Great staff and great selection of coffee & treats

Hot white chocolate drink wasn't hot. And the chocolate flavour was all congealed at the bottom of the cup, so obviously not stirred

Very nice environment, excellent service. Best of all enjoyed Costa creamy hot chocolate. Would visit again and again.

It's an alright place to get a quick coffee, but service wasn't great. Staff was kind and professional but coffee with no saucer, too hot etc. A pity, as costa coffee is usually good.

Fraps and autum latta came with absolutely no sprinkles the women was mental and the presentation was vile

One of the best places I know I always get excited when I’m going to there shop amazing workers and there workers are so funny a good drink you should try is the caramel frappnot to expensive but for sure grate taste and if your a type of person that likes going to a coffee shop and having a chit chat COSTA is the place 🤭

Hardly any drinks available again, terrible excuse for a Costa

Being a franchise it does not accept the beans card and does not take free drinks. And this can be fine. But the drinks are not so much for which, burnt coffee and the settling of the coffee machine should be checked. Then they are flushable, too liquid and without flavour. The sweets are uncovered and sometimes there are insects flying. The staff is rude and then at the time of payment, sometimes the pos doesn't work. And for those who don't have cash behind them?

This Costa it’s located at Odeon, as in others Odeons Costas isn’t possible to collect the “beans” same excuse as they don’t want to be getting there drinking for free in case you have to redeem, the drinks which I got in here was watery, not even closer to Costa standards. However the staff working in there where helpful but with due respect they couldn’t make there drinks probably they need more training.

This place is usually okay. However, when I went today the barista seemed very rushed and stressed. I was cut off when asking for my order (to be told they don’t have any plant based milks apart from soya). I was also almost given a none-vegan cake, despite asking for one and then was ultimately given the a vegan rocky road instead of the cake I asked for. The soya coffee also wasn’t very nice, and tasted a bit burned. The whole thing felt chaotic, and I felt pretty alarmed. The staff here simply need to slow down (and if necessary make customers wait), and ensure that the order is correct and of good quality or Costa should be hiring more people to assist on weekends. This would be better for the customers and the staff.

U should change the schedule if you know your not open until 9 pm. I didn't so I paid for the car park and from the entrance someone informed me that they are closed from 7pm.

Quick service. But I was the only one in the queue at the time, lovely member of staff.

Good to get a lovely ice cold shake drinks, and also hot drinks and something to eat like hot or cold sandwiches.

As to be expected from a Costa apart from they can't accept Costa gift cards.

Useful Costa situated inside Odeon cinema. Plenty of space. Good parking at adjacent municipal car park.

The Costa coffee will surprise you

Good coffee but it doesn't feel comfortable as it is open plan within the cinema.

This costa is located inside Tesco and plenty of seating but can get busy in the morning .Staff very helpful

The staff are really great here, this is definitely the nicer costa in town! Nice to sit outside too.

Very limited food. Went late afternoon and almost all cakes had gone. The area needs to feel cosier, being in the cinema doesn't mean you need to feel like you are in a train station
