Costa Coffee in Eastleigh

The staff were very friendly and polite but there wasn't a single vegan option with regards to food. There wasn't a vegan sandwich, toastie, bap, cake or anything which is awful! Nothing to eat for breakfast/lunch or a snack!

Had a all day breakfast wrap Awful , no taste at all & overly priced Only good thing was coffee Won’t use again

Its a good job they weren't open when all the people arrived for the early flights otherwise the would have been buuuusssy!

In the space of 20 minutes they forgot my order twice meaning I missed greeting my friends .Standing there whilst other customers got there drinks way before me

The state of the tables and floor in the departures Costa Coffee is pretty grim, doesn't look like the tables have been cleaned in weeks as the food is stuck to the tops of the table

My fave place to grab hot chocolate 😍

Not the cleanest place but the food is good / standard costa. Cookie was the highlight

The staff on at the time didnt seem to wanting to be there working. Poor selection and displays were very bare. And customer service skills are poor aswell. No smile, and when they game me my drink, it was there you go. Orderd a lg coconut latte and they used the same coffee twice. This is the second time or using the store and the same person serving only doing one drink at the time. I also work in a coffee shop and what would be good to get the que gone is to ask the next customer what they would like and this would be more efficante and help you reviews go up. Management of this store need to shake up there staff and to be there to see for there selves how bad its the store is looking

As my father said about this store, all I can add is how unenthusiastic they were and how when the lady came to serve my medium chocolate fudge frappe, she gave it to me and forgot to give the straw. They don't have the enthusiasm to what to be there, it seems, and focus on one task, which makes it slow.

Service and food are okay, but the place (e.g., table, chairs, floor) is filthy.
