Bad experience. IGNORED FOR 40 MINUTES until we complained. Drinks arrived with more delay 60 minutes after sitting down. Food arrived after 1 hour 20 mins. At 1 hour 40 minutes we were told we had to leave as the table is booked for another group. We had the lamb for two and the meat portion was EXTREMELY STINGY. Nothing was taken off the bill. When we asked for the service charge to be removed, the response was very surly.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Situated perfectly on tube line to get into central London. Staff were very friendly especially Rhona. Nothing was too much trouble. Also the complimentary continental breakfast was as added bonus as not many hotels offer this. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very clean and cosy and to a high standard.

Absolutely amazing spot! We had a table booked for two and had the most delicious 3 course meal! Whatever you do, get the oysters to start! Blooming fantastic! We had the porterhouse for main, to die for! Cocktails throughout were amazing, staff couldn’t of been more attentive! Special thanks to Alex, Phoebe and Nick who kept us fed and watered until the end. Highly recommend this place to anyone on the area looking for a classy spot to eat and drink!

Came in for Sunday lunch and absolutely loved it - very impressed with the food and service. Our waiter Tom was attentive and made for a great experience.

Great location near the station. Super attentive staff that looked after me during my stay. Would recommend booking a table in the restaurant for dinner as it's nice and busy. Would stay again for sure!!

Could be much better. Great venue with a big garden, however service/staff/unnecessary chaos let this place down. Barman pulled pints with his fingers wrapped around the nozzle and around the full rim of the (plastic) pint glass you drink from. I’d watched him do this a couple of times so was desperate for someone else to serve me, which resulted in an awkward “no you go first” stand off with someone else at the bar in the hope that I’d be served by another member of the bar staff. The place also felt way too chaotic despite being an OK-level of busyness. Bar was stacked with used glasses, which led to punters having a small area to order drinks, and queueing weirdly through the restaurant. All-in-all, not an enjoyable or relaxing experience, but could be easily improved with a little investment in the staff.

Horrible experience! Service was so bad I had to wait 35 minutes, I understand you may be busy but 35 minutes for a coffee is absolutely not acceptable do not recommend you come here.

We booked a room on hotels.com. Upon reaching the hotel, they had no record of our reservation. This is not what earns them the 1 star, but rather how the team handled the situation. They bluntly informed us that they do not work with hotels.com and that they would not honor the reservation. They did not offer to help us in any way, even though we already paid £450 for 2 nights. They wanted us to pay again for a room that we already paid for. Would give 0 stars if I could.

A nice sunny Saturday in London was not far off ruined by the plain, cold food at Aragon House. I still can’t figure out whether the staff are rude or simply just incompetent but the service from some staff members could be rivalled by the Kings Road McDonalds. My meal cost 80 quid as all we had was 3 mains and got out of the ASAP but I would value it at around £20. I’ve never left a restaurant regretting not popping into coop and getting a meal deal, I guess there’s a first for everything.

Over the last year we had been organising our Wedding at Aragon House and finally celebrated on Friday 2nd August. The Hotel had everything we wanted from a Venue hosting our wedding. Beautiful Rooms, amazing Food and of course Great Beer. We would like to say a very heartfelt thank you to Chevas & Sarah who ensured our day was as smooth as possible. Both myself & Hollie could not be anymore impressed with how every single part of our wedding flowed and lived up to our expectations and more. We have had so many compliments about our day and we really would relive it all over again. All we can say is thank you and we really cannot wait to come back for another meal and enjoy the beer. Aragon house is a charming bar with an ample patio that can easily accommodate big groups. It is in Fulham so a bit far from London but if you have a celebration with 10+ people you can probably get a reservation without problem. They offer well priced group packages but you have to book them in advance. The patio is nice but we only received two tables for 20 guests so it was a bit tight for the group. They close the patio around 10pm and then you have to move inside. The service was just ok, to order drinks you use a QR code but to order food you have to wait for a waiter that doesn’t show up often. All in all a good place to grab a drink if you are in the area.

Amazing stay at Aragon house, the room was immaculate and bigger than expected. The bar area and garden terrace were great. Big thanks to Sian for making us feel so welcome. Will definitely stay again.

Great summer pub with a huge garden area that is relatively easy to find a spot in! Have visited here a number of times but most recently for a surprise birthday party. The food menu is a little limited, not a huge range of things to choose from although the food itself is not bad. Would definitely recommend visiting here if you are looking for a sunny pub garden with a great atmosphere and good service. Key things to look out for: - The Oysters are great - The burger is a little average - Drinks are typically served in generic pint glasses which I know can wind some people up.

I was not here as an overnight guest, nor to eat. We came in for a drink in the pub on a dinner day and we thought that it was great. There was a variety of good seating both inside and outside. Decent selection of beers and very friendly service. We chose some comfortable seats in the window and watched the world go by. We will definitely return

Dan gave us the best tequila tasting experience - what a guy - would highly recommend to anyone … even non tequila lovers.

