Tasty, fast service. Nothing to really rave about, it suits its purpose.

It's ok, just not for me as I find there coffee to strong.

Got nice large cup of coffee. Clean and nice cosy chairs. Not rushed and clean toilets.

Great visit with my children today. All social distancing and hygiene measures are in place and it feels as friendly and relaxed as usual. Update This Costa is still a great place to visit. The staff really look after their customers.

Visited today lovely coffee after being sat at our table for couple of mins a very long queue formed people started to come up to us to ask if they could share our table complete chaos .when we went to leave couldn't get out due to people in queue not moving to let us out staff not helpful and not controlling queue or customers wondering around pesturing customers at tables .noticed 2 coaches in car park obviously that was the cause of chaos. As locals we didn't feel safe

Nice coffee in good surrounding

Well what can I say thought we would pop in for a latte and a hot chocolate and the staff can't even get that right. but I had the last laugh as I wasn't given my recipe I didn't know how much my drinks and cakes and flasks were I looked on line and found that I was under charged by around £10-15 that made up for serving me a gingerbread latte which was discussing so I won't be popping in for a while as they need to get there staff trained in how to tack an order

Nice and quiet, ideal for that catch up with friends.

This is just an everyday Costa. The coffee and food as always are OK. The reason for the low mark is due to the fact that the staff are not very good at smiling. They simply offer basic service with very little care.

Great staff, not a normal Costa shop. Plenty of room, very clean.

Coffee was weak and awful. Normally when I ask for cold milk I'm given a small jug. Here, they just poured it in.

Standard Costa situated within the garden centre. Friendly staff all round good service.

Good BUT no gingerbread syrup for my Latte hence only 3 stars. This is at the garden centre and Costa at weston hospital is a 5*

I don't use it never will. £2.50 a cup at one cup a day is 12.50 on a 5 day week so £50 a month is £600 a year obviously people have too much spare cash.

Smaller than other costas, but still serves all the same hot and cold drinks as well as snacks, cakes and biscuits. Friendly staff, disabled facilities nearby, and parking. Is within the Dutchess building of Musgrove Park hospital.

Very busy staff very rushed, my coffee only half full.

Very busy today due to Christmas shoppers and kids visiting Santa's grotto, and although queue was long the staff coped well. Our toasted sandwiches came out in reasonable time and were hot and tasty. Staff were cool, calm and friendly under pressure and worked well as a team. Quite pricy our 3 sandwiches 2 cold drinks and 1 muffin came to just under £19 but it is usually expected in these locations.

Not happy today. Usually this is a lovely place for a coffee break. But felt let down by the like warm coffee out of the coffee vending machine. The staff were walking around looking as miserable as sin. An older lady asked if she could purchase a cup of tea from the side where Dunelm is. With a sigh Yes was the answer. Then a second lady was called to deal with her. We use this rest area at least 3 times a year and today we had guests with us who were not impressed with the centre at all. Such a pity as we actually come from Wales to shop knowing we have a centre near us ( St Mellon's). We love to visit the CottonTraders dept then your lovely garden section etc Will probably give it a miss during our next holiday Regards Kevin

Terrible. Had to say my order 3 times despite only having 2 items. The wrap was burnt and not cut, the drink was completely wrong. Staff just don't seem capable. Bins filled the entire serving area
