Brilliant staff, wonderful place

Great customer service from the new lad who served me today. It was busy first thing in the morning but he did a great job of managing customer service while getting orders out. Always great customer service here, but today stood out especially!

Popped in for a cortado which was good.

There’s a good reason the cafe Nero down the road gets packed while this costa barely has anyone in here, good if it’s raining as your guaranteed a seat!

It's just a shame the outdoor area remains closed. Staff are warming and caring to others.

I am a regular Costa user, but this was my worst experience. My normal order is a medium caramel latte. This one was mostly foam rather than coffee, barely half a cup and barely luke warm. Breakfast wrap was nice though.

This place is awful , 3 girls taking money and making.g coffees , no ones clearing the tables, one girl is extremely rude , coffee is disgusting waste of £6 !! I will avoid in future

This Costa is awesome. I go to this costa quite reguarly and the staff are always so happy to help, they are so kind and welcoming and they even help you to download deals in costa. Everything is always stocked, and always good.

Good drinks as always, plenty of seating, nice little store. Service was soooo slow though. Took ages to get three drinks and the place wasn't even that busy. That was the only disappointment.

Not many Costa have a rear garden attached but its currently closed for some reason? I've read about variable standards and staffing but all Costa suffer from high staff turnover. And believe me I know about that because I'm a delivery driver to many of them. Almost never the same manager or staff twice in a row. Very young girl and probably not very experienced was only person in shop to open up last time here!

Come across to this store often will be nice when you can use their outside seating area it has been closed for quite a while

A very relaxed coffee place & friendly staff

The coffee is the usual ok costa, but the staff seem pretty uninterested and there’s never any hot food (toasties, pannis) when I visit on Sundays, and the selection of cakes is always down to hardly anything. Not the normal experience when visiting a costa.

Amazing staff put alot of thought and care into the drinks. The only thing I would say is that coffee shop specifically needs a refurbishment with comfier seats and tables that don't wobble and far to often are the toilets really low on toilet paper. But in all I would go back.

Worst service I've ever received. Sherborne Christmas Fair today, huge numbers of people in town and Costa shuts at 1pm for lunch! The staff inform us to leave the premises even though we hadn't finished our drinks. I will not be using Costa again, worst treatment ever by rude staff. Also not one gluten free cake available.

The coffee here is generally good, the staff are always friendly here as well and are always happy to take your order, even when busy. I would say the front of the store is comfortable but the rest, especially In the back doesn't have as much comfortable seating. The outside decking was closed when I was there too due to health and safety. I think this Costa coffee would benefit from a refurbished. But generally not at all a bad Costa coffee.

Sadly over recent months, this coffee shop has gone downhill, staff seem very unhappy in their work, maybe understaffed , .shame as I was a regular customer but Nero's much more welcoming

This Costa is inconsistent I never know if the drinks are going to be OK after last time I don't know if we will be back there is better only a short distance away.

Friendly staff. Coffee was well made. Store was busy but didn't have to wait long. And the premade sandwiches were up to standard. Thank you.

It was good, however was lacking the same standards as other Costa coffees elsewhere as frostino was rather liquidy. May just be a issue with blenders but was the only poor thing other than that brilliant.

Called in while on a cycle ride with 10 others , And could not have been made more welcome, by the young ladies behind the counter, great service with a smile, Very polite and friendly. And allowed us to take our bikes through to the lovely seating area out the back of the shop. Well done Costa Sherborne.

Nice little shop in the town of Sherborne. Was nice and quiet though had lots of customers. Lovely place for a quiet coffee and cake. Highly recommended.

Love Costa in general it is easy to find and has clean toilets. The food is exactly what you expect from them and is always great. All allergy warnings are clear.

I like Costa because everytime you go the hot chocolate always tastes the same. Some coffee shops serve hot chocolate and it depends who makes the drink as to how it tastes

Great place to go, very welcoming and great food and drink. My particular favourites are the chocolate muffin, the cookies, the fruit cooler and the hot chocolates. It's a great place to sit and have a chat, or to pick up a snack while hanging out with friends. Would really reccomend it. Tttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

What a lovely place. We're been here over 14 months but this is the first visit to our local Costa. We have been missing out.

Ottimo il frostino belgian chocolate e tutti gli squash di frutta Superb Belgian chocolate and all the fruit squashes. The food here is tasteful and delicious. The location is awesome and the furniture is beautiful and stylish Really good

Costa is generally good and this is one of the best. Staff friendly and competent.

Most of the staff are fine here, but one member of staff I believe is called, Kelly is very rude and dismissive never a please or thank you and despite being a regular customer she has never changed her attitude, quite off and not what I expect

Manager surly looking man! Dirty looking tables, and uncleared cups and wrappers. Staff do not listen to your order, hence badly made drinks. Could do with a change of staff with better hygiene 😷!!

The espresso I ordered tasted like watered down mud! The replacement they gave me was even worse?!! Staff were awful and the service was shocking!

Staff are lovely .....and always greet you with a smile. I work as a carer for two weeks in Sherborne and love to take my break there and chill out.

A typical Costa with decent coffee and snacks but you can do much better in Sherborne. Try Oliver’s just up the road.

The flat white coffee has now got too milky for me. I thought it was a one off but not so. That is why I've only given 3 stars.

As Costas go, this is alright. The coffee could be much stronger, but that's me. I always have a black Americano, but it varies every time depending on who makes it. We sat here for a long time with friends and familly. The air conditioning was way too cold, we kept moving to avoid it blasting over us. We return here because it's convenient, not because it's the best coffee.

I worked from here one morning on the weekend as I needed a decent internet connection and some caffeine! Chap serving was very friendly and plenty of seating available. Lots of natural light top which was a bonus and easy to connect to the wireless. Would come here again.

Considering that this is a Costa, it's actually lots better than you might think. Great staff managed by Becks. Love the place

Come here quite frequently with family and friends, very nice atmosphere amongst customers and staff. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great location too in the middle of Cheap Street.

Found this place by accident when I was in Sherborne. Great Costa coffee in a good location. I liked the fact that they had a garden area to the cafe.
