Always get a good coffee in here toastie are good nice selection of cakes there as always someone cleaning all the chairs and tables in the morning great place

The front door swings a long and lets a lot of cold air into the shop unnecessarily. Everything is wheelchair friendly including the toilets. Friendly staff but service was a bit slow. It was very busy when I went in to grab come coffee and cake.

Not sure what's going on at this place,they've had a sign on door for at least 3 weeks that I know off saying dishwasher broken so if you sitting in you have a horrible papercup!! Not sure this is true because this is happening in Marks & Spencer in Bath saying dishwasher broken!!!! Not Also is so cold in this building the Air conditioner is blasting our cold Air so you need to keep you coat on, I asked why it blowing out cold air over 2 years ago, was told its controlled by head office and store can't amend it!!! Overhaul awfull shop!!

My second best Costa anywhere (the best was in Chepstow). Always room, easy parking, many people go there to work and have meetings. Nice and light too.

For a quick Sunday morning coffee it does the job. Service depends on who is behind the counter so varies a bit if I am in the area I will use again

Excellent. Had coffee and snack inside. The staff were amazing. Not only where they dealing with the drive through but customer in the shop. So professional , pleasant and working so hard. A very good team.

My Mum and I came here for coffee and cake one wet Sunday. Friendly staff and great variety of drinks and snacks. Forgot how good the millionaires shortbread is!Plenty of parking upon arrival but car park was full when we left around lunchtime. Convenient location, drive through option, free parking. Only a small seating area (for a Costa) but there was always a space to sit whilst we were there. Due to its location, I think most people order takeaway. Will visit again.

Oh my goodness I could not believe what I saw in this costa coffee.There was multiple slug trails right at the front door as you enter the building which is a hygiene standard then I looked under the table to find slug trails there 😳. I don't like Costa coffee or any of there products anyway but my sister does but when we noticed this I was almost sick to my bones of what we were sat inside witch is very very dirty and the hygiene of the building wow if there's slug trails in there what else is in Costa ☕ 🐌🪲🐜🪳🕸🕷🐛🦠🪱🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Took my elderly father here for his hot chocolate. Horrible synthetic cream on top, with no toppings. My cappuccino was tasteless again, no chocolate sprinkles. Seats were fithy. Not taking him back there again

This is an ideal stop for a quick bite to eat and a coffee.

The staff were not happy and made a mistake with one of my drinks I asked for soya milk and gave semi skimmed milk I changed it but she made me think it was my fault .staff didn't make you welcome. I felt like we were inconvenient to them

Nice modern Costa. Clean, tidy and wasn't too busy when I visited. Ample parking outside with a few shops too. Coffee was great

Decent Costa and never seems to be full, always got a table so far.

When it first opened it was great and the staff were always lovely. The last few times though the drinks have just been really poor. They literally served my dad hot milk and somehow forgot to put the actually coffee in his coffee? Not sure how that can even happen. We didn’t realise until we’d already driven off.

A really good atmosphere for a quiet chat or time working on your laptop.

If it wasn't for the animated menu which doesn't give you time to read it this would be 5 stars. I mentioned it in the shop that it's hard to read, doesn't give you time to read it and is not very accessible for visually impaired or those who struggle to read. The staff mentioned they hear that a lot.

A Costa is never going to get 5 stars from me, but this one came close. The furniture was clean and new, lots of space. Friendly staff.

Staff were poor, could not care less!

The sign just says Drive Thru but there’s a sit-in cafe here too. Ultra modern of the now-ubiquitous type. There’s a KFC bnn xx door. Convenient coffee stop for Lacock Abbey en-route from the M4.

The staff were very helpful and friendly 😊 met my friend and we had 2 coffees each and sausage bap all to great standard ☺️ definitely go back thanks to all

Excellent customer service had an accident where my mother spilt her tea all in the gear stick footwell and went back in to purchase another and get some napkins to clear it up. The gentleman gave me a tea free of charge and handed me a tube of blue roll. He went over qnd beyond today to help. Thank you

The coffees and cakes my husband, Foster daughter and I had were delicious as always but it was busy and service was very slow. The tables weren't cleared and when they were they didn't get wiped unless you specifically asked...ours had lumps of porridge and toast on it! Not the normal standards I must say.

