Costa Coffee in Hertsmere

I don’t come here very often, but the last time I did, it was closed earlier than the hours shown. Very disappointing. 30/05/25 ******* Nice Costa located inside of Tesco, staff was welcoming at time of my visit, staff even bought the coffee at my table where I was sitting as it was a bit busy

Very helpful staff - made my girlfriend a drink with the incorrect milk and were very apologetic about the mistake. Made a new drink for her promptly - excellent service

I think the staff here are second to none , they are so friendly and welcoming and they definitely make the best coffee .. thank you for making my start of the day so pleasant you are the best baristas in town ! 😍

Google states opening times updated 3 weeks ago, yet its closed 1 1/2 hours before specified time

I cane in today at 5.20pm to get a coffee and the lady was on the phone sitting at the computer in the seated area and she told me it was closed but it was open until 6 pm. I am disgusted!

Went for a coffee at 20 to five. The staff was hiding in the back room, after a few minutes one staff came and said "sorry we are closed" and I replied, no worries and walked off. Just checked the Google closing times and was open till five. Disgusting service. They was open and the staff just didn't want to serve.

Sweets were missing but all the other items were good

Order was 1 hour late!!! Arrived iced cold rather than hot chocolate. Extremely disappointed

One of the best costas I have been to

A transient cafe for the “more mature” breakfast crowd. Items are small and tasty, but don’t expect large portions besides the coffee mugs.

Took 15 minutes to heat up a breakfast wrap as oven wasn't already turned on. Also no napkin was provided. This made me late for work.

New staff so a bit slower but still pleasant. Flat white up to standard

Nice coffee, free wifi and near the station.

Cosy coffee shop in tesco. Friendly staff and great coffee. Chai latte is amazing.

Poor, some of the staff have got bad attitude but some of the other ones are okay, had to go back in several times because coffees not made right
