Great service, but Costa is getting very expensive.

The food and prices are standard fare for Costa. Wanted to leave a 5 star review because the staff at the Twickenham shop because the staff are always very warm and friendly. Service is efficient and seating areas are kept clean and tidy.

I asked for a drink and they denied. Apparently I am too young for a decaf coffee. I then asked for a normal iced one and they said no. Then I got a new drink that I didn’t want and it was too rich. I didn’t want that drink. I wanted my decaf coffee Frappe. Understand where I’m coming from?

This is a good Costa. The staff are friendly and care/take pride in their work. It’s clean.

I was serviced by the rudest women cashiers,I hope their manager will see this comment, I get it, you hate your job but don't let it out on your clients. Horrible customer service and low quality food. Don't waste your money here.

I love Twickenham Costa, but 1 member of the team is letting everyone down. He is the most rude and unfriendly man. I always say please & thank you but never get anything back, plus my drink then gets plonked on counter again without no acknowledgement in return. I have to guess if it's my drink he's just made.

Its too cold most time here like fridge especially today every customer was wearing their coat in cafe ,outside temperature is hotter than inside they don’t care about customers anymore

The girls are always lovely here during the week. Very good customer service. Nice atmosphere all round in here and a good place to take a break from wfh. Nice big cafe with good layout but I have to say the WiFi is painfully slow, something I have complained about before but to no avail unfortunately. I usually end up using my phone hotspot which is not ideal

A standard chain cafe in a good location near to the train station. There is a good amount of seating and a good selection of food and drinks to choose from. The staff were friendly and service was good.

Unfriendly service, and the gingerbread latte I ordered tasted like dishwater. I almost burst into laughter when the barista put a gingerbread man on a tissue, and even made a sign with his hand beforehand as if he was about to make an amazing culinary dish. This Costa is a joke

I entered the shop to use the toilet facility. Was then going to order a drink when a blonde lady on the 26th of august at 9:45am confronted us sarcastically after we kindly asked how her day was going. We left the toilet and then again sarcastically said “thank you very much” and continued to argue. Very poor service.

Blonde lady serving at 9:45am on Saturday 26th August 2023 was extremely rude when we wanted to use the toilets before ordering a cold drink. Decided to get a drink somewhere else after being shouted at by this particular member of staff…

Went in at 9:45am and the blonde haired lady behind the counter was very rude and sarcastic towards us roller her eyes and making snide remarks. We decided to take our service elsewhere due to the despicable service.

Went in to get my baby some milk as we were travelling through twickenham. Lady behind counter was a little rude tried to make me pay for the milk rather than a babycino. Said babychino is complimentary im not just able to order it like that (which is not true). I've had many Costa and other coffee shops give it for free even as its for a baby. Shame on Costa twickenham. Im fine to pay but to make it out like my baby doesn't deserve it or I should be paying for adult milk is just rude. I buy from Costa all the time but on this occasion I had to stop in for a hungry baby only.

Everyone should boycott this gruesome brand which promotes self harm.

This Costa has one major issue, the staff 🤣...some are almost totally devoid of personality, when I said I'd use the loo BEFORE ordering my coffee so it wouldn't be sitting around he actually rolled his eyes at me 🤷🏼‍♂️...another guy told me it was hard for them to make a cappuccino in a small size and indicated that it was a hardship lol....hilarious. but apart from that it's a big cafe and spaciously laid out.

Staff don't understand how mobile ordering works, despite the store offering it. Refused to give us our drinks despite paying ahead through the app, multiple staff members were involved and none could figure it out. Drink quality worse than other locations. Staff consistently rude. We have not been back to a Costa since.

I don't drink coffee so can't comment on that but the tea isn't very good it has no flavour

OK coffee pastries etc.. but a good sized seating area makes it a good place to meet. Though there is only one unisex toilet and those with disabilities have to share with everyone else ☹️..so only 3 stars overall.

