Costa Coffee in Lewisham

Great place to relax. Friendly staff.

Missed out an item a toasted sandwich which was the whole point of placing the lunch order.

Lovely Costa. Spilled my drink (completely my fault) and the Barista Maestro on duty kindly made me another one!

My hot chocolate was spilled by the driver

half the order was missing which makes the whole order pointless

Good and hot drink were cold. Looked like it had been made half hour before it was delivered so ultimately it sat there for a while before driver picked up or was assigned.

They asked me to provide ID to buy coffee?! Saying I look too young to be buying coffee I didn't have any on me as why would I, to buy coffee, and it was a Sunday so everywhere else was closed. And just to add there is no legal age requirement in England to sell people coffee so it was a straight up lie when they said it was illegal. But it wasn't all negative there were two people at the till 1 was very nice and asked me about my day till the other person told me if I could produce id to go somewhere else and maybe they would serve me and as I said it was a Sunday so everywhere was closed.

Bit confusing; no labels on food so was a bit tricky to work out the veggie from meat. The drinks also didn't have lables either. Other than all very good quality.

The lid was on really lose and when I took out of the bag it tipped as damp and lost all the hot chocolate:(

My latte leaked all over the food and was warm not hot

I ordered 3 items how can one item be missed out. Yes you can get a refund but it takes 7 days. Also paying service charge for mistakes it’s in acceptable.

I ordered a bacon bap but got a sausage bap.

Coffe was cold was spilt so only had little bit in cappuccino, other coffee was very very strong very disappointed

Just want to grab a quick sandwich and cold drink as I'm passing but the fridge is never working and is empty. They are losing trade.

Very nice, chilled place and the service was nice

The lid on the coffee wasnt on and the bag was all wet so the bag broke and the coffee fell out!

The guy working here on the morning of the 19th of may is the rudest staff member I've ever seen in hospitality. I ordered a mango berry bubble tea and I asked to make sure it was the correct because they have two versions of the mango one he almost wanted to get into an argument, this is the same staff member who a month or two back didn't mention they had run out of the promo chocolate so I was handed the drink with no chocolate but still charged full price.

sandwiches were completely cold because apparently the machine was broken but I should have let them know before ordering

Beans and cheese toastie, medium hot chocolate and a cup of tea. Fantastic. Can’t go wrong!

I went to costa with my friends, I have been several times prior to this visit. The customer service was very speedy but the KitKat hot chocolate I ordered was disappointing and wasn't worth the extra £2.

I love Costa coffee in London Forest Hill. Very chilled place and WiFi is available.

I have been visiting this branch of Costa Coffee (Forest Hill) for a few months now and I must say that overall the staff here have been consistently friendly, helpful and keen on providing good service with a smile! I have only seen a long face once on a staff member, which confirms that they are human after all and not AI (robot - for you non-techies )! The cafe is always stocked with a great selection of food (although limited on the healthy options). Overall, the staff here are doing a great job and I for one do appreciate you guys! Let's drop our petty moanings and show some Love for a change! Peace :-)

I went in yesterday and the lady working at around 2pm was very friendly. I wish I asked her name for the review. Great vibe and excellent customer service from her.

Overall good, however, they did not put the card for me to scan the code so that I could collect my points

I do love the vegan toasty from costa. Yum! Great for a quick and tasty grab and go. Nice service, friendly staff and nice little venue.

I had to wiat 20mins for a small drink. You need more staff and better price drinks. I also had to pay for a lrage and got a small(wich is what i wanted) do bettwr

If you're going to change your opening times in store, at least have the decency to amend them online. Checked to see they closed at 7pm, walked down to find they shut at 5pm. 2 stars awarded as the coffee is decent... when they're open.

Tea and toastie OK. Service from a crabbie woman was definitely not OK. Perhaps she got out the wrong side of the bed this morning, but I was returning from an enjoyable session at the gym and she put a severe damper to my visit.

Normally like this Costa but today went in for a decaf coffee and they've served me normal. After having what I thought was a large decaf coffee I now have palpitations (which is why I can't have caffeine). Please be more careful!

Staff are super friendly here, they are always so helpful and we come with lots of chaos and babies. Also really happy with the addition of all the vegan offerings as I can finally eat something! The vegan smoky ham and cheeze toastie is lovely.

I do like this branch but it has become annoying recently seeing all the people in there with no purchases using their computers when it is busy and seeing people, especially with babies having to leave.

Staff are so helpful and efficient here. They will alway try to bring coffee over to you if they can. This doesn’t seem to be the norm at other branches of Costa, it is a small thing that greatly improves my customer experience!
