Costa Coffee in South Holland

This one was at a service station.

Was staying at the hotel over the road for a few days whilst working in the area. The young lady working in the Costa Coffee at around 7am made the best looking and tasting flat white I’ve had for a long time. So good we went back the following morning.

Not bad at all, the staff are nice but the interior is kinda sad looking.

Stopped en route from London to Boston for petrol and a break. It wasn't busy. The seating is for all three food and drink concessions within the petrol station building. There was one young girl completing an order, and I stood patiently waiting. Two more staff arrived and went into the back. More customers arrived, and one of them asked if I had rung for attention (I didn't even see the buzzer on the counter 🙄) and she pressed it. One of the two staff who were in the back came out and aggressively asked who pressed the buzzer, glared at us all and walked away, leaving the young girl alone to process the orders. Rude. Very rude.

Latte was actually hot, service was brilliant, used to go to Boston but now Spalding services is 💯 better, highly recommend

We are regulars to this branch and the staff know and recognise us well. However, the new ‘acting’ manager needs some customer service training - she is so miserable and unfriendly and borderline rude! The rest of the staff are fab, always greet us with a friendly, approachable manner and service is faultless. Maybe she needs to learn from the existing staff. We now only return if we can see through the window that the new manager isn’t working, if she is we go elsewhere!!!
