Very pleasant location and convenient building. Staff are very kind and helpful. Brew is the great costa quality as usual. The only problem is hygiene. Staff are very busy and tables and floors look not well cleaned most of the time.

Max is by far the most friendly, kind, funny barrista working in this costa. Please can we give this man a bonus! Travelling from Birmingham and visiting this store twice was really a pleasure due to his customer service. Merry christmas Max! :)

There are too many crying infants and large pushchairs to contend with to have a really enjoyable visit.

Turned up just after five on a Sunday, said they can not do a coffee as they cleaned down. It says close at half five not five said to the staff about changing the time so you don't have anyone turn up asking, they both started to argue back saying they cleaned down can not do anything nor change the time on Google. So before doing this review I changed the time on Google for them to stop anyone else dealing with the problem I dealt with on this day, I probably would have forgot about it but as they both wanted to argue why they don't serve customers 20 mins before they shut. Understand everyone wants to get home but I'm sure they don't finish till six so gives them half hour cleaning after they shut, better customer service wouldn't go a miss here as I've been in Costa near when they close and been served.

Lots of parking, good selection of eating places and the leisure centre

Lovely costa coffee. Staff are brilliant. Even with a long line you’re not kept waiting. No matter how busy it’s been, it’s always clean and tidy.

I got the tropical mango bubble frappe and the person didn't put any bubbles in the drink.

Very good service only downside was table not properly cleaned.

One rude member off staff, wanted to purchase a flask that was marked down by 50% , got tutted at and told it isn’t on offer and the signs shouldn’t be there and it should say 25% off and that’s all I can have. I know that I would be in my rights to contest this but didn’t bother as he was talking over me and intimidating, very unprofessional. Didn’t have a name badge on but the other staff were pleasant

Well it looks like they removed my review from a few years back. It's a Costa you can't complain about that however the lighting inside is terrible! Obviously they didn't have a proper design done because no matter where you sit you have at least 3 or 4 lights blinding you with glare! I avoid buying drinks here for that reason. I don't feel like paying to get a headache. (Look at the photos people have posted from various areas within the shop.... Its terrible.)

Worst Costa I have been in. The click n collect app didn't work. Twice! The girl barista was disgraceful, unfriendly and treated me like dirt on her shoes. Best advice is go to the next roundabout on the bypass and go to Starbucks.

Went with my mum and Dad, they thought their drinks, food and service were excellent. The building in very spacious and with outdoor seating. Would highly recommend!

Hard to judge with current lockdown rules but usually good with a friendly staff. Try to avoid when they are preparing drinks etc. for the home delivery companies.

Great coffee and food as ever but not as COVID safe as would like. Lots of customers sitting at tables that have not been cleared or sanitised and virtually no one is being requested to check in or provide contact details. Hard working staff need additional help and some control on admissions at the door!

Love this little Costa it's perfect for meeting friends as you don't have to worry about parking. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. Coffee and food has always been great.

Friendly staff and the normal Costa coffees. This is a convenient stop off point on the way to Norfolk for us and emerging as our family favourite. Acres of parking. Downside is can be busy in the cafe and just 2 toilets.

Drinks are good and the staff are polite but like all Costa's in the country there are clearly not enough staff per shift to serve all the customers and keep the tables clean. Challenge for management to support their staff properly.

We visit here a lot as it's just around the corner from home, and have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. Drinks are well prepared, wait time is usually low and there is ample seating available. That said, it's worth noting that at the weekend it can be extremely popular around mid-morning, presumably due to proximity to the cinema, swimming pool and sports club. It's not uncommon for there to be no seating available, queue from the counter to the door and a ~10 minute wait for coffee around these times, even with 4-5 staff working.

It's a Costa so reasonable quality but expensive compared to Nero and independents.

Baristas are just machine operators nowadays.

This Costa is a much better choice if you are only out for a coffee and a bite to eat as it avoids all the hassle of parking and walking here. This Costa benefits from a huge well kept car park with many dedicated disabled bays. The entry door to the store is manual surprisingly and to be honest the door is quite heavy. Other than that wheelchair access is good and seating is wheelchair friendly as well. There is good clean toilet facilities with a separate disabled toilet. Food and drinks on offer are of the usual high standard that one would expect from a Costa coffee. My drink was served exactly as I requested and could not fault the quality,flavour or the service I received. Well worth a visit and definitely will be going back.

I visit a lot of Costa's and this is the slowest to take payment and serve. Only half full. The staff are miserable and approaching the process in their own time. Weak management and weak organisation. A coffee to take away took 15 minutes!!! Never again

If you have unlimited time to wait, it is for you. On the other hand if you have any sense of your own mortality, go elsewhere. On the plus side, coffee is fine though.

Just had a latte today it's was very good. But l do wish they would change the cups and saucers they weight to much. And the floor needed a good brush it was full of food.

A great choice of product & good service. We love the extended choices of milk.