Yesterday I went for lunch at Aragon House . The experience was not great , quite disappointing. The food it’s not great at all , the sterloin stake was mainly fat and hardly any meat , considering that’s one of the most expensive thing on the menu. The chips are terribly salty I mean you can’t even eat them . As a local I will not be going for lunch there anymore . The service was so bad , the waitress looked and behaved like she should not be bothered to serve . I will definitely not recommend it .

Didn't stay ,went for a leaving party ,seemed a nice public area with very good garden terrace .Drink Prices on the steep side but it is in Parsons green and the food was good and reasonably priced.

Big shout out to Ryan behind the bar. I've been here twice with work friends and he has been the essence of friendliness, professionalism and excellence both times! A credit to the hospitality industry.

Miserable experience. Called in on spec for a drink. Only one cask ale available which I had to take back as it was cloudy. Ordered larger which was flat. Replaced by one that was ok but not my preferred tipple. Won’t be returning

Telephoned mid week to make a booking for Sunday lunch in the garden, spoke to a charming man who confirmed my booking. On arrival, I was greeted by a charmless woman who told me there was no space outside, I must have booked incorrectly online. I informed her that I had not booked online but made a telephone booking. Eventually we we given a table outside. Sadly my burger was raw, the food was lacking not as good as it has been in the past. Just the whole experience was under whelming and disappointing.

I recommend. Cosy. Polite staff. Fast service. Tasty enough.

Classy pub with fantastic outdoor space

Classy sort of place.. Pub with the atmosphere of a private club.. nice garden at the back.. Drinks are not Weaterspoons prices but the place is worth what you pay.. Service is good and friendly..

Been to this pub twice, both times I’ve noticed that the bartenders & staff were unexpectedly rude. They can raise voice and behave inappropriately, but we have got used to it. However, a couple days ago they managed to ruin our birthday party - after being shouted at during garden area closure, I saw one of their staff (lower ground bartender woman, 18.05.2024) SPRINTING towards and KICKING one of our friends with a DOOR - she did it on purpose when our friend accidentally used this door to exit lower ground. First and I hope the only time in my life I see a person being kicked with force by pub staff using a door… Although this pub has a fair selection of beers, some food menu, nice garden area and average interior, I’m never coming back here to be shouted at by the staff and possibly being beaten by random objects 🤣 So far the worst pub experience I’ve had.

We came as a group of 10 to celebrate our friends birthday and until 9 pm we sat at our table in the garden. We were informed that the garden would be closed therefore can take a seat in the greenhouse downstairs. After we change places, due to a loss of signal, I briefly stepped out from the garden door I entered from and shut the door behind me. In seconds, downstairs manager lady started running at me, open the door so aggressively that it was almost hitting me and started to shout her lungs out at me in front of my friends and everyone, somewhere along the line "get the *** inside, garden is closed!". I asked to what do I owe such an aggressive, offensive and disrespectful attitude but the lady kept shouting at me. I can't understand how a restaurant can be treating a client as such?! We left the venue immediately, shocked that we didn't get an apology. This unacceptable behaviour and the place needs to go to a managerial change. Extremely disappointed and frustrated

Very bad attention. The food is delicious, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, the waiters made all the dishes wrong, they brought everything at the wrong time, they served the wine wrong and there were people left without drinking wine. Disaster.

The whole Aragon experience is great . Take your next celebration there ! But book a table , this is a very popular place

Best staff , very helpful. I was asking for many little favours and staff was very helpful and friendly. Security guy named Mike was absolute legend, never met a security guy who would be as intelligent and nice! Definitely my favourite pub in Fulham !

Very unprofessional events manager. I made a booking for an event, but afterwards my emails and calls to discuss details were not returned. A few weeks later they canceled my booking via email due to a conflicting event which they should have already known about at the time of booking. When I tried to call to discuss they again ignored my calls. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated and will no longer consider doing any event there.

My first visit to Aragon a lovely experience

An experience absolutely worth a Michellin Star at the Aragon House!!! Pez and Nick provided impeccable service, making our visit truly beautiful & memorable. It was my first time visiting Aragon, I thought to myself - what a delightful place this is; everyone is lovely, welcoming, have charming smile on their faces, and the ambience is full of love and fun. The food and drinks were outstanding! I was not expecting such remarkable work of art and delectable food. We indulged in an incredible Sunday Roast - Whole baked Camembert, garlic & rosemary, sourdough, Cured meats selection, cornichons and sourdough, Pork belly, creamed cabbage & bacon, mashed potato, pink peppercorn jus, Lamb shoulder shepherds pie, savoy cabbage & peas. Food was absolutely made with love, and the portions were generous. A par excellence gastronomic delight, leaving myself and my friends thoroughly satisfied and impressed. Each bite was bursting with flavor, that just melts in my mouth.. Moreover, the staff and service rendered is phenomenal! Thank you again Pez & Nick for making a truly magical dining experience. Highly recommended for a hearty meal and for that genuine feel good experience! Can't wait to return! p.s. I just have to say that even the potatoes are so delicious indeed!

