Awful food full of grease pitta bread was soggy with fat. Meat was tasteless brewed in fat for some time. Never go there again.

You certainly get your money's worth here. Large portion of everything. McDonalds! Take note.

Ordered food tonite for delivery, called as no food delivered. Very unhelpful staff said the food was there awaiting collection [now cold] but they would deliver it at an additional charge. Absolutely awful service and attitude

Asked for a donner kebab no onion and all salad ,burger sauce in a pot separate. Got pretty much no salad and burger sauce all over kebab. Not good !

they sell not fresh pizza, burnt pizza dough tastes like it was made three days ago

Went for the mega VIP box , enough for family of five . Good quality food will be back.

Ordered at 5pm delivery driver drove away without taking the cash came back 3 hours later banging on the door while kids were sleeping should have done the job properly or came back next day absolutely ridiculous!

We tried it for the first time today, the kebab, chips and sauces were lovely. The owners were very friendly.

Wow! I stumbled upon this gem of a kebab shop during my visit to Sherborne, and I'm so glad I did! Despite being three hours away from London, this place surpassed all my expectations. The flavours were perfect, and every bite was a burst of deliciousness. The meat was tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. If you're ever in Sherborne, do yourself a favour and pay this kebab shop a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Ordered online last night. Sauces were utterly flavourless and the meat generally overcooked and dry. Very disappointed.

After a few takeaways I try and be fair in my estimations of worth and in scoring. Before the Family Kebab shop changed hands it was a great tasting family run kebab and pizza place. Sadly the original owners moved on, and the New management I feel have destroyed the original ratings I had posted. I now give this Kebab shop just 2/5 stars, and in all honesty I don't think I will use it again until I know they are back to caring about there customers and the food content. I do hope they take on board the comments and retrieve there standards. Sadly after what was deemed as food poisoning after a takeaway from them on a difficult day, I'm not likely to buy from there again unless there is a return to the almost 5/5 rating that the former management held. However their delivery drivers are lovely, kind and helpful and I cannot fault them.

Friendly staff, great food and delivery was fast and prompt.

Good online service, never actually been in the shop! Delivery times can be vastly different but standard response is an hour. Usually food is delivered before this. All food received to date has been good standard and still hot.

Very helpful on the phone, food was delivered quickly and hot!. The delivery person was very polite and courteous. The food itself was very nice and not at all greasy as it has been from some other places we have got a delivery from. There was plenty of it and at a good price. This was our first order from them but won't be our last! . Thankyou and keep up the good work.

Moved to Sherborne from Bournemouth 3 years go first and only place I’ve found a decent chicken burger 😍

When this place opened up it was brilliant, the staff were happy and attentive. The food and portion sizes excellent......now it has changed hands and is not a patch on what it used to be . No care has gone into the product , it seems very chaotic and slow. Will not recommend again will not use it again. A missed opportunity to make it a great kebab shop by changing after 6 months.

For a small country town, the food isn’t bad. But… they seem incapable of getting an order right. My suggestion for anyone wanting to go here, don’t order over the phone as they’ll get it wrong. Go into the shop, order your food and when they give it to you, double check it as I can guarantee it will be wrong. Of the 5 or 6 times I’ve been here, they haven’t got a single order correct. You order a chicken doner, they give you a lamb doner. You order a wrap, they give you a kebab. You order chips with sauce, you get chips without sauce. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Best place for Friday night dinner

Big menu, lots of choice, generous portions. Food quality always been good too. Council (pay & display during usual hours) Car Park right next door too. The VIP Box is an absolute feast!

My first visit was take out at 5pm soon as they opened . No wait time , smiles to greet us. Friendly top star service !! Can't beat it . The food mixed chicken and Donna kebab with salad and chips 9 quid for large kebab 🥙 and I was hooked from my first ever kebab was out of this world , fresh colourfull salad !!!! Pitta and hot tender lavish with each meat. . Went back to the same place the next week #differentstaff different face still no qué but they didn't seem to know the same order we had got multiple times ... Irritated older man snappy , challenged us the price , telling us no not more salad they cost money , different selection of salad and burnt Donna was iny now 11 pound kebab !!!! Price r I s e !!!!! At least no Greece ! Destroyed my commitment to them I'm left disappointed ☹️ come back nice kebab people 😒 But I still stand by my first experience was 10 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

Horrible do not order takeaway here, don't know how it's got a high rating. Had to wait over an hour for a simple order of pizzas and fries. The pizzas were stale not like their photos and did not have the right toppings. The fries were also stale and were unrecognisable and disgusting. We ticked for them to come with sauce and looks like they poured the whole bottle on them. You literally could not see the fries. They had an inch deep of mayo and/or ketchup on top they all went in the bin as they were vile. Waste of money (we spent roughly £75). The reviews and photos are deceiving as haven't mentioned anything like what we received and isn't hard to fry fries and drizzle a regular amount of sauce. So attached accurate ones of the fries with a 'little' sauce.

Best takeaway by far from a kebab house

We were worried when we moved to Sherborne that we weren't going to be able to get a good takeaway or kebab. But these guys do the best chicken doners we've ever had! Well impressed and the chips are great, too. Delivery has been quick as well.

Food was great and price was reasonable too value for money , staff were great when placing order by phone as was the delivery guy .we ordered the challenger box as heard it good what can I say apart from Wow Absolutely best of a box !! Defo order from them again Try it you won’t be disappointed 👍

Ok so… food is good as far as a kebab shop goes, customer service is awful! Twice now our order has been either incomplete or extremely cold- when I called the first time about the food temperature, I was told I was rude! I assure you I am anything but.. tried a month later…just called tonight as our order was missing pitta (a kebab)and told they made a mistake and will send one out…. Too late- shame as food was nice- as a family we do not recommend- it’s a shame, we had high hopes for this company-

My 13 year old says this kebab ‘sleighs It’ which means it’s very nice. As a fat older man, myself, who’s eaten to close on a million kebabs I would say this is in the top 10% of kebabs I’ve eaten. Also being out in the sticks the delivery is excellent. Portion size is big, salad is fresh, chillis are hot. Family Kebab you rock x

I've had two meals now including hot wings, and they were both amazing especially the large lamb shish tonight. Everything was so fresh. Chilli sauce was nice and home made. Just wish they would add tables inside so can sit in for a kebeb
