Costa Coffee in South Norfolk

Staff were very professional, service was quick and the place was clean.

Not a huge fan of coffee shop chains but Costa is fine. Wouldn't buy lunch here, but they do nice coffee and coffee-derived desserts.

It's ok service a bit slow this morning but the iced coffee was nice and refreshing as was the latte.

Nothing better than a nice latte and a blueberry muffin to help your day feel better, before, during or after a shopping spree, best coffee shop by far beating the competition by miles, maybe the prices are a tad steep for what you get and always have to ask for extra hot coffee as it's always served luke warm at best, but always delicious. Always a winner for me

Not sure why but the service in this Costa is so much slower than other branches. Food is usually ok but on my latest visit the breakfast wrap I had was cold in the middle.

Dirty plate wasn't noticed. Nice toasted teacake, bacon could have been cooked more in the rolls

It was very busy when I visited but the staff were doing what they could to keep up with the queues, serving, stocking and clearing. A nice place to stop after a long cycle.

Manager at Tesco Dereham very miserable . Needs to smile and be more friendly doesn't make you feel very welcome.

Good selection of food and drink, a little bit on the slow side in service, but the staff are friendly.

Whoever design this costa café should sit in this cafe and listening to all the noise to see how much they enjoy it!

Lovely spot for a quick coffee or tea

Costa by abd large are quite good. The Costa in Next, Longwater, Norwich is the slowest Costa I have ever been too. It is worth dropping in for the experience. I don't know how they manage to have so many people behind the counter all waiting for the 'cheif' to take every order, then prepare it. Muddled organisation.

I visited on 2/12/22 and I’ve counted 12 people with their coats on (so far!). It’s freezing in here! Not the best when you’re after a cosy coffee and somewhere to warm up! Apparently the heating is broken according to a staff member and has been for 2 months. Please fix this! 🙏

It's a coffee shop. The tea is not very good. Had a nice gluten free chocolate brownie

Need to train the staff in how to manage very busy periods causing a long queue and cold coffee not heated properly!

As far as food and drink is concerned this outlet is pretty much on par with every other Costa out there. But I noticed that tables were not being cleared at regular intervals, and I saw lots of people having to transfer dirty crockery from tables when they found a seat. Secondly the noise level was insane. It was impossible to have a conversation. I remember when coffee shops were places to relax and wind down, but now you get kids running around screaming whilst parents are on their phones. I love Costa coffee but the atmosphere inside their outlets isn't good at all.

The coffee and cake were delucious. A very calm atmosphere to enjoy them in Thank you ladies, we'll be back.

So it was very full in here on a Sunday, unfortunately the latte I got wasn't very full at all so we had to get another one made. But they did it without hesitation and quickly which was nice.

Clean and tidy. Polite staff. Will come here again.

Not many options in the area but this costa is a regular of mine due the the friendly staff and nice atmosphere

Situated in the Next store, on the first floor, overlooking the car park and part of the store, cafe' style, selling M&S toasties/sandwiches, cake etc. With the air conditioning running the seating area was Very cold, which made the food and hot drinks go cold very quickly. Ok for a quick bite but not cheap.

I don't normally write reviews, but as someone with a serious dairy allergy, eating out is a difficult task. John and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic regarding allergens and nothing felt like it was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend.

It's "alright" service felt sooooooo slow! I had my newborn in her pram at a table and was told I had to wait for my order and couldn't have it brought over.... just a wave would have been enough so instead I left my baby at the table on her own for about 20 mins - lucky for everyone she was asleep!! Not the best service

Maddy is a complete credit to Costa, she went above and beyond today for us. Came in and said about a peanut allergy, and not only did bring out the allergy folder she said she would wash her hands get a completely clean jug to make our hot chocolates and use clean tongs to get out our brownies. Thank you so much for your incredible customer service.

Service fairly slow although the front of house staff seem nice. On last 2 visits they have messed my order up, 1st time I thought genuine mistake 2nd time really takes the biscuit! Drink is a simple skinny vanilla latte🤣

First what do you expect? Costa prices and quality and it's a chain. But, I like a toastie and I don't know if it's just this outlet or so Costa but only 1 side is toasted. The staff were good but front of house were overwhelmed as whoever was clearing and washing up were not keeping up. Not bad, but could do better.

Coffee was as ever good but very busy and difficult to communicate when placing to the order due to masks and large perspex shield. Unfortunately not everybody met Costas request to wear masks and they were not reminded of it when ordering.

I am big Costa coffe fan , however, Costa staff members in Next Long water are extremely rude . I can't imagine why they would hire such idiots to serve people who desrve respect. I was met with 2 awful young ladies , extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and impolite. I'd never stop by there again .

Friendly staff also very helpful and understanding when someone is struggling as on crutches. Food and drink are always nice though I tried a vegan cheese and ham toastie which wasn't very nice that's the only negative thing

Lovely friendly staff and a wide selection of beverages and savoury/sweet edibles. Never have any trouble parking or finding a seat. Love the decorations inside the café too. Especially the teacups. Check opening and closing times in store as online isn't always accurate, I've found.
