Costa Coffee in South Norfolk

A huge thanks to Emily at the Harford Bridge Costa who helped me out when I had a dizzy spell and got my coffee for me. I also saw her helping a family with young children and one had spilt their drink everywhere, she was very calm and kind. These things make all the difference. I'm fairly regular and I've always found the staff to be helpful but this was above and beyond

Ordered a hot chocolate. Barista get a jug from the side of the till reheats it almost to boiling point (I'm also a barista btw) puts it in the cup and ask if I want sprinkles, I cannot believe she actually reheats warm milk left on the side. If I get food poisoning I know where I got it from. Only 2 people working, a guy at the till and a lady at the coffee machine. I understand they are understaffed but like, you should know how much milk you need and rinse your jug off milk every time... Not returning!

Came here this morning and ordered a frappe with coffee & soya milk with no cream. I’m not lactose intolerant but my stomach is sensitive. The drink came with cream on top which isn’t a huge problem (but I said I didn’t want it, but didn’t want to cause a problem so just took it) - but discovered this evening the whole drink had full fat milk inside & has made me extremely ill. Not happy as I made it clear I wanted soya milk.

Good community space and kind staff. Best of the generic coffee offerings?

Came here for a quiet lunch hour during work. Nice and friendly staff. Great selection of food and coffee was made very well.

Went in towards the end of Sunday Trading in Tesco, harford bridge. 5 people behind the counter but still took over 10 minutes to get a flat white and a cup of tea!

Welcoming staff.. Efficient service..

Service great as usual. Needed some lunch things heated and these were done quickly. Met a friend and we were both happy

Avoid. Filthy glass. When I complained they said they were all like it and showed me them! I think they missed the point. They then offered me a china cup but no saucer! Girl cleaning the tables was not doing it properly. The armchairs were a bit manky. Staff drippy. Tea, cheap with no flavour.

Okay Costa but tables aren't usually clean.

Bad coffee shop ever I don’t spend my money here never again the staff is not helpful and bad service,no more:(

Drinks were good, but all the tables were left full of dirty crockery.

As usual coffee was good. This was inside tesco harford bridge. Didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food side of it

whenever i walk into the place I feel at home, i’ve never met staff that treat you so well and make me feel like a member of the team every morning and night I come in. A special mention to Josh who always goes out of his way to make sure my day starts and ends well. 5*

Friendly staff but very slow service

The coffee was up to scratch but I was EXTREMELY disappointed by the service. I could see the 2 ladies rushing round and it was blatantly obvious the three young males were enjoying fooling around more than working. The trays are also grubby, not my usual Costa experience.

Polite but oh so so slow service, it took me 25 minutes to get a black coffee and there were only 3 people in front of me

Generally nice polite staff but tables are always filthy cups etc never cleared away very frustrating
