Bit tired around the edges and some of the tables wobble too and send your coffee of the tables in outside and inside I went into your costa with my mum janet whiting with son of garry whiting who has lost my mother Janet whiting passed away on March 3 2024 at 7.15 pm at loros groby road Leicester with cancer

Fast service and lovely server called Skye every time

Coffee great most staff are lovely and chatty, bit cold though in colder weather. Heating could be improved (most cold days I'd sit with jacket on and hold coffee to warm hands) dunno about the Food as I only drink the coffee.

Pleasant staff and fast service but background music too loud, can't even enjoy a quiet coffee with few customers as it's constantly above background level.

It's 6h30pm and they served us in take away cup, half of place for seating are close and when I'm asking them, what are you closing he said to me at 8h30pm. So why are they doing thay for the customers. Bad experience for me

Stephanie & other staff members are making great drinks ☕️ They’re always here to help. I’ve seen vulnerable customers on few occasions are being treated with kindness and compassion by staff members.

Good location, really busy the day we visited but was still able to find a table. Staff worked hard and wait wasn't too long, friendly service, working throughout so can't fault them how busy it was. It's not a nice relaxing atmosphere but that could be again how busy it was and it did feel a little cramped. Might be different if there are less people. Food and drinks are fine, standard across the Costa chain so know what to expect. It's not good value for money but again this is the same for most places now.

Chloe, James and Skye, always brighten my day when, I visit! Their customer service and coffee take some beating compared to other local coffee shops. I highly recommend you pay them a visit!

I ask for flatwhite in medium takeaway cup with extra shots of coffee still they refuse and told me we do small only. I ask extra shot that's why I want coffee in medium cup. And when I'm in queue I see 1 Barista make 2 frappes without and brand standard. After watch and behave I didn't take my coffee and got from another Costa.

I grabbed a coffee and flatbread today whilst Costa was very busy due to the football parade, the lady working at the time was so lovely (unfortunately I didn't catch her name). I stupidly left my coffee near my daughter who knocked the whole thing over, the lady straight away helped me to a new table and brought over another coffee. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding, you made my day!

The staff on shift between 1 and 2pm on the 2nd of May were super helpful when I explained that I needed a little assistance with accommodations for my OCD. It was very busy at the time so I'm extra appreciative of the effort!

They provide good coffee latte and also provide good service. They use Too Good to Go to collect food and they provide fast service also. Unfortunately the food is not Halal. Please ask the service person if the food is Halal or not. Just keep than in mind. Vegan options are also there.

It's a Costa, it's expensive and mostly clean. It's ok.

Rubbish service, no customer service should be shame of yourselves, and look at your staff working at this coffee shop. My wife wanted to claim free cake as it was Wife's birthday few days ago to get told it's not working. come back another day, then I said it expires tomorrow to be told to come back then. Wow, rubbish service. I strongly do not recommend this store

Make a lovely cappuccino, just the way I like it. Nothing is to much trouble.

If there's coffee it's 5 stars. It was a busy shopping day in city centre but there wasn't a long wait to order and got seats inside.

Drinks were not very warm, had to microwave the. I ordered a gingerbread latte. Expected to see gingerbread man, but none! Also considering cost, I assumed they would be larges given. But medium.

Overall the experience was good however customer service wasn’t great. I feel the servers should be happy to serve you and not like somebody had forced them to come into work that day.

Always enjoy the coffee. I just wish all Costas stock the bacon baps with poached egg. Delish. We had to settle with the basic bacon baps today. Great place to meet up with friends and catch up.

This new girl went today to get a cofee ask for cortado gave me a cofee with full of foam ask to change it nicely her responce was rude shouting and no manners for curtomer service . IF SHE CANT MAKE COFEE AT LEAST TEACH HER HER SOME MANNERS .

The service here is excellent in a well-kept branch with very pleasant staff.

Just went there on Saturday at 5:20 and this guy didn't want to serve us any cold drinks because he already cleaned the ice machine or something that doesn't allow him to make any ice drinks. But the shop should close at 6pm, not 5pm or earlier. Very disappointed about this!

This morning, at 9 AM, i wanted to grab a hot drink. I was greeted with an angry barista that looked up at me and looked right back at her phone. I walked towards her and she wouldn’t look up at me and carried on using her phone. And after 15 seconds of silence, i said good morning, she looked up and asked eat in or take away in a unnecessary loud voice. I was taken back by her rudeness and asked for take away, she asked what can i get you? In a annoyed and unwelcoming manner. I asked for ‘white’ hot chocolate but instead she served me a regular ‘hot chocolate’. Now I am unsure if this had to with my appearance as i wear hijab and a face veil. Or if she was having a terrible morning, but either way that was really unacceptable.

