Always made welcome, coffee perfect, staff friendly. Entry door a bit awkward to use but otherwise a good place to go

The sign on the door clearly states they're open until 4pm on Sundays (as does the internet). However, the staff seem happy to lock the doors before 3.30pm.

What a pleasure to drink a lovely coffee here! The baristas were lovely! Coffee was delicious too!

Standard Costa with plenty of seating

The woman who is managing this store is rude and her side kick DONNA is exactly the same.. MISERABLE! Grow up and learn some manners.. as we pay your wages...

The best local Costa. The staff here are fantastic, always super friendly and efficient. They really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, remembering your order and name as a regular customer. The shop is clean and tidy and the tables are always wiped down which makes such a difference when eating in. I would recommend this Costa to anyone.

Cool little Costa. The front door to the place is pretty cool. You’ll see what I mean when you go there! Had to be specially made. Located on the high street. Some seating inside and some outside too in the alleyway. Nice to have a drink here. You can even grab some pastries and cakes from the bakery across the road as they’re actually tastier and cheaper at the bakery. But the coffee is better in Costa than the bakery. You’ll e see what I mean if you try the above. There is a toilet here too and nice place to come.

Ordered a salted caramel frappé with coffee and no cream and an English breakfast tea. The wait was a while then when I received came the frappé had cream on top and the tea was in a pot that was completely filthy and had tea stains on the spout and handle I couldn’t be bothered to return it because I had waited so long. So I started drinking the frappé it did not taste of caramel or coffee what so ever just watery and massive chunks of ice kept coming through the straw nearly choking me as it hadn’t been blended properly.

Average for a chain in Bishops Waltham. Three staff on duty and relatively polite and cheerful. One making my mocha and others talking about private lives. Seemed quite clean on the premises although could improve. Didn't use WiFi although some do I've seen.

Nice enough inside. Just hope you don't get the same woman as I did doing the cream on my coffee - messed it up then looked at me like I was some kind of worm when I asked her to redo it (she didn't)

A queue of 9, not distancing, having to shout their orders over loud coffee machine & through a screen. We left as the people ahead said they'd been waiting over 10 mins. Expensive. (Why? Not a lavish environment, no table service, not really fresh food & poor cake selection. Do people think they are helping coffee growers?). Costa, like any chain, works to a formula, of which the customer is a small part. Not the staff"s fault. If you want to hear anyone, sit as far from coffee machine as poss. Clearly understaffed at counter but no room for more staff. Most free tables looked clean. We went to Harbour Kitchen, quiet, clean, had a spoken welcome with eye contact, ordered on entering, sat immediately & chatted while waiting 5 mins.for friendly lady with good coffee & fresh scones; we were not called "my love" or "darling" or "sweetheart" (bonus!) and had a "please" & "thank you" & "Bye" on paying, which was on leaving..and all 20% less expensive than Costalotta. Customer service wins over the impersonal (and queueing) every time for me.

Nothing beats a sausage sandwich and a flat white on a cold morning after a busy night shift.

This is the best coffee ive ever had. Gave me 3 days of food poisoning but i love the feeling of the slop exiting

First purchase of coffees from here (December). Found a long hair at the bottom of my cup. Not very covid secure! Refunded cost of the coffee. Inadequate response from Costa customer services.

Love this Costa, use to be Annabels ladies clothes shop, with the original door still in place.

Great little Costa on the corner in Bishops Waltham. Friendly team. Lush coffee and food. Covid signage in window, directions on floor. Screens at till. NHS track and trace in place as well as costa version.

Great service and COVID aware with sanitiser and easy log in for tracing. Tables clearly showing where you can sit and where you can’t and a pleasant outside seating area also

Excellent iced latte and quality air conditioning make this a go to destination when you need to cool down.

Good coffee, not the best seating and often partially closed up.

A great place to chill out. Trust everyone stays well during the enforced closure. Hope to see you once the conditions are safe enough for you to reopen. I'll miss my cappuccino and blueberry muffin !

Quaint, quirky, picturesque and good coffee!

It’s my most frequented Costa Coffee shop and even though I order the same coffee every time, they never fail to get me a high standard order. Also a lot of the time I don’t have to tell them what I’ve ordered especially if you have a ... gingerbread, soya milk, latte.

Nice Costa coffee shop. Manager was helpful, our sandwich seemed off so said to swap for anything else we wanted.

It's verry nice and cosy however It is quite small. It is a little pricy and there is not much in there meal deal pack.

It doesn't have the atmosphere of Josie's but it's reliable, you always get a table and the coffee is better than *bucks...

This Costa is the best. The staff are so nice and friendly. Even with customers in front of me I was still served in good time. I have been to other costas locally and I personally feel that I do not get the service at these like I do at bishops Waltham. And the flat whites are absolutely wonderful.

Surly staff, almost knocked flying by one member of staff who barged past me when I had a tray of coffee. Got the impression that going in during the last hour of opening time I was not at all welcome

Bishops Waltham is an quaint place to visit with lots of character. It has an intimate old world ambiance. The Costa is small and welcoming. I found the staff to be friendly.

This one in Midhurst I had a bacon roll and the drink while I waiting for the next bus to Petersfield

An odd little Costa with possibly the best staff I've encountered in a coffee shop chain.

Very unusual from door to this coffee shop. It's a qtr round.... feels rather strange to open and close. Quaint small, medieval town and the service speed of this Costa matches the town. Visited with two members of staff on duty. Biscotti was also a bit tough. The large Mocha and chocolate muffin was good though.🤗