It's a Costa, it's as you'd expect, but I will say, the standard of the coffee here was better than you'd usually find

This is the newest Costa Coffee in Chippenham, just off the A350 and A4, on the edge of Chippenham near to Sainsbury's, McDonald's and next door KFC. Good parking area, there's also a drive thru (if you're in a hurry or don't want to leave your vehicle). I'd recommend sitting in, as the staff are very pleasant, there is quite a lot of seating inside and outside, plus it's either warm or cool, depending on the time of year! As with every Costa, there's quite a choice of drinks, savouries and cakes/ pastries, plus seasonal options for the drinks! I marked 4 stars for atmosphere, as it's not exactly cosy, but that's what you get with the modern Costa!

Service was slow but that's to be expected when it's busy around this time of year (mid December)

There was virtually nothing in my sandwich that I bought today and for nearly £4 I think that it is a disgrace.

Así que si tienes hambre o te apetece un café es una muy buena parada, café correcto, precio como en toda Inglaterra caro jajajaja pero muy bueno. El trato excepcional y el sitio muy cómodo, buena parada.

Been plenty and usually brilliant but today I purchased a cappuccino for me n the wife to share and it was super crazy string. Must of had 5x the normal amount of caffeine in because we were both shaking and sick. We're both coffee drinkers but this was off the chart. Consistency is needed her because if it happens again I won't return

Absolute shambles. 4 staff, two blokes working two ladies watching. Just go to the drive thru it's quicker.

Returned here about six weeks after our previous visit sorry to say there is still room for improvement. Place itself is great but seems to be short staffed judging by the adverts. Mind you there was only one person inside working on his laptop when we arrived and he was still there thirty minutes later when we left.

To be honest, I can't remember which Costa this was, but I visit loads of them, wherever I am, and I've never been disappointed. Love the staff. Love the frappes and the mac n cheese.

The service is nice as all was the coffee was bitter and bland as hell as all was. So over all I would not go there until you want a cold drink there pritty good.

Amazing server, didn't get her name. 1020 sat 10. Loved the energy, cracking job.

I went in here about a week ago with my partner and I was a bit of an unintentionally challenging customer. I was served by Max who was helpful, polite and so professional. Fantastic service.

Have visited the store twice now for takeaway. Friendly service. No complaints. Store has a nice feel to it.

My sister and I would like to shout out the woman who served us this morning at 8:15am at the Costa Drive Thru. She was super friendly and polite. Put a smile on our faces! She's defo a keeper and deserves all the free coffee in the world xo

Very poor !! I get a Costa coffee most days all over the West Country, very friendly staff in Longwell Green 10 out of 10 . WSM 10 out of 10 . On and on I could go, but Chippenham Costa a very big 0 out of 10 , Soon as I walked in the staff are to happy chatting to there selfs I was I only one in there they got my older wrong and when I asked who was in charge no one would tell me ? Can’t even use the toilets . Some one needs a chat with the staff as didn’t get changed for one of my coffees lol .Don’t think I will be going back even if they are giving the coffee away again . ☕️👎 ( Longwell Green for me tomorrow morning I think 🤔

Great Costa store with lovely staff. Queue was a little long this morning as there was only one barista trying to manage the online orders and orders from those of us actually in store.

Great service when I have ordered via the app. Was told about some missing items so had to call HO to fix which is a little disappointing

Rudest barista ever. Sarcastic and unwelcoming. Didn’t put any of the lids on my coffees and broke a cup. 19th Feb 2021 @ 4:30pm.

Was nice to have a coffee and bacon roll today at Chippenham, at the Sainsbury's roundabout. Coffee was superb, but had to que for 10 minutes for it as the caffee shop was very busy. Everyone understood this and complied with the Covid instructions.

Had a coffee here at 7am on boxing day after getting dragged round the sales in next by the wife. Was exactly what was needed and very friendly staff for the time of year! I work from home and often come here when I need quiet, there's lot of power points for the laptop.
