Met my friends for a catchup and we were able to sit, talk, drink and eat with no hassle

Great drinks, however sometimes the drink I wanted was not available.... I would check on the Costa App beforehand to see if your drink of choice is available.

A large Costa with plenty of seating and very friendly staff. Luckily the staff take pride in the coffee they make here so it is by far one of the better Costas I've been to.

Because of the nasty manager year ago I'm not able to go there as I was verbally discriminated as disabled by him and asked to leave... For me it caused big distress and I'm not able to go out from my house... I used to like this shop as it's convenient access for wheelchair also other staff was every time very nice, polite and helpful

Very clean cafe. And the girl who was preparing are lunch used food tongs. Not using her hands need more people like that in coffee shop. Where staff are touching food and making coffee and not cleaning their hands. Thank you.

It good place for a coffee and bite to eat

Nice enough coffee shop but toilets are diabolical!! Smelly, wet floors and toilet seats. Looks like they are never checked regularly. !

Nina and Daniel and the rest of the staff are lovely and polite. Great atmosphere and good selection of drinks and cakes.

What can I say, it’s the staff that makes this Costa unique. Always chatty, nice and always up for a laugh. The customers are friendly and it’s very appropriate for buisness meetings, catch up or just people watching !

Costa Coffee shop located in ‘the triangle’ Tilehurst. A large open Costa with plenty of space and tables. After a nice morning walk around Tilehurst village a convenient stop off to pick up a coffee and some breakfast on the way home. Staff were courteous and friendly. A good example of a Costa.

Rude staff, came in at 15:00 on a Saturday sat in the area. Website says it doesn’t close until 18:30. We were sat in the part by the toilet and they starting closing it off, and huffing and puffing as we were drinking drinks. The area was open when we sat down, otherwise we would have chosen somewhere else. Obviously wanting to close it down. Started to sweep really close to use shoving chairs in. We just sat down it was still 15:10ish. It doesn’t close until 18:30, I’d rather they asked us to move than be rude. Server started making stuff when I was half way through placing order, and didn’t listen at all (we were the only customer the counter) at least wait for the order to be completed then make it, felt very brushed off.

First time visiting this branch of Costa Coffee. Skinny latte was lovely. Only downfall was having half the branch closed. However marked as 5 because I know they clean.

It was friendly and the staff were lovely. I got a bubble, and it was smooth, creammy, and refreshing. Always a pleasure to visit.

Me and my best friend were trying to study for our a level and the staff came up to us and asked us if it looked like an office and then kicked us out very rudely and other member scolded at us. We bought a drink and they were still rude.

I love this costa coffee. Coffee is amazing they have variety of different types of cold beverages or teas if you don't fancy coffee in specific. Nice, polite and helpful staffs always there to advice you with smiles. You feel welcome and taken care of as well as all your needs and wants are met. Love going back there nearly everyday.

Very friendly staff, facilities are always very clean, drinks made to a good standard. Plenty of seating inside and out with accessible plugs. Never feel rushed to leave even when sat studying (buying drinks throughout day). Standard Costa pricing .

A reasonable Costa, service was good and quick

We were out for a walk and popped in for a coffee, being fairly new the decor and furnishings are fresh and clean, unlike ome other Costa's. At the end of the day it's a Costa, you get what you expect from a Costa.

Used to be great. However, Staff have changed recently and have no idea what they are doing! Rude to one another. Blunt with customers. Often make mistakes with orders. Get flustered with too many orders at one time. Food is tasty once you get it. Not great experience lately I’m afraid 👎

Any chance you could add Wi-Fi to the rear room, please? There is no cellular signal and without Wi-Fi it makes it really hard to message, call, or use internet.

Yeah Costa has listened and Mango Bubble Frappacino is here to stay and Tilehurst Costa coffee cafe had bubbles. Not as many bubbles as Costa outlet at Showcase cinema, but at least some. Downside of this Costa coffee shop is their lack of WiFi something I've come to expect as it's available in all the other Costas I've been in, which is quite a few. Bit it's local so will continue to use.

Usual fair from a Costa...nice and clean apart from the air conditioning not working on the hot day I went in there, came straight out again I'm afraid.....

Always await at a Costa establishment four given because of the noise going on from the building being revamped next door, no notice given of this couldn't hear yourself talk, we were lucky to change tables. Clean, tidy and gentlemen smiled friendly the young lady came across fed up

Incorrect opening hours on both the door and website. They advertise a closing time of 18:30 on Saturday. I walking in at 18:00 (front door was open) to be told by the staff member they were closed. He gave no explanation other than the “times have changed”. Their website also say 18:30. Total waste of my time.

Busy little place. Clean and quick service. The customer in front of me was complaining about her loyalty points (she was actually in the wrong and must've misunderstood the scheme) but the member of staff very calmly tried to help and explain, stayed very polite even when the customer was very rude to her. I didn't see the team members name but she did good.

The staff don’t know how to use the till and overcharged me twice and they still charged me to much ,idiots

Great new place for a local coffee meetup. Quite a bit of seating outside too, handy for those of us still anxious about not wearing a mask indoors.

Lovely busy atmosphere in here lots of the villagers use it and it's very lively. The staff are brilliant, keeping it clean and lots of hot coffee and cakes.

Ignored by staff while waiting at the till, overcharged and had to ask for a receipt. Not impressed with the service I received

So nice to have a Costa store in Tilehurst Triangle. However, given the current public health concerns with Covid-19, it is hard to understand why staff do not open the available windows to allow better airflow. Visited today (22nd Dec) and I could not see through the windows as they were all steamed up.

Greate place for a coffee. Despite being busy sometimes - the staff are super efficient and attentive.

Friendly staff and good selection of drinks and cake. Its disappointing they give the impression they are dog freindly with a water bowl by the door. However they don't let dogs in.
