Food is very reasonably priced and good taste wise. Great portions and a good variety for people to enjoy. Mainly chicken based items, some veg options too. Parking available and toddler high chairs available inside too. A small kids menu for the little tots available. On that particular day, it was extremely busy and then hadn't called in extra staff to account for this, therefore service was slow. But, they were able to cater for everyone that came in. Defo a place to come again inshaAllah.

Rude staff, food was disgusting and missing seasonings and sauces for what it says it has on the menu, slow, staff don’t care, was waiting for 25mins for 2 meals which shouldn’t have taken so long, now I understand why the restaurant is always empty

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chilli Flames Eatery, and it was a delightful experience! I ordered the chili king prawns, and they were simply amazing. The flavor was incredible, and the shells were juicy, making every bite a treat. It’s a dish I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a burst of flavor! The restaurant itself is spacious, providing a great atmosphere that’s perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The decor is inviting, and the overall vibe makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. In addition to the fantastic prawns, the variety on the menu is impressive. The wings are nice and juicy, perfectly complemented by their flavorful sauces. The Pri Pri wedges are also a highlight—crispy and delicious! While the beef sliders were not the best, the chicken sliders were a lot better and definitely worth trying. I can’t wait to return to explore more dishes. If you’re looking for a flavorful meal in a welcoming environment, Chilli Flames Eatery is definitely worth a visit!

so awful. ordered from uber eats and my chips were so salty and so stale and overcooked that i could only eat a third of them and the chicken pitta which i ordered in hot was so bland and not spicy at all. Would NOT recommend at all. Spend a bit more and get Pepe's- much better

First place I've been to in Leicester and honestly the food is excellent. for the price the portion size was massive and flavourful. The customer service is nice too.

They are a scam stick with Nando’s. Bought a takeaway, the supposedly full chicken was the size of my palm. After driving for an hour to get home and find out it’s not even fresh, had to bin the whole thing. My waste £30 pound spend. 😭🤬

Chicken is nice but spicy rice is poor and they serve chubky chips NOT fries as per menu and other branch. Peri peri chicken should be served with fries in my humble opinion. Plenty of other places that do this type of food go there instead...

Came here for Eid twice now. Orville was amazing, and so we're the waiting staff. We had a big group and they accomadated where they could and even made last minute changes and kept checking in on us. Great service. Plus they have the Barr branded drinks. They still have Coke and Fanta, I hope they get rid of them fully. But all in all good.

First of all, big shout out for Dee. I came in with 7 family members and my baby and their service has been and vibes has been nothing short of phenomenal. Considering the number of people I came with, the quality of the food and the quick service was surprising because we only waited 10 minutes (if that). Honestly I appreciate his understanding and his composure to handle the big order but a I can say is he did not disappoint. And he delivered all the food with no errors at a very high quality which did not affect the food. Respect brother. Thank you

The staff and food is so delicious. Most importantly the restaurant manager D is a great guy.

Avoid the Chilli Flames at Belgrave gate and use the other stores as the food their is much better. The food here is bland, tasteless and cold. Their ‘fries’ are a poor imitation of chip shop chips but taste and have the texture of cardboard. Disgusting and a complete waste of money. Don’t eat here unless your drunk, there is a chance it might he edible if your intoxicated.

24 mins to make a chicken wrap and i was the only person inside, 4 members of staff, the rude staff’s response sorry we are to busy serving people in the bar upstairs. No empathy just plain rudeness will not be wasting time or money here again..

We’ve been there so many times and always was amazing. Staff is very friendly and your food comes in 15 minutes max. Very tasty and yum. It is clean. It’s very cheap. One meal is around 7 pounds which is very reasonable.

Honestly worst service I have ever received! I waited 30 minute's for my meal to be ready. 5 staff members on shift and not one told me the food was ready. After 20 minutes, I had to ask them then they gave me my food which I was rushing to leave with to an event I needed to attend.The staff took my order wrong, I paid for a drink and side and wasn't even given a drink and was informed they didn't charge me for a drink which is worse because telling me I'd get a drink and asking me which one, then not giving it me is even worse. I even had to repeat my order to three different people because I wasn't given a receipt. Waste of my money, waste of my time. Such a disappointment. I definitely won't recommend the place nor return unfortunately.

Fantastic clean food with good modern atmosphere with a desert parlour next door. Would recommend the chicken wings and BBQ full chicken!

