Pret A Manger in Hammersmith and Fulham

Great staff, superb service and warm hospitality, had my dinner every night in my 4 nights stay @ Novotel

A shop where you can pick up hot and cold food and drinks with great snack choices too whether you’re feeling peckish, indulgent or in the mood for something healthy. Clean and tidy store and easy access when at Hammersmith Broadway. Plenty of spaces whether you choose to take away or dine in. I picked up items for lunch though it was before 11 and that’s what I like about Pret- lunch options available in the morning so you can enjoy anytime and anywhere.

AVOID!!!! AVOID THIS PRET IN HAMMERSMITH !!!! I asked for an Iced Matcha Latte, the lady took my order and I even repeated myself to make sure. She handed me a hot matcha latte and when I told her I said iced, she literally added two cups of ice inside of it and handed it to me in a warm cup (it was still hot). I then explained to her that it’s still hot and I asked for it iced, she just looked at me and then spilled the matcha latte out to remake, i had already been waiting for so long, and was now getting late. The workers seriously don’t know what they’re doing, I was still nice about it but I repeated my order to her multiple times and you still got it wrong?? Like what? And I left pret with no iced matcha latte :(. Please avoid because this really ruined my day

Served by the lovely Hamdi, a ray of sunshine, who was working on her own. As a customer service manager myself, I was impressed, how she handled everything with ease and grace. She gave everyone, including me a warm interaction. Observing her kind attitude and patient approach, is why customers would be happy to return. A superstar role model for pret a manger staff.

Last time I ordered Chai latte, they did not have cinnamon, now I’ve ordered hot chocolate-they did not have cream. The supplying is horrible in this one

Well Over Priced. Could have got the same for half the price at Greggs. £9 for a small wrap and a coffee. The wrap was packaged in a way that made you think it was bigger than it was. Quality ok but just think too expensive and sandwiches were too small and not man size.

🌯 A very nice concept. a mix of bakery and coffee shop. Self-service of sandwiches and rolls. Nice and quick employees at the checkouts. Unfortunately, our coffee togo cups were overflowing with tea and coffee, which unfortunately resulted in us spilling them on our pants. we couldn't see that the cups were filled to the brim. I'm sure it's meant kindly, but it's better not to do so in the future, please :)

The service was disgrace I did not enjoy my cold coffee absolutely disgusting the barrister Jessica does not know to how make simple coffee will not come back !!!

Awful service, even worse ‘coffee’ Ordered three coffees from here - The barista let half the espresso go down the drain and then poured it into the cup with the hot water (americano). I asked why so much of the espresso had not made its way into the drinks and she pretty rudely just said “because we only have one working machine today”. I wasn’t really sure what that had to do with the making of these drinks but she obviously didn’t really care. The coffee tasted like dishwasher water. Each one must have had about half an espresso shot in it. A complete waste of time and money. Honestly, this stuff isn’t cheap and so it’s reasonable to expect something much better service-wise and product-wise. Poor coffee and extremely poor attitude of the staff. The store was also pretty disgusting. Sticky tables, trash all over the floor and tables. Is this the best Pret can do? Pathetic really.

Had horrible experience by supervisor Jessica. My coffee was cold , I asked for a new one and she refused to make it. She told me to take the cold coffee or leave. Horrible service!!!!!

Not clean tables always dirty.but when I asked if they can clean the table they done it .friendly staff

Bland coffee. Far too noisy as a coffee shop

I went there around 19:30 on the 3rd of November. The man on the till was so disrespectful at first that he ignored me as I waited for him to log in on the till. Then he ignored me again and took an order from a lady behind me. When the lady asked me to go ahead, he was persistent in serving her, and eventually, when he served me, he was rude, as if he didn't want to serve me. Then he started to talk in another language to the barista, and no one was wearing name tags how to complain if customers have an issue with the staff? It's so disrespectful. I guess he should invest some time in training their team there.

Conference room full of people waiting for £150 worth of Pret delivery scheduled between 11.30 & 12.30. When not arrived at 12.45 as not yet arrived I called to hear that it had not come up on the system properly. Deeply embarrassing. I love Pret but I don’t recommend their delivery service

Ordered an extra hot chai latte at your Hammersmith broadway ( district and picadily line). Very rude staff, need to remind them twice for my drink, took unusual time and then after long wait prepared my drink with skinny milk which I didn’t ordered, saying leave it or take it. This is unexpected behaviour, left my drink. This has spoilt my evening. Pret got the worst staff in that cafe.

Pretty standard Pret. Coffee tasted like brewed with used grounds (not great). Friendly staff.