This is my favourite costa coffee. Special mention for manageress by the name of GOSHA. She. creates chilled atmosphere, always friendly to see her customers with a big smile. The service is outstanding, always very helpful and always makes sure the coffee she serves is good. She is the best managers. Without her costa will go downhill. Sushil

I usually enjoy going into a Costa, the coffee is great and usually the staff are really friendly, but at Twickenham I think I have visited for the last time. There was a bluebottle having a great walk over the cakes and pastries and when I told them the guy reluctantly removed a cake and that was that!

Definitely the cleanest, most comfortable, customer friendly Costa in the area.

Costa coffee is great I love the cakes, sa sandwiches, the staff is lovely and so Dedicated to giving us great customer service each time you go there even for quick bite to eat or coffee on go.

Some staff are lovely but defo needs to pay attention to orders. Rwice I’ve come here and ordered a. Coffee with soya milk as I’m allergic to dairy and they’ve put full fat milk in it.

Staff members very friendly, the place really clean and welcoming. Coffee that ordered was done quick and it was exactly what I wished for my coffee to taste like.

Since I work across the road, Costa is the best location for me to get my morning chai latte. Friendly staff (especially the two young ladies I usually see) and it's even more of a plus when they remember your usual order👍🏽

Spacious coffeteria double choc cap all ways gets dirty looks, but can’t help it, nutty granola a bit dry.

Quite spacious as far as Costas go so that's a big plus. The downside is that the place can get awfully dirty at busier times. The toilets can only be described as terrible... Definitely no sitting down here! It's let down on these points.. Otherwise, your safe with a Costa, you know what you're getting

This outlet is spacious, well laid out and always appears clean. Majority of the staff are attentive and always know the deals of the week. Special rewards and features for anyone. I don't appreciate being welcomed in street speak, and am certainly not a "boss". Otherwise a five star rating for this branch, if backup is provided for heating sandwich items for when normal day to day equipment fails.

All you expect from Costa, you can get it here. Additionally it's clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I cannot commend enough on Karina, she's simply a treasure.

Yet another Twickenham coffee shop. Large, with lots of seating for different party sizes. Good selection of snacks/food, though staff seem rather undertrained and certainly not friendly. Better places to go locally.

I love the weekend Barista (the student with the glasses) he's really nice and friendly and always makes you feel welcome. The Polish Manager is nice too. Costa Coffee is always good here. Five stars.

The staff at Costa, Twickenham are brilliant. The main guy I see has my double espresso ready before I reach the till which I find a really nice touch as it shows some people still care about customer service.

I come to this costa A LOT. I mean everyday practically and am very rarely disappointed by the service or staff. Most employees here are very polite, the place is clean and I am usually served promptly. There is one barista (I don’t know his name but he works weekends I think, and has glasses) who is particularly excellent. He always makes an effort with every customer and always asks how my day has been or how I am doing to make conversation. He even remembers how I like my coffees! It’s so nice and encouraging to see someone give such good customer service. It really makes a difference to me and improves my experience here, which is a big reason I come to Costa instead of another coffee shop in Twickenham. Please (whoever reads the reviews for this Costa) let your staff know that they’re doing a good job (especially that one barista) and it’s really appreciated by their customers (at least this one)! :)

Perfect place, but wi-fi is not good here.

Good prices. Friendly staff. I'm a regular customer and they always remember my usual order. Comfy and cosy place to relax during any weather.

Reasonable coffee and food Costa Coffee will not how you mind with its great coffee or amazing food but it is more than good enough to get a good coffee and a quick bite to eat whilst being able to sit down in a clean environment Like many chains it is what it is and the good thing is they have a level of consistency that means you know you won't be disappointed but at the same time will not be blown away Good experience, good coffee

Asked staff about 2 lines that have been discontinued (would be the only 2 items I get lol) was told by staff they were" out of stock" at 8.30. Really!!!! Surely staff should know about the ranges. 4* for cleanliness and hygiene 1* for product knowledge and couldn't be bothered attitude towards their customers.
