At last. A coffee shop that serves coffee with pouring cream. Great coffee.

You know what you're getting with Costa, food is decent, coffee is excellent, prices are...... Anyway, I would recommend.

Would’ve been great if when they said they contacted us for a replacement missing item, they actually tried to contact us instead of leaving us without.

Been here for many a year.. Staff members very pleasant. The Manager I remember from Bradford Costa 15yrs ago.

Put in the notes one shot normally they get it spot on but completely ignored it so it wasn’t drinkable 🤷🏼‍♀️ puts me off ordering from here again so cheers for wasting my money

Honestly costa are legends always read the notes! Can only have my lattes a certain way you guys made it perfect! Thank you so much restored my faith in ordering coffees again 🥰

I have ordered from this costa several times and I am sick to death of getting wrong orders not only that but we pay for what we get and never get the right stuff ! It’s not hard making an iced coffee ! Get re trained you idiots

I had a salted caramel frappe with coffee. A bit dissapioning as rather tasteless. I will go back to coffee next time

Its what you'd expect from a coffee shop in keighley. An ok experience. The food items are very over priced sadly.

Very rude staff I’ve ordered what I want and I paid then the chubby girl she asked me again and I said what I want again but she still took my order wrongly and I told her I’ve ordered 2 coffees but you gave me just a one then chubby girl turned her face around and she said something nasty never use costa again

Disappointing selection of boxed meals these day

A girly shopping trip out, stopped here for lunch, the hot toasted sandwiches are so tasty 😋 clean friendly place for dining in.

Twice now we've had missing items. Used to be spot on. Disappointed

Had a "gingerbread latte". Not very hot, very expensive, left a strange after taste and it is hard to detect any gingery flavour, or even much coffee. Suffice it to say I will not be repeating the experience!

Never went in just walked passed.

We ordered a delivery from the Keighley branch, clearly when they are making up the orders to send out for delivery they don't care that they have got everything wrong! The latte's were not latte's and the vanilla shot was actually caramel. The bacon, brie and cranberry panini had zero brie in it. As this is leaving the shop they obviously feel they don't have to get it right as you cant call the Keighley branch to complain, due to their incompetence of not being able to read an order correctly we will not order again, I will however be down there in person on Saturday to tell them how bad there take out service it, its not hard to read latte, vanilla, brie etc!

Fairly good - Costa coffee - especially the latte - is always nice. The staff are pleasant, but its really a basic coffee shop- a place to relax from the Yorkshire Autumn weather!

Although the app stated delivered the delivery wasn’t made. I would like a full refund please. This needs to be investigated.

The drivers behaviour was rude.

More than 60 minutes late* We ordered at 11:10, to be delivered at 12:00-12:20. The courier was at the restaurant to pick up the order, it got to 12:30 and was not on its way. I tried ringing but none of the contact numbers worked. Never updated the time, presumed it wasn’t coming. Now I have been asked to leave a review as it says my order was delivered. It never came, disappointed and the money had come out of my account. Please can someone issue a refund? No one contacted me to say there was

Costa seems to be refusing ice soy coffees, straight up using cows milk Infront of you and giving you a small when you paid for a medium. Useless.

Ran out of tiffin's but were kind enough to replace it with something else, very friendly and top quality frappe

I ordered 2 items but after ordering they dropped 1 item. Didn't tell me until it turned up.

Costa is forever my favourite, I just want to know how can I tip those amazing, nice and friendly hard working baristas!

I always order the Salted Caramel Frappe, but this time it doesn't taste anything like it. I even went in store earlier today to get the same drink, it tasted delicious. Just goes to show the staff don't care about online orders. Tried calling in and the phone lines aren't available. The toastie was too hard, felt like I was biting into a cheesy brick, with tomatoes.

Why is it the staff are all so young and immature, it took the best part of 5 mins to register what I asked for which was a simple task I thought, when I asked for no ice the look that the blonde shot me was as though I had kicked her dog. I WONT GO BACK HERE and staff need retraining on customer service

Becoming a weekly ritual now, I love this place. Great coffee and it's always early. The service is fantastic, they ran out decaff today and sent me a little note to say they separated the coffee so I can add as much or as little as I want. Didn't bother me at all, I thought it was extremely thoughtful. Highly recommend. 11 Hawthorne st :)

The time of delivery continued to change. My order was confirmed at 855 and arrived c. 1025.

Well done Costa! Just about given up on getting anything else from Just Eat as with other restaurants the food was usually cold, late and items missing. Costa was great though! The latte was still piping hot as they put an extra cover on before the lid, mozzarella and tomato ciabatta lovely and caramel slice fab as well, well done 😊

Everything arrived still piping hot, on time and in great condition. Very polite delivery driver also. Shall definitely order again!

The coffees were Luke warm. We could not tell which one was which. One was definitely not oat milk as ordered. No cream in the Toblerone and no mini tinkering. The mince pie was over cooked and hard.

Everything received and drinks still nice and hot. Packaged well to ensure no spillages.

I have enjoyed drinks from this coffee shop on various occasions, which were always quality and served by nice staff. Recently, I went here to buy a gift card for a friend and they were quick in explaining only one card was available then taking my transaction for it! The vibes are pleasant in here too, created by the artistic frames on the walls.

The coffee is ok at Costa, but for me the toilets are a disgrace need cleaning badly.

A really nice 'Costa Coffee' branch in the heart of Keighley, located in the Airedale shopping centre. The staff are nice, the prices are normal Costa tariffs and the drinks were lovely. Will return when my usual, independent coffee retailer is shut.

Thought id call in after not been in keighley town centre for a while. Thought id use my 2 free coffee but they wouldn't work and the girl who was serving wasn't much help either

Friendly staff, clean areas to drink coffee, really nice coffee, only downside was the toilet which had a pungent aroma

The quality of the food is the essentially the same as the majority of the Costa chain, but the staff are far friendlier here than a lot of the other stores, and make the experience stand out against the general repetitive nature of the company's identikit cafés. The only issue is that at busy times there are a lot of empty trays left out on tables, but that's the nature of the fast service industry, so it doesn't really matter comparative to the efficient and pleasant service.

Great coffee. Nice clean store, tables cleaned down as soon as they become vacant. Good choice of snacks their seede brown bread lovely toasted with butter and marmalade.