What’s wrong with your drinks? Matcha latte and a babiccino. Watery drinks. See pictures. I asked for babiccino with milk foam and no cacao on top. It came with no foam and I was asked again if I wanted cacao powder on top (so the person who served me did not listen at all). Matcha latte? it saw better days… Maybe it is because they are in Hammersmith station and people are in a hurry, but all other pret serve better drinks

Very rarely has ice for cold drinks on hot days when every other shop around it has ice, what's the point in paying a subscription?!

I come here everyday, I’m glad it’s my nearest pret as everyone is so nice and friendly!

I had an extra hot chocolate, but they gave me regular hot. And the hot chocolate was not really regular taste. They put Less hot chocolate and more milk and regular hot which I asked for extra hot.

Multiple times i come to buy a cold drink, you told me you have no ice ! How could you not have ice !! Same for the other Pret outside Hammersmith tube station

If I can give 0 Star I will . bad Customer Service always they’re not happy to help this branch is really frustrating . Don’t expect to have ice drinks here at any season of the year. Sorry we don’t have this is their answer before you finish what are you going to order 👎👎👎

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went into Pret for a coffee on the 27th of May at around 11:30-12, I ordered an iced soya milk latte from two young female employees. I spoke very clearly and assumed they both heard me correctly. When they gave me my drink it had normal milk in it so I politely asked ‘is this with soya milk?’ to which I received no answer but instead dirty looks. The girl making the drink snatched it back off the counter and reluctantly made a new one. The girl who took my order was smirking at me and being quite confrontational, telling me I was wrong and that I hadn’t ordered a soya milk latte, which I of course knew I had as it’s my regular coffee order but was met with passive aggressive ‘you didn’t’s. The girl making the new drink slammed it on the counter and as I said ‘thank you, sorry’ they didn’t say anything and wouldn’t even look at me. I left crying and it ruined my whole day. Mistakes happen, it’s completely fine if you don’t hear someone, making the wrong drink happens but you would at least expect some basic decency (especially as that’s supposed to be their job). It takes a lot for me to write a review, this experience definitely stood out.

No ice for the coolers and there’s a Lidl right next door to buy ice from. Disgraceful

Dear Pret management, If you sell soup, you must have soup spoons! The spoon you have, are at best desert spoons! When I pointed this to your staff, their response was very much, that’s what we have. I’ll be thinking twice about returning to your restaurants!

My soup had spilled over the bag, therefore making my sandwich wet. I have half a cup of soup and soggy sandwich

What a pleasant lunch I had yesterday , the soup was absolutely amazing just perfect for the colder days we are having , I also had their vegan meatball wrap , the seasoning an Italian red sauce was yumm ...will definitely pop back in soon. Great range , clean space , friendly staff.

My coffee had split over my baguette and the bag. My delivery guy showed me to be careful of the wet bag.

Gave me a wrong coffee, mistake happpens, but instead of apologising the barrista was rude and pretentious.2nd coffee was half the cup, Worst experience , will never go back.

Restaurant sent the wrong food. Wife had just given birth and fancied a salad delivered but they sent the wrong order.

This is my favourite station cause it has local buses, restaurants and coffee shops. There’s also a Tesco supermarket

They don’t blend the smoothies properly, I got a pinapple smoothie and it’s stuck in the straw and this isn’t the first time it’s the 7th time, I would recommend this store to anyone

I like pre a manger sandwiches. They have full range of sandwiches and hot foods. Weekend lunch time, was pretty busy. I didn’t wait too long for buying but the cashier wasn’t good friendly. BUT I enjoyed sandwiches as usual fresh!

It was good visiting the restaurant again, but the staff very lazy this time and left the waste bin to over full and spills over. I had to drew the attention of one of the staff who was busy serving new customers to that effect.

This is single handedly the most disorganised and chaotic Pret store I know. Staff are incredibly rude and dismissive. A customer in front of me ordered a drink without coffee (she was allergic) and the staff member served her a drink with coffee. She explained he made an error, and he was about to force her to pay for a second drink to get the order right because of his mistake until I said I had heard the customer order the correct drink she wanted and told the member of staff. The manager is incredibly dismissive, it’s not uncommon to see 15/20 people waiting for a coffee after paying, and to see the manager chatting away with staff. She then raises her voice to customers who do not know where to stand and wait (because there are often so many of us). When drinks do eventually come, they are often cold. If you have a membership, avoid this store and use the one at the opposite station instead- who are much more pleasant to speak to.

