Costa Coffee in Maidstone

Went to get coffee at around just after 5pm today, however the staff that was working and served me was so rude, she was huffing and puffing when I asked politely if they were still open and then once again huffing and puffing when I merely asked do they have a certain type of syrup. Literally had the most miserable look on her face when I couldn’t have been any more polite in the things I was asking. With multiple eye rolls during the whole interaction. I was so disgusted with her customer service I walked away and didn’t even order a coffee before starting my night shift. Definatley not the sort of customer service you expect at a high end establishment like costa and will definitely not be going to this costa ever again.

Ordered 3 bacon rolls got 1 and 2 sausage???

Delivery was 6 mins away then disappeared, said it got delivered, never received it and could not get hold of them

The last few visits I have had, George has been working alone. Always a big line of people and he doesn't let that phase him. Greets everyone in a friendly manor and gets the people their morning coffee's. Thank you George!

Have been served by Sophie on a number of occasions and her customer service is exceptional!! It’s always nice to find an establishment where you are met by nice people, Sophie encapsulates just that!! 😉

Every morning without fail a trip to Costa pre work. Always pleasant and helpful staff.

Went in after doing the food shop and was served by a really helpful person called Trevor. Asked him if the new caramel & almond velvet iced lattes are vegan and he went to the trouble of checking the nutritional information for me, turned the book around so I could see for myself that they’re all marked vegan. Very accommodating and would definitely come back 🥰

Tables needed a wipe, I had to blow away the crumbs, but not able to clean stains. Seats stained! Floor needed a sweep.Dust around windows, unpleasant environment to sit in and have your coffee!

Staff extremely polite, lovely drinks served each time. We love the new Latte+ and hot chocolate range. This became our weekly treat after shopping. Highly recommended !

Little Costa concession in Tesco. Can be a bit busy due to its size but the staff are friendly and helpful, bringing over drinks and food if you have your hands full.
