Costa in South Norfolk

Good place to have coffee while waiting, but coffee on offer not the usual Costa standard, service not great..

Prawn sandwiches no butter no mayo 8bprawns in each box of sandwiches £8.80 disgusting price for not much

The coffee and sausage rolls are excellent here, and the service is efficient. I was less impressed by a recent cheeseburger. I think it might have been toasted. But whatever happened to it left it shrivelled and tasteless. The tables are well spaced out and there's plenty of natural light. Be aware that queues get very long around lunchtimes.

Nice little cafe at the hospital.

Not happy with this Costa. Seating uncomfortable. Wouldn't take a Costa gift voucher we had because being a Costco Franchise!. Not happy with that. Not a good atmosphere. Worst Costa we have been too. Won't go there again when using the hospital. Stick to their restaurant in hospital

Enjoyable experience. The running of the counter, seemed a bit slow, considering how many staff were apparent.Staff were helpful in carrying my drink to my table, as I have mobility issues. Thank-you!

Nice coffee and toasted sandwich in the Pod at Norfolk and Norwich hospital.

Table was dirty, coffee was horrible. Staff were not very smiley either.

It's a shame the serco supervisor who is in charge of Costa at the hospital (pod)who was on duty 14.00 20 Jan decided to shout at her staff as if they were feral dogs from her seat at a table instead of going over and talking to them in a respectful and professional manner.....it was done in such a way it obviously seemed normal to her with the staff reacting as if that's the way it is under her supervision

I never have and never would visit a costa. No idea why google imagines l have.
