Costa Coffee in Hammersmith and Fulham

Excellent service Cosy Great service.

Costa doesn't have a big enough bin for their shop which means their waste is constantly spilling over.

KAREN Alert IN PICTURE it is totally the poor guys fault that a particular sprinkle is out of stock(!) "You need to up your game" "why have you run out?" "I want it like the picture" on and in she was going saying the same things in a different order, she didn't change her coffee just spent the duration moaning... Glad it was coffee to go otherwise we would have to keep hearing it. Anyway... The staff are very nice the guy in the picture was his first day as he was being trained. The Costa like all Costa Coffee shops now are looking a bit rough and ready... A few lights off and bashed and scraped fixtures and fittings but the coffee was great as always and clean toilets and surroundings. Five stars well deserved. Only thing annoying is some customers who are waaaay to fussy and daft.

I have been going to this place for sometime now. I have nothing bad to say about the service or staff. If every coffee had this attitude.....

Chocolate fudge latte absolutely amazing, great size, you get your moneys worth. Passion fruit and watermelon bubble teas are very refreshing. Jammy ring biscuits and double chocolate chip biscuits are tasty. Will definitely be coming back here again. The service was great. I had a good conversation with staff. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and tidy.

10/10 experience at Costa today thanks to Jasmine who gave us the best barista experience: taking and completing the orders for my family so swiftly and diligently (including my decaff cortado with hazelnut syrup which was divine!!) all whilst chatting to us and handling the shop floor with ease - thanks Jasmine thank you Costa !

It's always a pleasure to get my coffee from here. Lovely staff, very sweet AND they make THE BEST Salted Caramel Frestino.....and I've tried many!!! Shput out to....UBBA who makes THE most wonderful SCF!!!!!!!!!

Love this branch. Always friendly staff although lately, limited food options. Good drinks and there's always space to sit and work for a little while.

Last few occasions the coffee has been more bitter than usual, but the girls are attentive and quick.

the amount of bugs and flies in this building is ridiculous i'll sit down for about 10 mins and be attacked by a army of flies, very hard to get work done. Not to mention the bathrooms are not very clean and there is never any toilet paper.

Shoddy customer services that you would not receive even in a Fourth World country. I asked for our table to be cleaned and the taller male barista behind the counter said that he would come over and clean it. A good amount of time passed and still no one came to clean the table. I asked the female waitress for the table to be cleaned. She started cleaning the tables at the back of the cafe and cleaned every table, passed ours and cleaned the ones at the front of the cafe and then came to clean our table. It was unbelievable. When I called customer services to inform them the person I spoke to did not seem too concerned. The Area Manager should earn his bread and visit now and then to see how his staff do (or do not) do their jobs. I will not visit any Costa again.

Worst ever service! I normally order for pick up and every time have to wait in the store for 10 min and remind about my order. Was double charged too and had to prove it was failure on their system side. P.S. one month later- dame story happens: waiting for my pre-ordered drink in the store and was charged twice for it....

I have real trouble making myself be heard. Also for customers waiting for takeaway coffee there is not a lot of room Taking this review down to 1 star, would be nothing if I could. It took over 15 mins to make my drink as they kept stopping making mine to make other orders after mine and the guy walked off in the middle of making it. It wasn't even busy, there were only 5 other people in there and they all had drinks

Went into this Costa location this Sunday afternoon with a large order (9 drinks!). There were two staff there. One making coffees and one behind the till. I think we shocked them a bit with the size of the order... They were both very quick and completed the order speedily. Thanks so much guys 😊

Having been on a long walk this day, was pleasantly surprised to come across a Costa in this location. Ordered a Frostino. No complaints with drink, or service.

A wonderful Family friendly place! perfect for sunday mornings

I had recently become a customer Askew Road regular (once or twice a week) prior to my self quarantine. After the quarantine, I walked in and immediate the lady greeted me and asked "Cortado?" (this is what I used to order), imagine my surprise! Not only that she remembered me but she remembered what I ordered! I stayed to work there and noticed that to most customers, they said hi and asked how they are. It does not cost anything to be kind but too few people/coffee shops do it. Well done Costa and wish you great business!

Good customer service. At times there are some inconsiderate customers allowing their children shout without doing anything to minimise the noise.

Good service and friendly staff, would say it can't be a five star because it is just the same as other Costa, so not overly unique. But would recommend a visit.

Lady wanted to charge me extra £1.05 for requesting sugar free syrup...there is no mention of this on the menu. Have not paid extra at other branches. Will not be returning !

I used to live in this area and loved the staff who worked here. They were friendly and glad to help in anyway... fastforward 5 months and I come in to use the bathroom and get a coffee.... one of the toilets was out of order and the other was in a disgusting state. It needed cleaning... I alerted one of the staff who had a look and muttered, 'Meh, people are dirty!', and started to walk off. I asked if he had any cleaners, to which he replied, 'I'm the boss, I ain't cleaning no toilets!' What sort of a 'boss is that?! Is he too high a status to do part of the job he's assigned to?! Shouldn't be working there if cleaning toilets isn't on his agenda. Disgusting and a let down to a nice Costa.

The staff very friendly and efficient

This has to be the loudest Cafe in London, dont go there if you are planning to read or study. The music is loud, as are the machines and the staff members too. The staff are friendly but just very very loud

Unfortunately this place is getting worse. It used to operate beautifully a few years ago, then staff changed. Now almost every time it is new people behind the tills. I am not sure are they in training still or just dont know how to make the drinks properly. They are very often out of whole milk. Worst of all - the toilets are constantly dirty because there is problem with the water. I dont think i will be back there - i have had enough of their dirty toilets.

The staff are always very , friendly. I wonder now that Coca Cola have acquired them, will we have to listen to Americanisms, "have a nice day", "how's your day been so far" and when you're leaving "enjoy the rest of your day", it sounds so false.

This place is exceptionally clean and the rest rooms too. It is modern and there are a variety of seating arrangements, some more private than others. The staff are always polite, helpful and efficient.

This fairly new opening is very close to my home . Very spacious really so very comfy. I'm not particularly fan of customer service since staff is very plain and hardly offer a smile but the space is great. I had a falafel wrap which I found really tasty .