Food and menu are amazing. It’s a pity they don’t invest in hiring and training proper waiting and restaurant staff. Food is better than many ‘high-end’ places. There needs to be a complete change to the calibre of staff they employ. I firmly believe a little bit of investment in staff, training and atmosphere will make this place a cracker. Despite there being thousands of places to eat in Leicester, this is one of the few with actually great food that’s reasonably priced. Oh, and please invest in a decent solid surface for the parking area. It’s like a bmx track.

The food was good, nothing over the top for leicester however it is a good place to just go and eat at if you're trying to find a spot. The grilled chicken is very good and they also have a nice selection of sauces.

Tasty food, good, quick service. First time visiting, the place is spacious with plenty of seating, very clean and bright. I ordered Mexi Loaded chips, which was chip-shop style chips drenched in hot sauce and topped with jalapeños, grilled chicken and cheese - delicious and you get a lot for your money. The menu boasts an array of burgers, wraps and meal boxes - which look really tasty. The only downside is I couldn't find parking, there is a carpark round the back but it's advertised for the eatery above Chilli Flames (plus it's full of pot holes so I gave it a miss). All in all, a nice place with good food, I'll visit again.

These guys can't follow simple instructions I said no lettuce and no onions on my burger and they put them in there. The meat wasn't even cooked properly aswell had to throw away the entire burger.

Food was well marinated but sadly burnt. I will return to Chilli Flames in Granby road.

Chilli flames (belgrave/Abbey) I do not like leaving negative reviews However we ordered two meals and the quality of the chips was bad it seems chips were re heated and a massive sprinkle of peri peri seasoning was put on we waited long enough for our order and fresh chips should have been made The rest of the food was average The store itself was very clean but food definitely not the standard it has been in past sorry

Food took long to come. When it did it was cold and the burger and fries were not at all tasty. Very disappointed with service as well asked waitress for ketchup and mayo and never got any had to request from another waiter. She was on her phone constantly. What a let down to the franchise

waiters took 45minutes to bring out a bloody wrap. hope they all get sacked. also £12 is way too much for a wrap meal. terrible, all should get fired, bunch of idiots.

Not happy at all, on 2 occasions I’ve had chicken and rice that has came out COLD. Not only did it come out cold I was waiting nearly 25 mins for it! Even worse, after complaining about the state of my food the staff tried to argue with me and justify why it was cold, as if he hadn’t a single clue about salmonella (of which I educated him). this left me questioning the hygiene of the restaurant and whether the staff were qualified to be working in a kitchen. There was no gesture of goodwill to compensate for the inconvenience either, absolute embarrassment to call this a Chili Flames restaurant and if they don’t sort this problem out it will ruin the reputation of the brand. as I’ve never ever encountered this problem before. I will not be returning to this restaurant. And I can’t recommend anyone else comes here either, Absolute Embarassment!

This place has gone completely downhill i was told they had run of prego roll and that he would replace it with brioche but i ordered the prego beef im not happy with brioche. This is was 20mins after ordering shameful service Wallahi i have better experiences at Maryland.

Our first visit , Husband did not want mayonnaise in his burger and asked for no lettuce in my burger . When it arrived , the burger came with mayonnaise and mine came with lettuce and the chips were Luke warm . We did complain , and we did get burger without mayo but I asked for it be so we can take it away but they came served on a plate . They need to listen .

The toilets hadn't been cleaned for an age. There was no server approach, and one member of staff who didn't speak! Unbelievable. Is this place a restaurant, or a bad copy of a Mc D's? Can't comment on the food!

The food was very very slow. Rubbish left around the tables, felt unhygienic. Food did not taste fresh. ''Chilli Flames fresh and fast'' very misleading and disappointing. The drink was nice and cold.

I loved the food but there was an issue with the man. Me and my little brother are indian-african however my mum is white, because of this the man was ignoring my mum and served all the Indian people and the worst part was he tried to serve me instead of my mum? Not great to be honest but I can tell u this is the only chilli flames that does it overall it's a pretty good place but I will never visit it again.

I had an amazing experience at the Best Chilli Flames in Leicester. The chicken was the best I've ever had and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The food was fantastic and the customer service was truly 5-star.

This is the place where we have spent good time with family, food it was soo good especially the grilled chicken and loaded fries.

First of all there is no a sign for parking behind the restaurant, you have to see the menu and order on counter and pay straight away I ordered a whole chicken it came raw when I asked to do more cooked the waiter told it will burn for the side I order chips with chille it came salt with chille and ordered steam vegetables it came boiled without any dressing the service is very poor quality and the place is very dirty and very low quality place I always wanted to go there but I was very disappointed with the service. I will Never go again. 😥😥😥

This place does one of the best Prego Porto (Portuguese steak rolls) honestly it's so delicious! The only down side Is the portion is small for the price you pay...