In this specific store, works a mixt race girl whom always wants to choose the way I will have my drink! I fully disagree to pay 3,40 £ for one mocha and have it in a take away cup ! Last but not least, I never steep into your coffee shop and negotiate the price ! Since I don’t negotiate the price you have no right whatsoever to choose for me how I want my drink!

Radiant, brilliant environment with Costa's richness. A killer combination

Friendly service. So happy they serve plant-based milk. My favourite is soya latte. I dropped a star because they don’t take the cups for recycling and the Costa website says take any cup to any Costa to be up cycled.

Good coffee could be bit more hot on a cold day

A very nice place in costa coffee shop in leicester city centre to sit and have a coffee and watch the world go by..had a lovely gingerbread coffee with lots of thick cream was delish and sat in a very big high back comfy chair...for an hour and half!!!...after a days shopping...bliss!!!

Last visit to costa was to collect my birthday free cake .. lady serving was very miserable .. didnt acknowledge when i entered the coffee shop .. no good morning she just carried on looking through the delivery boxes ... the only thing she said to me was .. you cant eat in ... no happy birthday ... quite rude

Walked in- waited 6 minutes to be acknowledged and promptly left due to being ignored - 3pm on a Thursday.

19/8/22 4 PM very rude dirty girl standing at the door from inside closed the door saying we are closing, when questioned already replied back with yes and closed the door, should be open till 6 Pm, disgraceful behaviour, much better service at high cross store.

Typical coffee shop franchise. Went for a cuppa tea during the rainy day, plenty of seating and outdoors seating for smokers as well.

I loved my free Mango Frappe that my partner brought with her Latte, always a pleasant experience

The atmosphere here is not the same, staff on the whole OK. But as I was about to be served (chloe) proceed to re-do her hair at the counter. And then went on to make drinks with out washing her hands. While I was stood there on 2 occasions she also touched her face. Bad form on the hygiene standing. I work in hospitality

It has a relaxing environment. I don't know if it was because of the day of the week or because of the effects of the pandemic but I found the offer a bit limited in terms of cakes. Overall, me and my boys had a enjoyable experience

I ran into amazing 50% deal for sandwich and lemon cake, loved it! The waiter was polite and friendly. Tea and coffee are at standardised level, I guess as any similar big chain. Place was busy but clean.

The worst ever and a very rude staff especially the lady with glasses. The taste of the drinks are awful and I do not advise any to visit. Also, the tables and the chairs are so dirty.

As a owner of pressure coffee machine I get used to good coffee so what I've tried recently what supposed to be iced cappuccino was just terrible. I don't mean terrible compared to some nice cafeteria in Italy or Spain, I mean terrible compared to old Costa which all the time was slightly behind Starbucks in "The race for a taste".

Thank you to the staff who was working today (04/04/2021). They allowed our child (2yo) to use their facilities (when 3 places that we tried before refused to do so). And after all they gave her chocolate Easter eggs. You are angels guys. Thank you 😇

What can i say the staff are not welcoming as once was Used to be a lovely smiling happy to help man called alex and i awalys used to pop in after doing shopping and relax and watch people pass going about there day But now your greeted by miserable staff and outside in seating area by people not even drinking coffee or drinks just smoking and dossing. So uninviting and not appealing anymore Sorry Costa you might costa lot but not a good service anymore hopefully you'll improve sometime after lockdown or in the future

Used to be a great place to grab a coffee and a warm welcome. No idea what's happened but it's no longer the same warm-welcome as it used to be. Staff are quite rude and blunt, they look you up and down as though you're not supposed to be there, and just seem really miserable. Real shame.

Covid measures failure. It was early in the morning and you are telling me these toilets are cleaned and checked every hour. Look at the dried urine and dust behind the seat.

The two white ladies serving at the counter one is blonde the other brunette. Both are so rude and have zero customer service skills. They speak in such a low class ‘chavvy’ manner it’s disgusting! And did they both forget to brush their hair in the mornings to look at least presentable for work? Tables and chairs were scattered and the place looked a mess. They put no effort into my order which looked like a dogs dinner and my daughter who asked for a spoon several times was completely ignored whilst everyone else in the cafe stared on uncomfortably. Will not go here ever again unless staff are replaced. AVOID!