Popped in a couple of times over the weekend while staying with friends in Fulham - once for drinks and once for Saturday lunch. The staff are lovely, food is great and they do a fabulous Bloody Mary. The setting is really lovely, it's dog friendly and our pup appreciated the dog station (complete with treats) at the entrance to the pub.

I was delighted with this place! My company reserved a room for me here for one night, as I was attending an event nearby. The staff was polite and friendly, and they showed me to a well-presented and clean room with some fantastic little touches. For example, I was greeted with a free bottle of lager upon my arrival, and there was a DAB radio playing relaxing music at a low volume level. Overall, it's a great place to stay, eat, and enjoy yourself, no matter what the occasion." music playing on low volume level. We held our wedding meal here after we got married at the library. We go to Aragon regularly as we live nearby, but this was the first time in the Richardson Room / at an event. Pros': - The Richardson Room is simply stunning venue to hold a special meal in - The minimum spend is reasonable given the service, location and facilities available. Especially if you are at near capacity in the room - Keira was behind our bar and made such a friendly, warm and knowledgeable addition to our day - The food at Aragon house is always great, and unlike most places, the portions are huge. As we were only a small group we were able to order from the a la carte menu which we really appreciated - All other staff on hand were incredible, so accommodating and helpful and made our day so fun Cons': I removed a star as organising the event itself is quite a painful process, emails take many days/weeks to be responded to and questions go unanswered and incorrect information shared etc. I wanted everything done via email to have it in writing, but whenever I gave up on emails I called up or popped in and whoever was on hand was super helpful. It would be great if they could sort their email's out as I think more people would book if this was the case, we persisted to get it all booked and I'm glad we did. The haphazard emailing might put others off which would be a shame.

Terrible experience for Sunday roast. Loud, children running and throwing airplanes(!), slow and indifferent service. Cheap cut of beef for the roast... required steak knives and fortitude. An upper-body workout and exercise in patience. Not a good dining experience. Don't go.

It was pleasant, but that was in the afternoon. I presume it's very busy at night. Difficult to attract a waitress when we wanted coffee. Too busy chatting.

Two night stay - great rooms, very clean - comfy beds - fresh milk in room for tea - easy going polite staff. We only had breakfast there. Continental breakfast was included in our rate (gluten free provided for) just right for a day in London when you can end up eating all day. - Can’t fault the place.

This hotel is in easy reach of central London. The bedrooms are mmaculately clean and it was very reasonably priced. The continental breakfast was a lovely bonus as Booking.com advertise it as not having any Breakfast.! We ate in the restaurant one evening and also used the bar for an after dinner drink. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The underground is a short walk away and only a few tube stops to Victoria Station in Central.London!. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel and will stay here again next time we come to London.

Booked a table in the bar for a New Year's Day get together with friends. We had a couple of sharing platters which were excellent and the wine and drinks were well priced. The pub has a lovely vibe to it - nice crowd, great ambiance. Everyone had a great time - thank you Aragon House!

The rooms are clean and cozy. Good size for a couple. Amazing location, outside of busy central London, but plenty often small shops and restaurants. Great hotel if you plan on going to a Fulham or Chelsea home game.

Very basic and bad cofee. No choice. This hôtel is very expensive for one poor quality. The Light in the bedroom is too strong. Impossible to sleep with thé fire light on the door.

I had my 50th Birthday lunch in the Richardson room. It was truly a lovely place to have a party get together. The food was amazing and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Thank all so much for making my birthday even more special.

Had a Sunday roast, the roast beef was very rare and we both got a Noro virus in after 1.5 days, vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days.

I organised a Christmas drinks party in the Richardson Room at Aragon House and had a fantastic experience! From liaising with Chevas and Nick beforehand, who were both super helpful and knowledgeable, to the smooth running of the evening thanks to Henry and Rona, who were both exceptional, and really went above and beyond, it was completely seamless, and everyone who attended the party said they had a fantastic time. The Richardson Room is absolutely gorgeous and the quality of the canapes and drinks was outstanding. I am already looking forward to organising another drinks party at Aragon House next summer, and would unreservedly recommend it as a venue for anyone considering holding a party in the Fulham area.

A great boutique hotel close to Parson's Green underground station. A fine bar with a good selection of keg beers together with a couple of real ales from the cask . Open airy and clean, a good place to stop for a beer and an interesting looking menu if you are hungry.

Came in for breakfast, great food BUT asked for a Cappuccino with sweetener and the chap looked at me like I was asking for a transfusion. They definitely have not heard of sweetener.