Okay where shall I start 1st was not sure about the parking which after figuring out there was parking at the rear, we went in whilst quite hungry we got the menu's when checking what was available it you get the feel of nando's so we ordered a big burger, chilli burger and a regular burger I got onion rings as extra and 3 drinks. This nearly cost me £30 which was like a slap in the face, but I assumed the burgers must be at gourmet level. This is far from the truth the patties which were definitely hand made were very thin and portions were almost child like. The taste of the meat was greasy and you could tell was not good quality cut of beef, the chips were cheap fries with price piri powder sprinkled on the top instead of tossed and evenly coated. Conclusion money spent did not reflect the quality of the product. Massive amounts of improvement required before I return I travelled from Loughborough to check the place out.

Visited this place the other day completely gone down hill.. food took ages to come to the table as it was left standing on the counter when the food did come it was not up to standard .. the staff don’t care no more too busy talking and on the phone .. no manager is running this place as he has left .. when it was first opened lovely place lovely food but now would not recommend this at all ..

Je suis furieux. Personnel. Répugnant. À une occasion, mon ami et moi allions chercher de la nourriture pendant notre pause. Il pleuvait à verse, le panneau indiquait qu'il était ouvert, nous nous sommes promenés et la porte était verrouillée. Un homme s'est dirigé vers la porte en laissant entendre qu'il allait l'ouvrir, un autre s'est dirigé vers la caisse et nous a souri, puis ils ont retourné le panneau en disant qu'il était fermé et sont repartis en riant. Ils n'appellent jamais le numéro de commande, et vous êtes obligé de leur demander si c'est prêt, puis ils ne diront pas un mot et nous remettront un sac qui est resté assis pendant plusieurs minutes. À une autre occasion, j'ai demandé un reçu, la femme n'a rien dit et m'a jeté le reçu avec un visage vide. La nourriture est correcte cependant :)

Avoid. I went saturday with family for dinner and we all woke up next morning with vomiting and stomachache and we still suffer till niw .will never go to this place again👎

They took 40 minutes to bring out half cooked food on a plate with missing chips, had to ask 3 times until they brought it out, food was cold and cheese was unmelted, told them to warm it up and they had the audacity to microwave my burger. Very bad service and would not recommend.

Great food and nice place to eat. Just need to keep the sauce bottles clean as they are greasy and the tops have crusty dry sauce residue which is off putting and customer toilets are atrocious

Food is okay but seems a little pricey, sevice is very slapdash and a little of attitude, they seem to be adverse to providing tap water.

I came with a colleague for the first time about a month ago. We dined in and we both enjoyed it - half a chicken and loaded fries - and a week later I took a take-out and the fries were just as good! Normally, I am not a fries/chips person (I eat at selected few places which includes my mum's home-made chips) so hopefully this tells you something. 🙂 Additionally, this place had been recommended to me by colleagues who order from here for their Thursday Team Lunch.

Never been in here before so we though we would give it a go. Seemed clean at the time ordered food sat in the booth near the door , Food arrived to the table we started to eat & my daughter said what’s that noise? Then crumbs kept falling on me couldn’t see where from so carried on eating. it happened again and I heard the scufferling in the ceiling Next a rat 🐀 decided to poke its nose through the ceiling !!! Omg 😳 So I informed the staff They came to investigate pushed the ceiling closed and said it’s a squirrel 🐿 YEAH RIGHT don’t think we will be eating there again

Sraff cant handle the workload they told us our food for 2 would be ready in 15 minutes but took total of about an hour. Also the chicken wrap was stone cold, had to tell them twice to heat it which took another 15 minutes. Their were several other unhappy customers in the shop whose food also took long to come.

I've been quite happy with the food and service here. The place is clean, has WC facilities and also a private room for families to eat and for anyone to pray if they need to. Placed a large order today for collection and arrived a little after the time they gave and they hadn't even started making the order because the chicken was still being made. Not too happy with that.

After being told the order would take 40 minutes when we arrived the order still wasn't ready so waited another 30 minutes and when we received the order it was wrong and missing items so we told them it was wrong they said thats all that was ordered, if they had bother to take the order down properly over the phone they wouldn't have missed items as they couldn't wait to put the phone down. There was no customer service the staff was rude. And this wasn't the first time going there but after today wouldn't bother going there again. As they don't have half the items as the other chilli flames franchises.
