It never turned up, seriously thinking of never using just eat ever again

So fed up with Costa forgetting items even though a wrote on the delivery please remember all items

Absolutely fed up with Costa rooklsey everytime I order from here they forget items again a toasty not delivered you can’t complain as they don’t have a phone line to call Costa as they are permanently closed apprently

We went to this coffee shop was horrible no service all young people serving could not care less the staff ask for a milky coffee got a black coffee so bitter tasting. Food there is stale no covers on food at all. For prices thay charge I expect good coffee and food this shop is going down hill fast won't go again.

Indifferent staff, didn't make eye contact, just walked off and removed an empty cup from a table, 1st choice of teacakes not available, 2nd choice of croisant with coffee also not available. We left, won't return. No customer service at all.

I only ordered 3 items and one of them was missing! Wish I could say it was a first, but it's not! I hope Costa gets this feedback.

Busy place. Service a bit slow. Spilt coffee on floor with no warning signs...so I reported it and whilst I was in store (half an hour) still nothing was done about it. Usually low Costas but this one is lacking in H&S management!

I've been a regular customer at the Costa branch in Milton Keynes for over 5 years now, and I've always been impressed with the friendly and efficient service. The staff are always happy to see me and know my order before I even ask. They're also very accommodating, and they're always willing to go the extra mile to make my experience enjoyable. One of the things I love most about this branch is the upstairs area. It's a large, spacious room with plenty of seating, making it perfect for working on my laptop or meeting with friends. The lighting is also very good, which is important to me when I'm working. There are also power outlets at most of the tables, which is a lifesaver when I'm working on my laptop for a long time. The upstairs area is also very quiet, which is important to me when I need to focus. I can usually get a lot of work done in the upstairs area, and I always feel relaxed and comfortable there. The only downside to this branch is that the upstairs area is often closed. This is usually due to staffing shortages, but it can be frustrating when I'm planning to work there and I find that it's closed. I've even had to go to other branches in Milton Keynes because the upstairs area was closed at this one. Despite the occasional closure of the upstairs area, I would still highly recommend this Costa branch to anyone looking for a great coffee and a friendly atmosphere. The staff are top-notch, and the upstairs area is perfect for working or socializing. I've also made some good friends at this branch over the years. The staff are always happy to chat, and they've always been there to lend a helping hand. I've even had the staff cover my table for me when I had to run out for a few minutes. Overall, I'm very happy with the Costa branch in Milton Keynes. It's my go-to spot for a coffee and a chat, and I always feel welcome there.

A nice branch to grab a quick bite and get some work done, plenty of tables and powerpoints. The staff are extremely polite and welcoming. I spoke with Roxy who was delightful and extremely polite to every customer.

No cold drinks despite it being a hot day ,no technical reasons and the store was open for 2.5 more hours . Off to Starbucks

It's getting ridiculous! My wife drinks Mocha with orange syrup! Costa only has Hot Chocolate with Orange syrup in the menu, or so she was told! They refused to make a Mocha saying that it's not in the menu! She could have Mocha with any other syrup, apart from Orange syrup as "It's not in the menu and we don't have enough stock" Ridiculous! Management must do something before it's too late! It might not affect you short term, but we won't be back! Over years we've watched the cleaver way Costa has built its very successful brand one customer at a time. I think the wheel it's now spinning anticlockwise, at the same pace! Gotta watch this!

Staff too busy to clear the tables. I moved the tray of cups, etc, from one table to another and asked for a cloth to wipe the table. The batista asked a member of staff to do it. He was not happy to do so, left crumbs on the table so I asked him to give me the cloth to do the job properly, then I used the tiny paper napkins to dry the table. Staff attitude was a real downer. Won't go back to that Costa....

Ok for grabbing something quickly but it’s small and noisy, queue at 1.30pm wasn’t long but took a while to get served.

Staff are friendly and polite but baby changing is vile ! Had to clean the baby changing unit as was Covered in poo . Then to make it’s worse has no where to put nappy . There was used wipes on the floor aswell and wee all over the toilet seat

Was shocked 0 tolerance for a small puppy on hands. When I paid for coffee, was asked to wait outside for my coffee. Never coming back in there!!!!

