Costa Coffee in Stockton-on-Tees

Above and beyond service to four, needy teaching staff, two weeks in, we're already running on empty. Clean and tidy, plus we managed to get our usual table, which was brilliant! Staff checked on us, to see if everything was good, which it was. A great way to recharge after a full on week!

I did not receive the innocent smoothie

Good food but items missing. Not fair to have to wait for a refund when payment is taken immediately. Why would we choose one item from a large order to report as missing???

The app won’t let me tell you my order was at least 25 mins late from expected time, but over 30 mins from my on our way message. It was cold on arrival and driver didn’t care

My order was 20 minutes late and when it arrived it was not the sandwich I ordered. I ordered the new nacho chicken sandwich and the sandwich that has arrived is the big roast toastie which has stuffing on the top and I do not like stuffing! No one even attempted to contact me to tell me they have either ran out of what I wanted so that I can choose another option, what if I was allergic to something in this order?

Late, food cold and I want my money back

Lazy and incompetent staff members behind the till stood talking whilst watching the manager clean up and sort stock on his own. Embarrassing

Very busy today, but the staff were on top of it, cleaning tables as they became available.

Barista more interested in playing with his phone than serving customers. Spilt coffee on Rocking table. Coffee was bitter and horrible

I had to spend a few hours today at Costa based in Tesco Billingham. The food and drink I bought were good. But the staff were fantastic. They were cheerful and so friendly to all the customers throughout my stay there. There were obviously some regulars who were known to the staff but everyone was treated with respect. Great to see everyone happy in their work. They deserve a bonus 👏

Either cold or too hot poor for Costa used to be good. A birthday gift card wasted. After been humiliated for getting my own sugar however the server was wearing mask under chin fully exposed while preparing my food and coffee, pot and kettle come to mind. Resulting in my anxiety and mental health going down, if the server hadn't carried on my humiliation by cracking a joke at my expense making the whole shop look at me, I might have had my coffee and food but now wot no Costa for me or my friends who I coffee with.

My latte was rubbish not milky at all all watery very poor indeed

This branch of COSTA within TESCO Billingham needs a good overhaul & clean, starting to look dated & shabby...

Really unhappy looking staff, none of them look like the speak to each other. Drink not really good quaility. A toffee apple hot chocolate without the toffee pieces on top ...... its the simple things that please they certainly dont go the extra mile

Costa Coffee in Tesco store. Good coffee but environment could be more pleasant.

Staff were not friendly and served slowly, we asked when would our drinks be ready and he said "well i ain't doin them. One of the staff was nice though. When we sat down one member of staff was on her break, her friends came over and started talking (really lound) and were very common and scruffy.

Located inside Tescos. Really happy smiley staff who seem to actually enjoy serving you a nice coffee. Perfect
