointed.

We placed a Deliveroo order from here yesterday, most of it didn't arrive.. we just got 2 iced coffees that weren't very nice and ended up costing nearly £15 each!! Deliveroo wouldn't help of course, the phone number they give for Costa just rings forever and the phone number on here comes up as invalid. No other way to contact the store. Absolutely furious, definitely don't recommend.

Did not receive my order, and no option to ring just eat to discuss. Poor customer service and waste of time searching google for phone numbers that don’t work.

I actually went to Nero, they have a card system, 10th drink is free, they have toilets, and window seats, and comfy chairs to sit on. I love almond croissants, something starbucks and costa STOPPED selling. I no longer go to Costa, unless there is no Nero or Starbucks around, even then I only buy a drink, my xmas fave for Costa is a frostie gingerbread, shame they do NOT DO LARGE.

Excellent location opposite the town hall in the town centre. Plenty of staff to get the drinks made fast. 2 loos.

If you're going to offer order by app and deliveroo then decide if you're doing that or serving the queue of customers in the shop. Over 10 minutes waiting with 3 team members ignoring the queue...

Tbh..not the best..drink I had, had lots of mixture down the sides..which meant it was not that strong..I was asked if I wanted cream..I declined..got cream and sprinkles on..didn't have the heart to say that's not what I asked for.

Fantastic place to have a nice cup of coffee. The staff are very friendly and approachable. Great selection of hot drinks. Costa has always been one of my favourites.

Not been here In a while. Asked for two shots of coffee it was very weak. Chap serving ran his hand over the coffee gadget to flatten then later while he was waiting for it too brew touched his hair. 😷 Why do they put through contactless straight away and assume. I had a voucher. And then they never bothered asking to get my points. I didnt realise the voucher would not add them on. Really disappointing visit. Rubbish. The other coffee shops in wokingham are alot better and friendlier

We had a great coffee and toasted tea cake.

Wokingham has a good capacity. Of course, still no gluten-free panini or sandwiches. Would have given 5 stars, but I forgot to ask for sugar, then serviettes so was up and down.

Nice place to relax and having a coffee. The staff is very polite.

Great service. The staff member helped me pick a dairy alternative and was able to talk about the coffee giving me a good idea of choices. Well done Costa coffee staff well trained and coffee was just as it was described. The other advantage was midday during the week it had a steady flow of customer's, it also still had plenty of places to sit. The atmosphere would be a nice place for a catch up or just to take a load off for five. will definitely go to this Costa again.

Always a pleasure to stop over at Costa for a coffee and something sweet. Really enjoyed my visit and it was really clean too with cosy furniture. Kind staff.

Asked for a take away and ended up eating in! Lost in translation and it wasn't busy... my latte was on the lukewarm side too.

Good fast service. Tables were kept clear and clean. Better than other coffee shops in the area. It was carnival weekend so was busy in the area.
