Great little place to get a quick coffee or tea. We usually go in before picking our daughter up from school. We haven't been in for a few weeks because Last time we were in costa, we had our 1.5 year old with us who can be a little loud as he's learning to speak but perfectly normal behaviour for a toddler. an old man sat by the window was being extremely rude and was muttering swear words under his breath everytime my son made the slightest noise. I was horrified to hear his meaningless rants and decided to leave.

Costa is great. Just a slight problem with the wait for drinks. Sat down and the staff all went about other jobs. Leaving us waiting. Manager apologised all sorted

Kudos to this restaurant. I ordered via uber eats and the delivery driver was mega late. They remade my order so it was hot and included a little note as well. Thank you x

I think this is under new management. The food options appear to be better, the staff are definitely nicer and more polite 😀

Went to Costa had to repeat my order about 10 times due to server inputting wrong information. When I received my order it was wrong and had missing items.

Went in for a coffe All the milk is open on the counter where people stand on while they wait for a coffe and not very hygienic at all also put fingers all over the rim of the cup when handed it. Really bad hygiene

My mocha was made perfectly! The cafe was busy yet peaceful and the staff get a special mention for how welcoming and friendly they were. Honestly they were so chill.

Very friendly welcoming staff who are actually interested in having a chat. Extra Seating available upstairs. Cosy and comfortable. Good choice of drinks. Quality of baked goods could be better.

Friendly staff and great drinks. Have been to this Costa many times with friends and the service is always excellent. The drinks are affordable but the food is a little pricy unfortunately.

Value for money! Nice staff quick service what else do you want from a place like this. I loved there capaccino. Caramel latte was brilliant just brilliantly prepared! A pleasure to have coffee there with friends and family ! Absolutely awesome! A little pricy though sometimes cuz Iam a student.

Costa fortune. The place is very unkempt with the shelves running down the walls thick with dust. Tho k you need new cleaners

Visited once after lockdown and unfortunately nothing's changed - dirty sitting area, and still THE coldest coffee shop in the UK (!!!) - 12 degrees outside and the aircon on full blast! Ok for takeaways.

Polite staff and quality service

Went there after lockdown eased. Furniture is aged and all needs replacement. The windows had spider nets, not been cleaned for long.

Unhappy about hygiene protocol, I asked for the lid not to be put on my take out coffee cup and was told it had to be put on for hygiene purposes. The barista proceeded to put on the lid with bare hands, in my view that is not healthy because I then would have to drink through the lid that could potentially have been infected from the barista’s fingers. No hand cleansing was seen before the lid was applied. If this is a company rule, in my view it’s a foolish one.

Always love a good costa but the staff here are great! All super friendly and accommodating.

Usually a good service, but if the bald man is on duty don't bkther waiting in line, he is easilly 3x slower than any of his colleagues and has burnt my tuna melt on 3 occassions

Order my drink slightly colder at room temperature and the barista poured cold milk in the top. After being a barista for 8 years this is the lazy method. Really did expect more from a worldwide change. Clearly barista training isn’t at the forefront of their business. Cant fault the taste or speed of service although the barista was lazy.

Just another Costa Coffee outlet in and around the city of Leicester, in my opinion its an overrated place and McDonald's Coffee ☕ is cheaper and better. I had what was supposed to be a hot chocolate and it was nothing hot 🔥 😐.

Clean & tidy store but very slow service on a day with no one queuing.

Really friendly, long term staff who know their regulars and are willing to go that extra mile to please, especially Robbie who's a credit to this store and to Costa as a whole. If it was based on staff alone, this store would have five stars every time. Pricier and far less choice in terms of snacks than the Fingerprints deli down the road, but quieter and more amenable to those working on laptops or otherwise wanting to stay for any considerable length of time. Air conditioning can make upstairs in particular a little cold, but otherwise a lovely place to meet up or to work alone.

Love Costa Coffee can't fault it.

Always feels dirty to me, sticky tables, some staff lovely others ignorant no customer service skills, food nice although drinks arent the best

Nice guy in charge used to be in London rd Costa but with all road works not possible to park on London rd. Good parking Queens rd near Victoria park and interesting shops.

Handy and perfectly located. Choices are always the same. Quiet place upstairs to read or write.

This Costa is rapidly becoming a favourite for me and my friends, with many an afternoon spent drinking coffee and playing games. With a good range of drinks and food (both sweet and savoury snacks), alongside relaxed upstairs seating, this is a warm haven on a cold day.

Standard really. Shame the ice machine has been broken for about 4 weeks. My friend couldn't have his frappe. You would think in the modern day things like that could be fixed.

Dirty branch - The place needs a refurb and clean asap. Ordered a hazlenut praline latte but received a hot chocolate. Didnt bother to ask for a replacement as the service is so slow.

Extremely slow service despite it being quiet in store. We also ordered food which came cold and hard on one side as if it had been left on the grill. My vegetarian panini was cooked alongside a breakfast wrap as there was a blatant disregard for cross contamination. The only reason I have given this one star is because 0 stars is not an option.

V slow service as per usual in Costa coffee.

Staffing seems to have been reduced of late - to a maximum of two, even during very busy times - clearly impacts on customer service, napkins no longer available, except one issued with ones drink, sometimes this is one napkin between two people - doesn’t create a good impression, although i can well imagine how the previous free issue could be abused by a few. Some experienced staff seem to have left for pastures new no doubt, staff now often seem under pressure and stressed which also affects the customer experience.

Wouldn't go after 3 we had screaming kids just out from school with no childminder. Not a relaxing drink.

Coffee is good but poor and super slow service. This could of course, be speeded up if the staff stopped chatting to each other and served the customers instead. I had to wait for them to stop talking about the weekend before they even said hello.
