Costa Coffee in Richmond upon Thames

Delivery time kept getting longer and longer when food eventually arrived it was stone cold, I just threw it in the bin, also the driver was less than pleasant. Overall not a good experience to make matters worse all that was offered was £2.49 refund. I found that insulting

Driver went a really weired route. Said there was heavy traffic and on reflection a bike would have been quicker. Both food and coffee neaded to be reheated to make it eadible and drinkable.Shant use again or recommend.

The two Costa coffee shops in Hampton Hill High Street (run by the same staff) make the very best Costa coffees of all the Costa coffee shops I've visited in this area, and all the baristas are really friendly, helpful and very hard-working! I regularly visit these Costas (especially the one next to Tesco) and always receive excellent friendly service! The Costa next to Tesco is nice and quiet to sit in inside and outside, as it is set back quite a way from the road and always has plenty of seating available inside, which is also nice and cool on a hot summer day!

I wish I could upload a photo - the toastie has NO CHEESE and a thin layer of what tastes like tomato soup inside some burnt bread. Awful.

Mince pie was left out of the order. Very disappointed

Ordered cappuccino, got basic coffee

The coffee with spilt in the bag and the coffee was warm and not hot

Lid was not put on cup properly so half my drink had gone and my sandwich was soaked in hot chocolate

Left a note saying specifically not to substitute food as I don’t eat anything else and to cancel the order if they do not have what I ordered and I was sent food I do not eat again.

You sent me a bacon roll but I ordered a sausage roll

The drinks tasted really bad, they forgot to add milk to both drinks. Nasty

We had a problem with our order, as it had been mixed up entirely at the store. Our driver went straight back to the restaurant to check it, and returned as soon as possible with the correct order for us. He was very apologetic, and explained the problem. Thank you very much to our driver for sorting the problem so quickly, which was not his fault. :)

My family and I went to Costa Coffee In Hampton Hill and we was so impressed with the high level of customer service, especially from Dominica. These days, when customer service levels often seem mediocre at best, it is so refreshing to experience first-class customer care from staff. Dominica was very friendly and attentive with us, and we also observed her interacting with other customers in the same way - this lady would not be out of place working in a 5 star hotel. The coffees were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday morning breakfast there. Thank you Dominica!

Decaf cappuccino had no flavour. It looks like it needs a good clean. Staff very friendly.

Friendly service. Hot chocolates are yummy. Nice and chilled atmospheres especially in the mornings.

Very pleasant store to sit and chill. Nice and quiet inside for reading or working and the outside pavement area has a few tables for people watching. Unusually this is one of the few stores where mum's and pushchairs DON'T meet up

FREEZING COLD THERE AS MANAGER PUTS AIRCONDIONING ON SO HIGH THAT YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR COATS ON. COMPLAIN AND THE MANAGER TURNS IT UP HIGHER. OK PLACE FOR POLAR BEARS

I really like costa coffee but this place is different, no enthusiasm from employees. They look like being punish to work here. Two males on this shift, maybe I wasn’t lucky.

I always get a great smile from the servers here. Goes great with my coffee. Quick and always hot. There are two Costa in this street very close together, this is my favourite of the two as it has a more chilled out atmosphere.

My favourite branch of Costa. Great staff team who are always friendly, sometimes funny and happy to chat which gives a slightly more personal or independent coffee shop feel. Even when there's a long queue, the wait isn't as long as many other branches. Coffee is made well and more than happy to accommodate customer preferences (hotter, colder, half and half milk and a myriad of requests I've heard from other customers whilst waiting to be served). Indoor and outdoor seating, street parking and a car park behind the shops. Great if you've been for a walk in the park as its just outside the gate.

Nice place for quick coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks & dessert. Looks like always busy. Probably, because of that another Costa nearly opposite just been open.

Coffee is fine staff are polite. One problem is the music is too loud. When you come for a coffee there are two things you want. To chat and to be able to hear yourself. Background music is fine but it needs to be the right level otherwise it begin s to irritate.

I was with my partner that clearly and evidently pregnant how needed to use the toilette, but was not allowed until we bought a very indecente expresso, because toilettes are only for customers😱

Offputting: the staff encouraging a Romanian beggar to sit and ask for money - directly next to the tables. Every single day.

Standard Costa outlet conveniently located for users of Budget Park. Handy car park at back accessed through crossover at the side of Sainsbury's local (2 hours free parking). If crowded there is a second Costa outlet about 200 metres north on opposite side of the road.

Bedfont. Xana is afantastic member of staff and a credit to Costa I stopped going when she transferred. But have returned now she is back. I hope staff like Xana are given the credit they deserve.

Awful shop, Working in the local area shop states it opens at 0630 I've been there bang on 0630 everyday for a week it has never opened before 0640 and also card machine never works have started using a cafe down the road
