Regularly visit here, so the suasge bap only has 3 sausages in instead of 4 but you being charged more. Disappointing.

More staff needed. Toilets are dirty, the flush was broken on the 1 I used and there was no toilet paper.

Okay but always a long wait staff friendly but always seem to be under pressure, perhaps more staff and another coffee machine would help.

Some of the staff make fantastic coffee…one one two make meh but the main reason I give this branch 3 for atmosphere, is because they always have the air conditioning on making it chilly. That’s great during the summer months but once mid September hits it should be turned off.

Needs a good deep clean that place, dirt and dust everywhere! Doesn't look like its seen a mop and buckets in years!

Too busy. We waited more than half an hour standing. We did not get the tea Tea Latte cinemont. Especially this branch is too busy. Although this branch is very busy, only 1 staff member is working.

Usual variety and choice of products available. Good level of cleanliness. Only downside was the awfully long queue. This was made even longer by online orders coming through which they put as priority over long waiting customers watching them come through.

Really like Paignton Costa in the little retail park near White rock. Staff really great. Coffee always perfect, food wonderful.

Good parking facilities, quick service. Plenty of seating, plenty of options for drinks and food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall great experience if you're after somewhere pleasant for a quick bite and a drink.

Two stars for the friendly staff at the till. But horrendous queues. Took about 15 minutes to get one coffee. Need to be at least 2 people managing the coffee machines. Quicker service please.

The guy preparing drinks today (13/6/22 4pm) was extremely rude. He really needs to think about how he speaks to customers.

Im so happy. I have a few allergies which always makes me so anxious to eat out for the reason of not being taken seriously. The guy at the whiterock Costa today was SO HELPFUL and professional about it all. Making sure i knew exactly what was in each drink and explaining their rules about allergies. He then went on to make my drink himself & made sure everything was clean and sterile before hand...he even open a brand new bag of the chocolate powder to make sure nothing would be cross contaminated. This... this is how you cater an allergy! Ive been to so many places to just be judged and sighed at for the nuisence im causing having to ask questions about my allergies as if i have a choice in being allergic ha! But today has made me realise its okay! Im just as good as a customer as everyone else, even if it takes me a little longer to order! My drink was delicious, so thankyou very, very much for catering to me so so well. Im so happy. -Heidi :)x

Slow service due to the lack of staff, the seating outside is awful - benches and tables were so uncomfortable. Also, only had small cups for iced drinks (and its 24° outside)

A pleasant wet, plus one cake options had 50% off so took advantage of the deal. The branch was fairly busy but not really any waiting time.

Quite a small shop, staff were a bit forgetful of our order and I wish the menu was bigger as it's a bit hard to read. Other than that it's a good little Costa food and drinks were really good.

Michelle is the best Costa manager ever. She's an asset to your company and deserves more credit than she gets for the awesome job she does, running that busy Paignton retail park Costa. horrible manager works here. asked why the hand sanitizer not working and she said because we are too busy.... no excuse for keeping hygiene level up.... not going back there....

Well organised and quick service

Poor customer service, guy with tattoos more interested in talking to the girls behind the till and looking pretty than serving the long line of customers. Baristas more interested in chatting with each other than greeting and speaking to customers. Store is really clean and tidy. The Lady with Grey hair and glasses on the till today was the most friendly she actually focused on her customers, hence the one star. All the young ones were to interested in their weekend and talking to each other than focusing on the numerous customers waiting to be served. Had a young blonde girl snatch my sausage bap from me to put in the oven and then just hand it back to me once cooked without saying a word. Horrendous.

We visited this store today and one of my boys spilt his coffee 🤦🏼‍♀️ Massive thanks to the guy who came over and cleaned up all our mess without any hesitation. He even replaced his coffee without payment ( which I’m fully aware he didn’t have to) and came back with chocolates for both my boys. Thank you for making light of the situation.

I enjoyed a very good Flat White at Costa this morning. The cafe was clean and well presented staffed by an experienced Barista. Plenty of parking available as well.
