Just had coffees. Good coffee and good service. Tables and floors kept clean. The atmosphere is a bit sterile, but is ok.

Standard costa inside tesco BUT staff were wonderful. Best I've ever had in a coffee shop.

Young, but very friendly, knowledgeable team. Upsold me on cakes and size of coffee. Carried food & drink to tables for the more 'mature' customers. Regularly cleared the tables and restocked the displays. Been consistently good standard here for four years I've been a customer

First visit. Ordered a Cortado Coffee. Nicely made however was full up with milk like a latte. Would I like anything else? Picked up a mature cheese and roasted tomato sandwich. Plonked in front of me. Took a bite all I could taste was grease and soggy bread. Went to counter to ask for a serviette. Also would you have salt n pepper? NO I looked inside sandwich all there was - a smear of tomato paste. The outside had a layer of what looked and tasted like lard. £7.25. Will be first and last visit

Nice coffee and cake but the place is messy.. Lots of dust on the shelfs and windows, frames. Not nice sitting there enjoying coffe when u see lots of dust around you.

Called in today for a cappuccino, lemon tart, flat white and a blueberry muffin. 3 young staff working behind the counter. The girl on drinks was completely flat out never stopped making drinks, she looked exhausted, the other girl was taking orders, very difficult to hear each other as the covid screen is up ( rightly so) but the whooshing of the coffee machine made hearing a nightmare. Anyway....the third girl did come out into the shop to collect cups etc, but we never saw anyone wiping tables down between customer use.. This was an a very busy time as I said but surely the tables and hygiene needed doing. I saw on the door that they were advertising for new staff, help is definitely needed here.,Drinks and food were good, highly priced as always, but let down by not following the cleaning rules. Might give this place a miss next time.

They should check their prices. Since the gvnmt cut VAT for hospitality sector in July 20 Costa apparently promised to cut their prices of drinks and food too. Clearly not in this branch.

Couldn't make me a flat mocha. Appreciate its not on the official menu with its own till button any more but can't believe none of the 3 baristas could make it, when it is essentially a flat white (that is on their menu) with chocolate powder added. A very "computer says no" approach to customer service and embarrassed me infront of other customers by telling me you don't make the drink any more. Funny that no other Costa I've been to in the last 2 years have refused to make one. My local Costa 10 miles away make it for me, no problem. Costa says if they're new baristas, they might not know how to make it. At my local, even the new baristas will make it for me, which just goes to show it must be almost no different to how a flat white is made. Left feeling embarrassed as called out infront of other waiting customers, and without a coffee, on a cold day. Shame since the staff at my local are much more friendly and accommodating. Won't be back.

Usual good service and reasonable quality of coffee. Suffers slightly from outlook on multi shops car park.

OK coffee good but Midhurst branch needs updating!

All expectations were met. The coffee was good as were the biscuits, the place was warm and tidy and it all cost a darn sight more than if I had made it at home. But went we did non the less. An enigma....

Good place to get a nice warm drink in this cold weather .recomended

I like this branch as it's often quieter than in town and more of a spacious place to be. Staff are friendly.

slow service had to ask for refund as I had ordered and paid but had to wait for 20 min only to find there were still 6 orders before me .

Plenty of parking outside. Loads of space inside with comfortable seating from normal table chairs, arm chairs and sofas.

If you drink coffee it is a reasonable place to go, but if like me you like tea, then they aren't trained to make it in an English way, they put the hot water into the cup, then the bag on the side, tea is supposed to be put in before boiling water. Here's the other thing, the water. Wasn't boiling. When I queried this process the employee said it is what they have been trained to do, when I asked for it the other way they were very put out. Nice food and cakes though. Also be aware that this Costa has been built in the car park of b&Q, so don't expect more than a functional experience. The toilets were clean and the tables are cleared quickly too. Thumbs up if you found this helpful!
