La Casa Pizza in Stockton-on-Tees

Bad customer experience, I have been a regular customer here for long time, definitely won't be coming back.

I've only ever ordered to collect. We are originally from Teesside and nowhere in Cumbria seems to know how to make a proper Parmo. La Casa Billingham was recommended to us and really hit the spot, full pizza box of lovely hot parmo. We tried a take away Parmo from a place in Boro when coming out of Uni a couple of weeks after & it wasn't a scratch om Lacasa, more like cook at home Jeff the chef parmo, lol. Go to La casa every time we visit family now.

I called in for a Kabab on Sunday, I got served by a one of the male staff,was not impressed the guy his head was very sweaty so he wiped his face with his hands then served me without washing his hands touching my nann bread,then he handed me my food bag with a cut finger and blood on my bag,will not be going back and fed my food to the fox in the garden.

Fantastic takeaway in Billingham. The food quality is excellent. The service is quick. The staff are friendly and the premises are spotless. 100% recommended by me.

Food has always been great from La Casa and chicken kebabs better than anywhere else locally. My husband and I recently moved to Norton from Billingham and were really pleased to find that they would deliver to our new address through foodhub. Food was pricey but we knew it would be good. When the delivery driver arrived he told us he wanted an additional £2 for delivery, despite us already having paid the delivery fee through the foodhub app. We didn't actually have any money in the house so we didn't pay it but thought it was really disappointing. If the delivery charge on the app is incorrect then it's the fault of the takeaway and not the customer. Food was great but won't be ordering from here again

Didn’t even get to order my food as when I was telling the person on the phone my postcode and he literally started shouting down the phone tango echo ect HELP ME OUT HERE! Rude doesn't come close , put the phone down and I certainly won’t be giving them any of my money

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff they messed up on delivery took to wrong address when phoned them we got told to eff off and keep removing our reviews why because there in wrong £27 for nothing apart from abuse off them definitely wouldn't recommend and I will just keep posting so you can remove as much as you like

Food was stone cold and tasted like cardboard and extremely rude when I made my order wouldn’t order from here again even if I was about to starve to death. Disgraceful

I ordered from here this weekend and would never do so again. My chips were cold and the pizza had hair on it. When I called to complain the staff were rude to me and were not willing to give me a refund.

Seriously the best pizza shop in teesside, the standard of food here is way above any other, and the delivery driver is always a pleasure to speak to, I’d tip more if the delivery wasn’t already so expensive 😅

If you're like me and believe all pizza places in Manchester are lame as ever then STOP! La Casa Pizza uses a much better flour to create the pizza bases. I opted to get a donner meat pizza and a ham and pineapple pizza. Both absurdly nice!!

This place does the best London pizza... a 10inch London for £6.50 easy does me and my partner for tea... can't complain at that...

Best pizza shop in Billingham and Stockton, will not go anywhere else. Personal recommendations are the Chicken kebabs which are to die for. Staff always friendly and the shop is always clean. Been going for years and it never fails us.

The best pizza in Billingham by far. I have tried a few other places and had mixed results but La Casa produces consistently excellent pizzas so I don't go anywhere else now.

Food is delicious and always hot and fresh, never had one complaint about the food or the service ....highly recommend to anyone 👌

When food actually arrived it was amazing. I t took 3 phone calls over a space of an an hour and 35 minutes and only £5 discount x

Orders a parmo and chips but no chips came we ring up then they say it will be hear on 10 mins and it comes 40 mins after other than thjwt mice food

Food took over an hour and a half to come, food was cold and not nice. Was missing a garlic bread and garlic dip, took over half an hour to come after ringing up.

Some times gets the order wrong but good food.

Placed an order for delivery and it never came, called up and they claimed to of 'forgotten' to cook the food.

Came in today and the staff were arguing, shouting and swearing definitely not a pleasant atmosphere.

Come here most nights a week, never away from the place. Food is out of this world, staff are genuinely lovely, especially the two girls on the front desk, service is always spot on!! Prices are very reasonable!

Was very rude, claimed we paid with fake BRITISH money. He was lucky not to have pizza thrown in his face! Avoid at all costs. Food also causes excessive diarrhea the next morning. They do not respect military or charity clothing either, customers should not be told what to wear!