The opening times that are shown on Google are incorrect. I was just there at 930am and they were closed (today is friday). Member if staff inside gestured to me that they don't open until 10am. Not sure why they can't open earlier as would be handy to grab a coffee whilst waiting to collect an order from Next who don't open until 10am. Thought it might be because they have staffing issues but obviously not as two members of staff inside standing having a chat 🤷‍♀️

Ordered a black forest hot chocolate and received some peculiar beverage with orange sprinkly bits on top. Not quite sure what they were or whether they contained any allergens. As a promotional Christmas product it's quite important that these simple things are done properly. Very poor.

Very slow service, wait in line for 15 minutes. Order is always 2 drinks and this takes 5+ minutes sometimes. Also, they don't offer blue light card, emergency service, NHS or armed forces discounts. Edit x1 Went back today Still long time to be served and wait for drinks, people not be challenged for not wearing face coverings and the peach iced tea has got worse in flavour. Edit x2 Went back today 30/08, took 20+ minutes to receive 2 cold drinks. Staff are not challenging people when not social distancing in the queue/walking past people to get to toilets and loitering in the entrance/exit.

Takeaway service was slow owing to the Covid measures.

Slow, 1 at a time. Ordered 1 large latte and 1 large flat white, both take away with sealed lids for travelling. What came, medium-sized latte and small flat. They made the latte into a large. Flatly refused to change the flat white (they only come in small). NO Blue Light, Forces or NHS discounts. Not happy.

Although I am fully aware of the current restrictions in place when visiting any retail establishment what I experienced today was an appalling use of unnecessary enforcement. I called at the store after visiting another outlet. On seeing a queue inside I decided to wait. At this point I received a call. However, a member of staff came out and decided to shout over me to one of his friends who was at the next table. Completely rude behaviour. By the time my call finished there was no one waiting or sitting inside. I walked up to the screen at the till wearing a face mask and having sanitised my hands. The female member of staff was facing the coffee machines, but turned around and barked at me " you need to stand by the wall, I'll call you over when I'm ready!". Now, as I said.. no other customers, I'm wearing ppe so to be spoken to in this manner is totally unacceptable and inappropriate. I decided to take my business elsewhere and within 10 minutes had a lovely Starbucks. Well done Costa branch (pitifil franchise) you've lost my trade and scored a single star for effort... wish I could have given a fat zero.

Awful experience thanks to store manager Sharon! So rude and argumentative over using the toilet, after already buying 2 coffees and suggesting we don’t need it. Not had that since leaving school!!! The worst part was before arguing with me, she also argued with a poor lady about letting her 2 grandkids use the toilet (couldn’t be over the age of 5) and were bursting for the toilet. She stood in her way and said they had to buy something before using them. Raising her voice for no reason at all. Doesn’t look like I’m the other person who has had this experience looking at the reviews! No way to treat a PAYING customer....won’t be back!

My 9 year old daughter was busting to go to the toilet. I was told by Sean (sales assistant / toilet police) who works there it was for customers only. No problem I said as I joined the queue for Coffee and snacks with my other two children expecting my 9 year old to be able to use the toilet as we queued. Oh no, Sean wouldn’t let her use the toilet until we’d bought something. As there were a few people in front of me my daughter would have probably wet herself by the time we got served so decided to leave. We then used another chain of Coffee shop nearby who were a lot more welcoming and understanding. So Sean if you’re reading this and haven’t already, please don’t have kids. I don’t think you’ll be cut out for it. Would I return? No I wouldn’t. Plenty of other Coffee shops out there.

I have used this outlet nearly every time I have shopped here. Today I asked to use the toilet, but I was firmly told by both the girls at the counter and the manager Andreasis that I would have to make another purchase before I would be allowed to use the toilet. I think the staff have no sympathy or care for customers or people in general What does the senior management think of this , I'd be interested to hear

I love Costa the staff are really kind and always happy and smiling and happy to help you to make a choice between the different types of milk and what works well with the coffee bean's as well.

I had a lovely cup of coffee it was so clean and it was easy to get a table the coffee was prepared very quick I will go again soon

The Barista who served us today was amazing! The only Costa I would avoid is the new Beacon Retail Bletchley one as I find the staff rude and unhelpful especially the so called 'manager' , but every other Costa I visit (I should have shares in the place oops) is absolutely fine and never fails me!

Go there every day. Staff really friendly. Know their regulars. Take time to know you. In a retail park but better than the shopping centre stores. Many customers go out of there way to come here rather than go to their nearest because of the staff and service. Excellent coffee every time. Don't mind paying if I get what I want
