Big plus for child friendly facilities. Kind and nice staff. Good seating area indoor and outdoor.

Bad experience, one particular staff is shouting, speaking bad and laughing very loud at customers and making them feel embarrassed.Very unprofessional. Not nice for a chilling Saturday morning!

This Costa Coffee is the best I have ever tasted. I'm American, so believe me, I've tasted a lot of coffee.

People lovely Atmosphere awful, probably due to location, stuck away in a corner.

My favourite Costa! The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is great. The more complicated drinks can be hit and miss though, and there is only one plug in the whole café, near the bigger tables where families often sit. When there are people with laptops there using the plug, families have no big tables to sit at - when there are families there, they rarely ever use the plug and on more than one occasion I've decided against getting a drink because I couldn't access the plug. I saw others do the same once or twice while I was in the café. Might be a good idea to put the larger tables elsewhere? Regardless, I love this Costa and will keep coming back lots!

Great place but very busy at certain times.

Everytime I go here and there's 2 specific people on I get served my coffee instantly but it tastes like dish water. What are they doing

Plutôt déçu. Les tarifs sont relativement élevés, mais le gros point noir vient du comportement de certains membres du personnel qui sont à la limite de l'impolitesse. Je n'ai particulièrement pas apprécié le comportement d'un serveur nous "poussant" (retrait du plateau sans nous demander et sans que nous ayons terminé) vers le sortie alors que nous étions arrivés depuis 10mn et qu'il restait encore une bonne vingtaine de minutes avant la fermeture de l'établissement.

It was a nice hot day today, so I ordered a medium iced latte with 3 cubes of ice. How is this acceptable? Been given almost half a latte

Nice Costa but as we have a dog so had to sit outside in the rain. Other coffee chains now allow dogs inside.

The cowley branch were amazing today, the other half tried a new festive flavour latte, but he couldn't drink it because he didn't like it. Took it to be replaced, he was willing to pay for new one as his fault he didn't like it, but the lovely attendant gave a free replacement for his usual. One very happy camper. 😊

They always burn the milk. I think I’m done with Costas, lately nearly all branches got worse.

The manager of the specific Costa Coffee place, Nikoletta is one of the worst I have ever seen - she was abusing one of her employees because he was cleaning the counter . In front of everyone (customers and other employees ) she started shouting at him . So, she decided to shout and punish an employee for actually making a clean environment. She deserves to be punished. As long as she still works there ,this place is going to get worse. Better spent your money to Boswell's coffee which is at the Templar Square rather than there.

When ordering through uber eats orders are always wrong or damaged twice they have sent the wrong item and replaced it with something containing nuts absolutely amazing will not order from or go in store again

I frequently buy coffee from costa.its usually our to go coffee place.but this branch has put me off because of the highly impolite staff. one of the young lady is so rude and unprofessional.she could better use a nice way to talk to customers.will never visit this branch again.

Seriously every time I buy a coffee I get frosted warm milk ????? Is it that difficult to make a coffee ?? And why am I paying nearly £3 for a cup of warm milk ?

I just wanted a coffee but I left. The lady there started shouting at me because of social distance. She made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of all the customers. The customer care is absolutely unacceptable and unsatisfactory. Probably she was right but she can talk politely and with a different tone!

At the moment I am in your Costa and the lady who serves me is absolutely unfriendly. Not only I feel it but all those in the waiting line. Only 2 are working at the moment there, It's the younger one. It is the 23.04 and 2 pm some customers just went out without ordering after they saw how unfriendly she is. I mean if you don't like your job just find another one in case to destroy the costumets mood. I love Caffe Costa, and will continue to buy my coffee there in future ... but no longer in this one.

Not very friendly. Disappointed due to still having promotional 50% off food posters everywhere with no end date on them. When enquiryed it has run out previously week giving them 4 days to take down them down. My sister has visited previously and the order has been incorrect, due to take away only finding out when getting home.

They don't always fill the cups to the top sometimes they are just over halfway full and as they are expensive it takes the mick a bit.

After the lock down most of the stuff rude and talking about coffee ones a week is good and the others days just buy coffee because doesn't exist enother coffee shop around...stop playing with people money!

This is my local coffee shop! It's just like any other Costa, but it's the people who run the store that make it unique. The team are great - they're efficient, friendly, and they keep the store really clean.

Really good service, I am grateful that they provide hand sanitiser when entering and leaving the store. If you go make sure to take a credit card as they are not accepting cash right now (which is totally understandable).

Ordered a ruby hot chocolate but got given a normal hot chocolate not impressed! Was very disappointed. It was drive through so coukdnt return as by the time I had a sip and noticed was miles away.

Worst costa ever, place an order and they tell you that you asked for “large” instead of “iced” and then when you ask for a refund, they tell you not to worry??? Poor service.

Particularly good coffee even by Costa's high standards. Spacious with some tables outside. Relaxed atmosphere with a touch of a buzz. Handy for free parking and shops. Big fan!

I visited this Costa as we were in the area. However, the service wasn't the best. They messed up my order and put it in the wrong cup and then when I drank it, it didn't taste like normal. Other halfs drink was good but I honestly don't be popping into this one again. It's a shame as it's a nice little location with a nice place to sit outside esp when the sun is shining.

Come here at 3 times a week with a friend and my son's and almost every time now they have run out of cream to go top of hot chocolate it's getting a joke so many shops near by sell canned cream they use Sainsbury's if they run out of milk so why not use them for cream if staff can't order the right amount for such a busy place

As it was a cold and wet day it was pretty packed in here, we had 5 children with us and found it not to be the best place to stop and warm up and take a break. It cost us just short of a mortgage for us all to gave a small hot drink each.

A great place to cool down these days, the interior is nicely air-conditioned, coffee not bad. Pity the outside part has no parasols.

I like costa coffe but the taste of it it's just always dissapointing lately... the stuff looks very busy always and they are not very polite... you order one thing they give you something else and not even apologise...they like even get mad at you when you say something....like it's your foult...i think they should be pays a bit better then the mininum might help them be more nicer to customers

Nice to have a Costa nearby. My favourite blend is the smooth one, in a latte. The drive thru branches are very good for those travelling long distances, saves a lot of time.