The wrap was okay but there was only one wrap inside (it was buy one get one free). I had to contact Pret and ask why. They said that there was only 1 wrap left in stock. They made no attempt to take off the deal when the stock dropped down to 1(which would have saved me the time and effort, since I wouldn't have bought from them in the first place) or to at least contact me and offer me something else as a replacement. Nothing against the food or the delivery of it, just poor service given by the restaurant.

They give you the wrong orders, have to wait for 15 minutes and burn the coffee, rubbish

Usually I have great experience at this Pret, however I was recently served by an extremely rude employee who belittled me for asking for a drink that was written on the menu and quite frankly, I left the cafe feeling rather unpleasant and upset. I hope to never be faced with such aggression, discourtesy and impertinence. I will never go to this Pret ever again :( (King's Street's one is so much better anyways)

It is the se second time I order Cappuccino, and when I leave the shop I find it something different what I asked. Just frustration.

Staff was really unhelpful and I was made to wait for 30 mins.

I was an regular to this store but not more bcuz I use to drink the cold smoothies when I went to the store at around 6.50 When ordered the till boy told me that’s out of stock and not even an one of cold drink was available time was 10mins to close but this not the customer service I’m really upset for this service

Since they are providing the free subscribtion coffees, the quality of the coffees have been reduced so much. They literally give you burnt coffees that has been brewed so many times

It was 4.30 pm and the door closed! No one in the shop.

What I find great about this pret a manger is that is quite spacious.

Completely wrong order delivered

DID NOT GET EVERYTHING WE ORDER the restaurant would not help us with this as it was a problem on their end.

Matcha latte soaked through bag and because the bag was wet and soggy the cup fell through !! Obviously wasn’t packaged properly so no matcha latte for me. Disappointing service. Will send the pic to just eat. The cup is not spill proof!

Great porridge and chai latte. Would be even better if porridge toppings were included.

I used to love Pret. But no more. I will now be buying my coffee and lunch elsewhere. Since lockdown your customer service has gone downhill. I had enough.

Starving mum with a baby left to wait for an hour (after latest delivery time too) before food received. Driver also ignored delivery instructions.

My Black Americano spilt during transit and I never received it. It the coffee had ingressed into the packaging of my Swedish Meatball wrap and spoilt it.

Pret employee with the bleached blonde noodle curly hair is extremely rude and unprofessional. Swore at me because I requested an extra hot latte.

Wrong food arrived and no refund

Pret, stop ripping people off with your half-filled box of salad! Then to top it off, you include off salad leaves and muddy tomatoes! Not at all appetising and not of satisfactory quality.

Got quarter of a coffee in the cups

The delivery person struggled to find our address and was very rude about it.

Sadly the coffee was only filled halfway and was not closed tightly. Usually the coffee is wrapped with additional cling film.

Food was a little cold, delivery driver was lovely and professional

Love Pret’s Soya Mocha. I don’t get one from anywhere else. Thought I’d give the cheese and spring onion toastie a go as well and it’s so yummy. Perfect mix of cheeses and onion.

Really rude staff...unbearable why they work there if they cant serve customers...they just closing earlier before the actual closing time..

I ordered from abroad for a friend's birthday, breakfast and coffee. I made a mistake on the website and had to call to correct the order. The staff was so friendly and polite! Very happy with the customer service :) I hope the food and coffee is just as great!

Pret were fantastic. Just Eat themselves were terrible and had awful customer service in relation to my orders. But Pret have come to the rescue, thank you!!!

The driver delivered the wrong order. We ordered a bread roll with pigs in blankets, orange juice and a smoothie. We received an orange juice, a smoothie (which had spilled during the journey to my house), and a sausage roll. Also when we received the order, the smoothie had leaked in the bag causing spillage all over the other items in the bag and the floor of our house. As soon we noticed this, we raised it with the delivery driver who was hugely unapologetic and unhelpful. I urge you to process a refund as a result of the inconvenience this has caused us. Natasha

A few of the members of staff are quite rude, thank god that 2 of them are really nice to kinda balance out the situation. Yesterday, the older lady messed up my order and instead of getting me a milk substitute, I got actual milk, and I'm lactose intolerant. I think she realised she made a mistake with my order because she came around the side of the tills to hand me my coffee, opened the lid and said "doesn't it look nice" whatever is that supposed to mean. I was throwing up in the shopping centre bathroom for about 20 minutes after that... Don't think some of these people understand how crucial this can be but they definitely don't deserve the job they have

The coffees were spilled when it arrived and went over the croissants. I barely had any coffee in my cup, I have pictures of how it looked. Croissant is now soggy and I have basically empty coffee cups.
